She was threatening to beat the woman up, so the cop gave her a subtle warning. >> You don't want to go to jail? You don't want to go to jail? >> No. >> All right. What's your name? All right. The only time she was able to communicate properly was when she yelled at the employee. She insinuated he'd stolen from her and that he'd assaulted her before. But on this particular day, she was angry with the man because she thought he was cheating on her with one of the staff members. His version of events was somewhat different. >> What's going on, man? You know who she You got to wait for my mom, man. That's why I came here to get her [ __ ] To you. I came here to get my mother to pick me up. I guess she been You know what I'm saying? When the woman began hallucinating, he decided to leave her so he snuck off to Taco Bell and waited for his mother to come get him. Samika followed the man and immediately caused a scene. She'd also taken his wallet. >> All right, if I see it, tell him he wants it back if it's his. >> Sir, this is his wallet. stole This is our his. >> Barbara They did. >> Kevin, this is not his. He's nasty. Get out of my face. piss and I garbage juice and and uh You thought you were going to put that in me? You could have gave me AIDS or something. How dare you betray me? I have every I helped him move out of his apartment. Nobody else was there. Yeah, and he got He's my friend. I was there for him. Oh. >> The man mentioned earlier that his mother suspected Samika was schizophrenic, which might explain her erratic behavior and her strange delusions. Meanwhile, Samika said he was the one who turned on her. >> Huh. >> He flipped on you, was that today? >> to God, it's out of nowhere. >> Was that today? Okay. How did you end up here? >> Yeah, just now. Oh. >> Were you guys here together? >> I just told you that. You ain't even listening to me. >> I am listening. You just keep yelling and I'm trying to understand. >> emotions >> I know. He was He was getting his appointment. He flipped on me at one You said he attacked you. What's his name? >> Graham. How can the staff say that I can't come back? >> Because they technically have the right. >> Where's the law? I study law there. That don't sound right. >> One of the cops informed the woman she was being trespassed, and at that point she could have left. However, what the cop didn't realize was that by that point one of the employees wanted to pursue charges. >> If you come back on the premises, you'll get charged with trespassing. >> Sumika, listen. >> I can't I ain't trespassing. >> Listen, come here. Because of how you were >> I am acting. >> You're emotional. You're You're on high I get that, but it doesn't give you the right >> NO, BECAUSE YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO UNDERSTAND IT. THAT DON'T MEAN THAT I'M You don't understand it. But how dare you say acting? That's what? >> Because of your emotions. >> It's not a verified reason. >> You cannot >> I got a verified reason to act. That's not a verified reason. No, that's not a reason. I don't care if I come back, but that's not a reason. What? >> So, I don't even know why she's still here, why she's not going to jail. Like, she came in here disrupt disrupt spilled threw ice on that gentleman. And I told my other employee to go get a mop, and she looked at me and said, "Why you talking to him like that?" him like You just made a whole mess out here. And then she started telling me she was going to whip my and all of that. That's why I called y'all. >> As they've been talking to Sumika and her boyfriend, nobody had a chance to interview the victim. At that point, things shifted from a simple trespass to perhaps more serious charges. Whatever the case, Sumika was going to jail. >> I'll break your jaw. >> She said I'll break your jaw. >> You said you've been dating this guy for how long? >> You're a liar. >> Okay, February. >> Okay. >> Get off the road. >> I don't want you to get hit, honey. >> So >> I need water. >> All right, come here. >> Have you ever Have you ever met that lady before? What are y'all doing? >> You can't for what? >> Just Just listen. >> For what? >> Just listen. >> No, he hit me. >> You can't say it's self-defense. >> I don't give A GET OUT! >> [screaming] >> I NEVER BEEN TO JAIL! I PROBABLY DID SOMETHING. >> OKAY. OKAY. >> CRAZY. TIGHT. >> OKAY, just breathe. >> We want it. >> Okay. >> Why is it tight? You [ __ ] >> Not going to help you. >> They arrested the woman and she was charged with menacing and resisting arrest. In Ohio, the crime of menacing is a fourth-degree misdemeanor carrying up to 30 days in jail and a fine of $250. As for resisting arrest, it's usually a second-degree misdemeanor and carries up to 90 days in jail and a fine of $750. On the 8th of September, 2024, the cops in Iowa got a report about a stolen vehicle. They used GPS to track it down and they were led to a Hooters parking lot. When the officer went inside to look for the perpetrator, he was surrounded by Hooters employees. >> Are you a manager? >> I I am. >> We're requesting access to your cameras to see if someone >> [snorts] >> came out of that vehicle over there. >> Which vehicle? >> The silver vehicle that's reported as stolen. >> Can I ask what's going on? >> I have a stolen car. >> Did he steal your car? >> No, somebody stole a car. But we're trying to see who it is. >> Oh, that car was stolen? >> Mhm. >> How did you guys find out? >> He said he got a notification. >> Are you the owner of the of the vehicle that was here? Do you have a GPS tracker or whatever? >> I need to do that with my car. >> How you doing? >> I wish somebody would try to steal my car. >> No, I I swear I got to He's so cute. >> So cute. >> You're not here for us, so we're good. All right, good. I will be once you If you look at the If you look at 49ers hat >> The manager explained that the only camera they had, pointed right at the front door, and wouldn't have captured the person who got out of the vehicle. As the cops waited for the video footage, they started teasing each other about going to Hooters. >> Do you ever go downtown, Moline? >> No, you're not. >> Um, you look familiar. >> Not from over there. >> Oh, I got to do my hair. >> Okay. You don't go downtown, Moline? >> I don't. I hate going in there every god time. Well, I'm going to I'm going to finish my 80 here. >> [laughter] >> Full of ham. >> I've never seen somebody so red. >> I'm not red at all. >> When criminals notice law enforcement, they tend to panic and make mistakes. As the cops stood around talking, they suddenly saw some people sneaking out the exit. >> I don't even have no key on me, bro. >> Okay. They already watched the video. >> What do you mean they already watched the video? >> We watched the video. We saw the chemical you took from the car. Go ahead and have a seat, please. >> That's why That's why we're here. >> Go ahead and have a seat. >> They don't have to do with me. >> Have a seat. You're now under arrest. >> a seat for, though? >> Because you're under arrest. Either have a seat or I'm going to put you in the car. Hey, go sit down. >> Why Why are you being so mean? Like, what the >> Because you're not listening to directions. >> I'm just telling you I didn't do anything. >> Okay, that's all I'm saying. >> You >> But you made matters worse by tensing up on me. >> I didn't tense up on you. I just asked you what was going on. I didn't know what was going on. >> Have a seat in there, please. >> Despite being thrown to the ground moments earlier, the suspect still disobeyed the cops' commands. At that point, they weren't sure if she'd stolen the car, but they had the right to detain the woman and even arrest her. >> Bring your feet in. We're going to close the door, okay? You're under arrest. >> What am I under arrest for? >> For interference with official acts. >> And it may be in more with the with the car. >> Interference with official acts. That means you were not listening to a lawful order that I was giving to you. >> What do you mean interference? I don't know you I you didn't you read my rights or nothing. You just came up and started grabbing me. You just grabbed all of us and put us on the ground. >> You need to close the door and slide your feet in and we'll we'll let you know what's going on from here, okay? >> What do you mean what's going on, G? >> Hey. This is the last time we're going to ask you. >> Can I talk to somebody else? You're being so mean to me. You're not telling me nothing. Can I please talk I'd rather talk >> We're telling you straight up. >> Okay, can I talk to you? I'll come on this side and talk to him. >> No. >> Sit down. >> Sit down and we'll come over here. Sit down and we'll close the door and I'll talk to you through the door or the window. >> Through the door or the window? I don't I don't want to talk to No, I want to talk to I want to know what's going on exactly. >> He's going to talk to you. Just sit down. >> Sit down. Close the door and I'll talk to you. >> I don't know nothing. >> You have to sit all the way in. >> And I'm sorry for making you feel like I'm I'm just I want to understand what's going on. >> Slide your feet in. We got to We got to close the door. >> Last time. >> Thank you. Awesome. >> The officer said that he noticed the woman in the restaurant with two other individuals, but he thought nothing of it. However, as soon as they saw him, they got nervous and the woman quickly got up and went to the bathroom. >> Okay. >> Can you tell me what's going on now? >> So, that vehicle out front, the Cadillac is stolen. Out of normal Illinois. Okay. >> What do you mean it's stolen? >> It's reported stolen. >> How was it stolen? >> The owner reported it stolen. >> When did the owner report the car stolen? >> Um that I I don't know, but they reported stolen and then their tracker the company called us and "Hey, this car that's reported stolen is tracking at the Hooters lot." So, then we come up here with our car here with our car in that. Then we go inside and say, "Hey, can you pull up cameras to see who might have gotten out of this?" You three came came in and got out, walked into Hooters from that car. So, that's why you're detained. And there may be charges, but when we ask you to do something like, "Hey, you got to come over here." You can't >> want to be talking about this in front of the press. So, I was asking you what what was going on. >> Because we're just asking you something. When you're like, "No, I'm not I'm not I'm not part of this." Well, you are. >> After confirming her name was Denisha, he Mirandized the woman and began to question her about the stolen vehicle. After being confronted with surveillance footage, she admitted to driving the car, but not to stealing it. >> The car is my mother's car. She gave me the car. But I don't That's why I'm saying I don't know how it was reported stolen. Like, she ain't call my phone and say nothing. Everything was fine. That's why I'm saying I don't know That's why I was confused on what was going on. Obviously, if I know that this was going on, do you think I'd be like Do you know what I'm saying? I don't >> So, it's your mom's car. Uh maybe it was a misunderstanding. And when did you When did you >> call her right now, she's going to say she don't want to report the car stolen. She's going to She's going to drop the charges. Especially when you tell her you were in Iowa. And she don't She's not going to want to come get her car from Iowa. >> When did you pick up her car? Or when did you leave with her? >> She gave She gave me the car um She gave me the car uh yesterday. >> Why did you guys take off out the back? >> We didn't know what was going on. They said something about the police and Hooters. And I'm like, "What the [ __ ] is going on?" We don't even We don't have no We was We was just I don't have no time for no race. We thought it was something with some Hooters with Hooters. >> That doesn't make sense. If you truly were like, "I borrowed mom's car." And you You had no clue why we were even here. Why would you Why would an average person get up from the table mid-dinner and say, "Let's go." And not Let's go. >> Of course you wouldn't ask me that, but I'm black and that's just how That's just how I'm just I just see a whole bunch of white people and I'm just like, "What the fuck?" >> That makes no sense. Denisha explained that the two men with her were just friends and that one of them was driving. She also explained that sometimes her mother [music] would report her car stolen, but then she'd backtrack after remembering she'd given it to her daughter. She said it happened once in Skokie and told the officers she could check with the cops there. >> She do this all the time. All the time. >> Well, I'm going to I'm going to get a hold of Normal Police. >> And and I don't know if she's going to I don't know if she's going to tell y'all that she gave me the car, but she gave she I tell her tell her she she your daughter said you gave you supposed to give her the car to go to Best Buy. And she probably going to say she supposed to probably going to say well, she wasn't supposed to have it that long, but she never called my phone and told me nothing. So, how supposed to know that? It's only a hour away. >> Wait, so I'm just going to talk to your mom real quick, see what she wants done. Uh we're going to talk to the other uh Normal Police Department and see see what they want done as well. Uh but right now you're at least going to jail for interference right now. Cuz you interfered with my investigation. And my ability to put handcuffs on you. >> That's why I apologize cuz I didn't know what we what you were doing. I didn't know what was going on. >> You're still going to jail for that. >> That's We can't just be at this I don't I don't know what was going on. I'm telling you I was on the phone with my mom. I wasn't trying to interfere with nothing. I was literally trying to call my mom. That's my right hand. Honestly to God. I swear. >> But you still interfered with it. Whether you know know that or not. >> The officer tried to calm Denisha down a bit, trying to explain to the woman that interference was just a misdemeanor. That being said, she was still trying to reason with the cops hoping they'd let her go. >> I did not tense up with you. >> Yes, you did. >> I'm telling you I didn't like I'm I'm just trying to tell you I'm I'm pregnant. He was going to That's all I was trying to tell you. That's all I was trying to tell you was I was pregnant. I didn't give a chance to because you just started grabbing my arm and then your friend started grabbing my other arm. You had one arm and he had the other arm. >> You are still going to jail. >> I I don't want to sit up on this couch this man. I'm scared. I don't want to be by him. He don't like me. I don't want to sit by him. Can I sit in your car or something? >> Well, he's he's getting ready to get driven down. Talk to your mom. She is pressing charges. >> She pressing charges? >> She said that you didn't have permission. >> She be giving me permission to have her car. >> Well, and that's what she filed with the police report too is saying that you >> I'm telling you she >> And I just called I just talked to her again to make sure that story was still true. >> I can I can I can I can I call so you can see when I talk to her she going to say that she gave me no peace. Like can I can I pull your >> She also said Tyrese was not supposed to be anywhere around her property, her home, around her her vehicle. She was I would not allow him at my home, let alone in my car. >> Denisha's mother decided to press charges against all three of them, but things got worse for Denisha because while the cops were apprehending her, the woman's rings cut one of the cops' fingers. >> So I'm going straight to the county. >> Yep. >> So what How long I'm going to be up in there? >> Uh your bond is $10,300. >> That's my whole Is that bond? >> That's your bond, yep. >> $10,000? >> Yep. >> It ain't half of that? >> $10,300, yep. >> A thousand dollars? >> Yep. >> I don't have no thousand dollars. I'm going to bring my So I'm going to what that mean? I'm getting sent to jail? My mom got bipolar disorder, G. And you not even giving me a break like I'm already going I already got stuff going on. I'm already going through something, like you not even trying to give me a break. You know I it was a misunderstanding, bro. I'm not talking about the I'm not talking about the possession of them. I'm talking about between me and you and I apologize to you when when I understand what was going on, I apologize to you as soon as possible. >> Apologizing is nice, but it doesn't absolve the person who violated the law. They charged the woman with possession of stolen property and interfering with official acts causing bodily injury. She played guilty to the interference charge and the other charge was dropped. On the 3rd of March 2022 in Nassau County, the cops rushed to a local McDonald's. Instead of going for a Big Mac, they responded to an alleged assault. When they got there, there was a customer waiting outside for them saying she was attacked by the staff at McDonald's. >> What's going on? >> Okay, thank you. Um [bell] so McDonald's staff jumped me, like period. Asked them to recook my food. It's personal. They assaulted me on the island before when I was pregnant like almost 2 years ago. And then after I had my son over a year ago, probably a year and a half ago, went in came in here she she did that, gave me an attitude, blah blah blah blah blah. Gave me an attitude, so I flipped her off. She said she was just going to give me a refund. I said, "Why?" I said, "That's fine, just give me a refund." I said, "Why don't you want to recook my food?" She said, "It's cuz you're this you're pulled that knife out on me." You attacked me outside. Sorry, like she attacked me. I'm trying to talk to her. I've been nothing but nice and respectful every time I come in here. She pushed me and hit me in the face. >> While the officer dealt with the erratic customer, his partner went inside to talk to the staff and take a look at surveillance footage. As far as the employee went, they didn't deny being involved in the brawl, they just had a very different account of what had happened. >> Yeah, she just came in here and jumped on me and I just whooped her ass. >> Okay, so >> So it was it was me. >> Okay, so y'all two got into the argument? >> Yeah. >> A couple months ago y'all got into a fight out here. She pulled a knife out on me. >> Okay. >> So I told her they told her that she can't come in no more. So she came in today, I was going to the bathroom. She wanted she ordered a fish cooked for order. I had already said, "Don't serve her." I guess they didn't hear me. Cuz she knows she's not supposed to be on the property. So she said her fish wasn't cooked right. So I told her I'd give her a refund because I didn't want to serve her. So she got loud. I'm right here. She come walking up to me and swung at me. And I swung back at her. And I whooped her ass. Okay, I'm not going to even laugh. >> Do you have the cameras on it? >> All right, all right. >> The cameras is back there, but you'll have to ask my supervisor. He on his way up here. >> Okay. The opposing sides had very different version of events. As the officers waited for surveillance footage, one thing was clear, the supposed victim, Samantha, could not keep her emotions in check despite multiple warnings from the officer. >> What does it look like happened, officer? >> I don't You have blood on your hand. That's all I >> And say. >> me in the face. And then the other manager jumped on me. You can look at the camera. I don't know what else to tell you. I just got done talking to this guy. >> to tell me what happened that caused all this. >> Uh she's obviously still mad. And they're yelling calling me Sorry, I'm worked up. I will lower my voice. >> Please, because I don't need you screaming and causing a scene for all of >> I well, I'm not the one causing a scene or screaming. I'm not the one causing a scene or screaming. Got it? It's them. [music] >> Okay. >> I came in here peacefully and they >> to me like an adult, I'm going to put you in handcuffs and put you in the back of my car until you calm down, okay? >> I am calm, first of all. >> This is >> So, you're going to put me in the cop car when I'm pregnant and got jumped? >> You're not talking like a calm person. >> I am talking like a calm person. >> tone of voice? >> I am talking like a calm person. I was screaming with this guy and he was fine. >> You keep screaming. >> I'm not screaming. >> Just talk normal. I understand that you're elevated right now because >> I am talking normal. >> because of what happened. >> I'm talking normal. >> you are. Now you're getting more calm. >> For a split second, it seemed like she managed to calm down a bit and speak in a normal voice. However, literally a second after the officer said that, she was back to her yelling. >> So, walk me through what happened so I can understand >> told you. She's pissed because I'm white. I don't know what else to tell you. I don't know what else to tell you. >> So, you're mad because >> I'm not mad about anything. She's obviously I should have called you all. Not going to lie, after she pushed me, I threw my food. >> Okay. >> And then she punched me in the face. >> All right. So, here's what I'm going to do. I'm going to put you in handcuffs and put you in the back of my car for now, okay? >> I'm just putting you >> Am I being detained? >> Yes, you're just being detained for now, okay? So, I'm going to go inside. I'm going to go inside and talk with them for the time being, okay? >> Are you guys going to arrest me for me being attacked? >> again, I just said I'm going to go inside and talk and get to the bottom of it for you. >> And you can look Are you guys going to watch the cameras? Are you guys going to watch the cameras? Okay. Cuz it seemed like you guys want me in jail. >> I'm going to go inside. >> definitely fight it. >> After multiple staff members backed up the manager's version of events, it was clear that Samantha was the assailant. Even so, her incessant yelling and inability to calm down must have sped up the officer's decision to detain her. >> One just left. >> Okay. >> The one over there in the window, and there's a little one, and then I got a manager in the back. She came back because she was doing a class online. She came back, her, too. And then I got a grill boy, another grill boy, and then one in the back cash that. >> Okay, did they see it? >> Yeah, when she attacked me last a couple months ago with the knife. >> Okay. >> She was not allowed to be on the property. >> So, she's trespassed from which location? >> This location, the same location. >> So, she's trespassed from here? >> On this location. >> Okay. >> So, I go out the bathroom, go back in, she had a fish cut order with her. She was sitting down right here. Okay, I went in the back. I went to the back, the little red girl that was standing right here, she gave her the food back saying it was wrong. So, I said, I could give I said I'm going to give you a refund, and she was like, "Um, you could just fix it for me." I said, "No, because I have the right not to serve you due to the fact you're trespassing. I don't have to serve you." So, she was like, "Um, a blah blah blah blah blah." I'm standing right I'm right here. I'm right here. Where she at? Right here. She's walking up to me, and she hit me. And so, that's when I hit her. >> Hit Hit you how? >> She swung at me. >> The employee told the cops Samantha hit her with a closed fist, kicked her in the stomach, broke a chair, and struck two other employees. After that, she also attacked the manager and threw food all over the place. The manager confirmed what she'd witnessed. >> All I know is that they was yelling that she threw a drink, and then she punched her in the face, and she pulled out a knife. I don't know what she did with the knife. She started throwing things. It was like she's on kind of some kind of Yes, ma'am. >> Right. Did you serve her? >> No. It's like she was on some kind of drugs or something. >> There was a knife, too? >> Yes, she got that same knife again. She put it out over there on that table. >> Where did she back. >> Where did she have the >> the knife in her bag. Is it her bag? >> All right. I'm going to see if it's still in there. Where is this knife everyone keeps talking about? >> I don't I never pulled a knife on her. >> Yeah, but they keep Everyone keeps mentioning this knife. Oh, it's in your little pocketbook. >> Yeah, I carry a knife everywhere. It's a pocket knife. I use it >> Got you. >> as a weapon. >> Okay. >> So far, everything the employee said seemed to be true except for her description of the knife. And while the cops hoped the security footage would answer all their questions, as things turned out, there was none. >> So the video doesn't exist according to the guy in the black shirt who got this guy. He says there was no camera at the front desk anymore. It's only in the back kitchen. >> All right. >> So there's no video footage that exists. So don't worry about that. >> Yep. >> The that chick she said that she got kicked or something, so >> Which one? >> The one that got thrown out of the store. >> Okay. >> So she's going to be listed as a witness also. The second victim. And then I grabbed I guess it was the GM's or like >> Probably around that time. >> the title is >> From the other guy? >> That's the blue shirt guy. >> So that's an assault? >> Oh, yeah, absolutely. So So you found the knife and she says Is it a What's the So what does the knife look like? >> Right. >> Is it a folding knife at least? >> Yes, but that doesn't I don't know if that would be right or wrong. >> The victim's description of the color of the knife handle was wrong. That being said, while the woman was being attacked, she probably had a lot of adrenaline pumping, so it made sense she didn't catch every detail. Regardless, there were plenty of witness statements and the cops had more than enough to go on to charge her with assault. >> I really thought everything was fine. I swear to God. >> got anything on you that I didn't cuz I didn't search you. That's why I'm asking. >> No, sir. Am I being arrested? >> Yeah, you're going to be arrested today, okay? >> Why Why am I though if she attacked me? >> So I've gotten witnesses in there that are All their accounts go against your story. >> Well, obviously, but did you watch the video? She punched I'm not trying I'm just >> There is no video. >> How was there no video? She attacked me. >> They say there's no front lobby video. They have only video of >> Of course, sir. You're going to tell me that it doesn't look like I was attacked. >> I've got the witness statements in there that are all stating >> say they didn't attack me? >> They're all stating that you attacked her first. >> They all work Sir, she lunged at me and punched me in the eye. >> Okay. >> I did not attack her. There is definitely video. >> I I definitely understand that there was a scuffle between you two. >> I did not touch her. >> is the reason that you're going to be placed under arrest. >> No, she started it, not me. She punched me in the face and pushed me, officer. >> saying that you punched her first. >> No, I did not. I'm pregnant. Why would I punch her? >> As she was being escorted to another squad car to be transported, she continued to question the cops >> [music] >> and the legality of her arrest. At one point, she began to resist, and once again, the woman's attitude was going to get her in more trouble. >> There's definitely camera. >> Have a seat in the car, Samantha. >> Okay, sir. Why would I call the cops if I attacked her? >> Samantha. >> Don't push me. >> Then have a seat. >> Don't assault me, officer. I'm pregnant. >> Samantha. >> Okay, but I'm asking you for logically pencil logically why would I call you guys if I attacked them? >> Don't make us put you in there. >> I'm already in here, but logically why why would I I am but logically why would I attack them in McDonald's? Why would I attack them in McDonald's? >> Put your damn foot in the car. >> Don't push me. I'm pregnant. Don't push me. I'm pregnant. And I know I'm stronger than you. And I know I'm stronger than you. Got it? >> As things turned out, Samantha wasn't stronger than the cops. They booked the woman, and she was charged with trespass after warning, criminal mischief, battery, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. On November 29th, 2024, a curious incident happened at Raising Cane's restaurant. This time, it wasn't about robbery, stolen cars, or even assault. It was about some sauce going missing from an order. >> Hey, is there a Tatiana here? Are you Tatiana? All right. Uh where do you want to talk? >> Um outside? >> Yeah, outside's fine. Do you know her personally? Okay. So, what exactly happened? >> So, apparently she was missing eight Cane's sauces out of her tailgate order. And I replaced it for her. I let her know, "Hey, we're so sorry [music] about that." Gave her the eight sauces. She wasn't happy about it. She wanted more sauces for free. I told her, "Hey, we can't do that. That's not our standard. That's not our policy." She didn't like it. She kept saying how she wasted her gas driving all the way back up here. Um just basically just upset that I wouldn't give her anything for free. And so, she asked for my name. And by our standards, we're not required to give it to her for security reasons. And I let her know that. And she didn't like it. So, after asking me another time, and I was like, "Hey, like I'm not going to give you my name." She goes and she grabs my keys. And then she grabs my thigh with it. And she's like trying to look for a name. Realizes there's no name on it. >> [music] >> And she lets go, turns around, and leaves. >> Comparing it to other forms of assault, grabbing someone's keychain sounds pretty mild. But in this case, it could still be battery or even strong-arm robbery. In the eyes of the victim, she had no way of knowing what the suspect might do next. And she clearly could have felt threatened. >> And then what was the dialogue like when you walked up? >> I was like, "Hi." We exchanged words. "Hi, how can I help you?" And she was just basically going straight into it. Was like, "Hey, I'm missing eight Cane's sauces. I just drove over here. Now I'm having to drive over here again waiting on my sauces that I didn't get that I paid for." I was like, "I'm so sorry about that, ma'am." So, I walked away from her. And I go and I grab the eight piece sauces for [music] her and that's when she really gets upset because she starts asking me for free sauces and that's when I tell her no. And basically that's it. >> Okay. You guys happen to have video footage that would show her car and license plate? >> I don't know about her license plate. I have a picture of her sitting next to her car, but it's really hard where our cameras are angled. Like you can't really see the back of the the car. >> Okay. Obviously there's a battery if she's grabbing you without your consent. But when she's trying to take property from you with force, it could be a strong arm robbery which is a felony. Even if it's attempted. >> Okay. >> Um so we'll go take a look at the footage and uh see what we can look at on there. >> After the footage backed up with the employee said, the staff gave the [music] cop the employee's phone number. At that point, he decided to call the suspect and arrange a meeting so the cop could get an official statement. >> Hello, is this McKenzie Keeling? >> Who is this? >> This is Officer Limke, Largo Police Department. >> Speaking. >> I'm doing an information report about some sort of incident that happened at Raising Cane's on East Bay today. >> Yeah, I was checking an ID to see if she had a name tag on there. >> Okay. Like I said, it's just an information report. I just got to come talk to you, get [music] your side of the story. If you don't mind filling out a witness statement, is there some place I can meet you to see you can fill [music] that out? >> Um later today, but not at the moment. >> Okay. [music] Where can I meet you later today? Or would you like to come down at the police department? >> Um I don't know. This is ridiculous. I literally grabbed a tag to check her name, [music] so I don't know why this is being like targeted against me. I literally did nothing wrong. >> Okay, I'm not saying that you did. I'm just saying that I'm going to need to speak to you. That's it. >> The suspect, McKenzie, agreed to meet the officer [music] at the restaurant at 7:00 p.m. She arrived with her parents, and after explaining what was going on and Mirandizing her, the cop gave her a chance to give a written statement. >> McKenzie, I'm Officer Lemke with Largo Police Department. I spoke with you on the phone. Um so, I want to talk to you about the incident that happened at Raising Cane's today. It's also stated you swear or affirm that your statements that you're going to write on here are the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. Okay? So, would you still like to fill this out? >> Yes, sir. What is the outcome of tonight? >> So, you're you're facing charges right now for what happened at Raising Cane's, but I would like to understand your side of the story and what happened. >> I did not know that checking someone's name tag was illegal. >> So, it's not just checking someone's name tag, but um >> I grabbed it and checked her name was on it. It wasn't, so I let it go and I left. That's how I saw everything happen. I also work at the same place, and it has our names on it, and I've had patients grab mine to see my name, so I did not realize that grabbing someone's name tag to check for their name after they refused to give me their name was even illegal. >> The officer quickly explained to the suspect that you can't touch another person or try to take their property without their consent. However, McKenzie had no intention of hurting the employee, and she didn't think a name tag would be considered property. It would be different if you said, "Hey, can I look at your name tag?" And the person said, "Yes." And they either offered to you >> It's just unfortunate cuz it's happened to me, and I've never even thought that that was illegal. And since it's happened to me so many times, I did not think that it was going to affect anyone else in any other way. >> Well, I'm sorry that you've gone through things like that. I hope you know that you can let us know if something like that happens to you. >> would. I would never charge someone with checking my name tag. It's unfortunate that that's what I'm going to be charged with when I also manage a business and have a life to uphold. >> All right, here you >> But my life's going to be torn apart because I checked someone's name tag when she refused to give me her name when I was asking her for help and she wasn't helping me. >> Her parents were clearly concerned and said McKenzie was a good kid and had never been in trouble before. As their daughter was writing a statement, they talked to the officer in private hoping she'd be let off with just a warning. >> So, where we're at is that unfortunately you can't just reach and snatch things from people. Uh per state statute it's considered when you take something or attempt to take something with force it's a robbery. Uh so the charge she's looking at right now is a strong arm robbery with no weapon. Uh the state is >> With a with a weapon? >> No, with no weapon. Yeah, no weapon. Um there's some things that meet the criteria. Is that a >> Has to >> There has to be force involved which when she was ripping it from her and she also hit the manager in the leg, that's force. >> Mhm. >> Uh and the manager was in fear. So, those are the stipulations. Unfortunately, where we're at is that I don't have discretion on this. Um >> Can you take my badge? >> They can take anything that you need. >> While she was clearly disappointed with the unexpected turn of events, McKenzie didn't object or even resist. And even though she wasn't obliged to, she wrote the written statement. But as they were handcuffing the woman and getting her ready for transport, she began to unravel. >> So, when you get down to the jail, they'll go ahead and tell you what your mom will be. Unfortunately, as on patrol, we have no idea uh because that's through the sheriff's office. >> where do her parents need to go? >> Uh so, you'll be transported down to the Milam County Jail. So, she can take her phone. They even have a charger down there. She can access all her contacts, everything. >> We'll We'll take We'll take that out there. Right. We'll take that out there. >> So, what did she do for me as soon as >> Yep, she can give you a call as soon as they give her a >> I love you. >> Why not sit on the floor over here? Sit right there. Yeah. I don't really want to do Yeah. >> [music] >> Right. Right. Huh? Press it. >> Is that really what I'm being charged with? >> Today. >> Mom. I literally thought it was an amazing day. How is that robbery? Like, but and he started being nice. I just don't even understand. >> McKenzie was taken to jail and she was charged with strong-arm robbery and battery. [music] This case shows that when people's emotions get the best of them, things sometimes end with serious consequences. In Spanish, the word fiesta literally means celebration. But, on December 26th, 2023, a Spanish woman took her celebration a little too far. At one point, the staff at La Fiesta, a restaurant in West Des Moines, had no choice but to call police. >> All right, what's going on? >> It's her. >> Yeah. All right. You want to talk to me? >> Yes, not here. >> No, you can come over here. >> I'm right here. Can I come make up? >> That's fine. You want to come over here so I'm not doing it in front of everybody? We can >> I don't want to do >> All right, let's go ahead and grab this, grab that, let's go over here. I'm not going to make a scene in front of everyone, but if you're going to cause one, then we'll have that happen. I want you just to go over here. Okay, that's it. >> You know that I have a schizophrenia? >> Okay, and I want to talk to you over here and not in front of everybody. >> Can I go to the restroom? >> Not right now. I want to talk to you over here. Ma'am, I want you to stand up and walk over here, please. Let's go. Come on. >> Oh. >> Where is my ice? That's mine. >> I don't care. You're not going to do that to your stuff. Let's go. >> Whether the suspect was buying time here or had no intention of leaving at all, she was just delaying the inevitable. And the way things looked, she was just about to get herself in far more trouble than necessary. >> Come on. >> I haven't washed my hands. >> Okay, I would like for you to walk over here. They don't want you to stay in here, so it's time for you to move. Where are you going to go? Yeah, you guys want her just out of here? >> Oh, yeah. >> Go. Go. Please go. Go. Ma'am, go. Go. Go. Go. I don't know what her deal is. They don't want her here. I'm going to see if they want her charged with anything. Or they want to trespass. Keep your hands out of pockets for me, please. She said she has schizophrenia, so I'm trying to be cool. Nice to her, not cause this to be a big deal, but she didn't want to leave the store even, so. Do you have your ID with you? >> No. >> The officer then asked for the woman's name, but instead of responding, she began taking her clothes off in an act [music] of silent rebellion. The cops were confused at first, but then they realized she wanted to send a message to the restaurant staff. [music] >> What are you doing? >> You have clothes by you or what? >> Do not do that. >> She smells like booze anyways. >> All my property is there. >> Okay. You what your name is? Here's the deal. Do not poop my car, okay? Cuz you said you're going to poop in the restaurant and then you tried >> No, I never >> Then you said then you pulled your >> may I tell you something? >> Yeah, go ahead. >> That you don't know? >> Sure, what's that? >> And I can sit over here. And I don't I don't hurt no one. >> You go with her for a minute. >> Yeah. >> You want her trespassed from here? >> No. >> No boss at our restaurante? Uh permanent? >> No, no, no. >> She can come back? >> You hear? >> Yeah. >> No. >> You want her gone? >> Yeah, yeah. >> And for good? >> Yes. >> Okay. The manager explained that the woman in question, Sandra Trejo, had had some food and two shots, but she didn't want to pay her tab, which was $98. As the conversation was difficult, the officer then called the restaurant owner trying to confirm if he understood things correctly. Let me call this gentleman real quick, too. That way he can help translate this. Oh, yeah. >> Yes. >> He's the boss, my man. She pulled her pants down out in the parking lot and flashed you guys's people, too. So, um if you guys don't want to charge her for the for the food, then yeah. Okay, well, if she if she is drunk today, I'm going to have she smells of alcohol, so I'm going to have her PBT. If she's over the limit, she's going to go to Polk County jail, but as for the restaurant, I'll tell her she can't come back and that she is uh >> All right, we're good. >> Thank you, sir. >> Thank you. >> Appreciate it. Thank you, sir. >> Vincent explained that he didn't want to press theft charges and just wanted Sandra to be trespassed. In the meantime, Sandra explained that her kids were away on vacation and a friend had dropped her off. And she had some other things to say as well. >> Can I ask you something, sir? >> What's that? >> Uh they were jealous because all those mother [ __ ] were there. They deal in drugs, cocaine, and weapons. >> Okay. >> And I only deal with Chandler. You know why? >> No. >> Because he cuts me my mandarins, tangerines, and oranges. >> Oh. >> You know? >> Okay. >> Yeah, I can do it. >> All right. >> Uh I refuse to >> You don't want to do it? >> I know you're a good guy. >> Oh, jeez. You don't want to give us a breath sample? Okay, well, lawyer? >> I have a lawyer. >> to >> I have 10 lawyers. >> Okay. Well, here's the deal. You reek of alcohol. Okay? You're in public, you've been drinking, you smell of alcohol. So, our options are take you to jail for public intox or have your friend that you apparently have an inkling that dropped you off come get you and take responsibility for you. But, those are your options. >> You have to take me to my town car. I mean, I don't >> I'm not taking you anywhere. Someone's either going to come pick you up or you're going to go to Polk County jail. >> The officers decided that the matter wasn't too serious and they could let the woman go provided somebody could take her home. So, at that point, she asked for her phone back so she could call someone to pick her up. >> Let's make the phone calls. >> Uh sir with the beautiful glasses, can you remove this? >> Nope. You Do you me to use your phone to call someone for you? Any of these? >> Yes. >> Marcos? >> Yes. >> Who's Marcos? >> It's my ex-boyfriend. >> Okay. Is he going to come get you? >> Maybe. Papi. >> Hello. >> Papi. Okay. Bye. >> Hey, no, no. It's Officer Freeze from West Des Moines. Are you able to come pick her up? >> The cops were again having translation issues as the woman's friend Marcos didn't speak English that well. After struggling to explain the situation in broken Spanish, the cop decided to not waste any more time and took the suspect to the county jail. >> Put your foot in the car, please. >> I'm not putting my foot in. No. >> Yes. >> Marcos is coming. >> You're beacon. We're going to tell him to pick you up there. Put your foot in the car, please. >> I'm not going to jail. >> Yeah, you are. >> Not today. >> Yes, you are. Otherwise, you're just going to get interference for not putting your foot in the car. Cuz I'm giving you a lawful order. I'd like you to please put your foot in the car. I'm not doing this with you. I asked you to move earlier and you wouldn't. We're done with your games. Move your foot. Move your foot. Please move your foot. >> I don't >> It's going to hurt your foot. Put your Put your foot next to it. >> Sandra was taken to Polk County Jail and she was charged with public intoxication. According to police records, she was also charged with assault on a peace officer, but there's no body cam footage of the incident. On the 19th of August, 2023, after a misunderstanding at a local restaurant, a group of women decided to make a mess. >> [music] >> After responding to a reported battery in progress, the cops saw five suspects fleeing the location as soon as they saw law enforcement. >> Woah, woah, woah, woah, what's going on? >> 10-3, I got five black females running through the GO, GO, GO. >> HEY! >> COME BACK! POLICE! WHICH ONE WAS IT? ALL OF YOU, HEY! ALL OF YOU, GET DOWN! GET OVER HERE, HEY! >> [screaming] >> COME OVER HERE. >> THIS IS so ghetto, like >> It's unknown females, but I'm 10-25, I got them all right here at taser point. 10-4, I have more sitting on the curb right now. >> She pushed She hit my sister! SHE PULLED HER HAIR OUT OF MY >> 10-4. OKAY, WE'LL FIGURE IT OUT. GIVE ME 1 SECOND. >> Sit down. Just sit down. Mommy, ARE YOU CALLING THEM? MOMMY! >> THE COPS QUICKLY CAUGHT UP WITH THEM AND realized they were all teenagers. As expected, the young women were distraught and began calling their PARENTS FOR HELP. HEY! HEY! HEY! SHUT UP. RELAX. RELAX. Who has IDs? I need everybody's IDs. >> So, what sparked this entire thing? Did they just get pissed off because you asked them to >> I think so, because they they hadn't said anything they had a complaint about anything before that I know of or I don't think they complained to you about anything. Um but they had They gave the server $100. This is irrelevant, I mean, but they gave the server $100. The change was 10, so the bill was 90, and then they took all the change back. So, they We that they weren't going to get tipped. It was whatever. They were staying here forever. We had already closed down early because we were so dead. >> Right. >> The open sign was off, we turned the music off, the TV's off, everything. And we were just going to let them sit there for a little bit. And then the the bathroom sink got there. >> So, they went to the bathroom? >> Yeah, I was the one that went. I went I noticed there was like a bunch of toilet paper in there. And I didn't know if I should flush it cuz it was that much and I didn't want to clog it. >> Like they purposely clogged it. >> in the other stalls and there was just toilet paper, paper towels, just trash. >> The employees explained that no one else was in the restaurant, so the only ones who could have clogged the toilets were the teenagers. Still though, they said nothing at all till they were 100% sure who was responsible. >> But when you found it, they were cleaning it up, right? >> Yeah, they cleaned it up. And then I went back and then someone went in from their table again. I went in there at the same time as her, she left before me and then I went just peeked in the stall and she did it again. So, then I let Jamie know. And Jamie is older than me, more mature. I don't like talking to people about this kind of thing, so I asked her to. So, she went to the table. I didn't hear anything she said to them. I know she was talking to them. I was looking on the cameras, it was fine at first. And then I heard them yelling in the hallway in the office area. I heard them yelling, so I peek out and I see what's going on, whatever. I don't go out to the table or anything. And then the second I go I hear them yelling, I turn around and I turn back around and they're throwing chairs now. >> All of them? >> Yeah, I I couldn't see every single person, but I saw from what I could see from that door, there was a few of them. >> All of them? >> I came out, sorry. >> All of them? >> I came out here and they were all thrown, every single one of them thrown. >> According to the employees, the moment the manager, Jamie, confronted the teens, all hell broke loose. Chairs and glasses and even salt shakers got thrown and one of the employees, [music] a 17-year-old, got hit by a chair. >> Were you hurt? You got hit? >> I'm okay now. >> But someone put a chair on you, they hit you with a chair? >> Yeah, I don't even know what I just saw everything flying at first. >> over to get Jamie because all five of them jumped on top of Jamie. >> Sure, okay. They just jumped on her? >> She was on the floor like I couldn't see Jamie all five of them on and then I screamed Jamie they were hitting her and then they started throwing chairs spilling everything and I went in to get Jamie out and all three of them just started jumping on me and like hitting me and stuff like that. >> Did you get a fresh assault and battery? >> Hm? >> Did you get a fresh assault and battery? >> I pressed two or three times. >> Okay, thank you. You got to jump out of the car. Graphics okay, how old are you? >> I'm I'm 17. >> Okay, so we're going to have to call your parents. Tell them what's going on. Um because you're a minor. All right, and so you're going to prosecute which I'm guessing if you were my daughter absolutely [ __ ] would. >> The cop told the young lady to call her parents to the restaurant and made it clear to the young woman she'd be facing numerous charges. [music] Despite having multiple witness accounts, the officer knew the best evidence would be the video footage. >> I don't have anything for the bathrooms. >> Okay. >> What happens to the door after that? >> to see like the security footage. >> [music] >> Can you pull that area? I don't see anything. Can you go back to the second camera part? >> I can't it lags. Jesus [music] Christ. >> So it looks like so they so they are pretty first punched at you? >> It was the one with like the yellow she was the one that like initially as she was getting up one threw a drink and then she >> Just one after you? >> Yeah. >> So I watched the camera footage. Being scared of the employees throwing them down probably. Um because they messed bathrooms up they get up to leave one threw a drink at her one started >> drink on her? The one with the blonde >> on the employee. >> The one with the purple shirt? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> And then one struck her and knocked her over which is assault and battery. They attacked a 17-year-old as well. >> Okay. >> So all of them as far as I'm concerned that's a 10-15. >> Usually when a cop says code 10-15 it means a person's been arrested. So what the officer basically said was that all five of them were going to jail. But at that point, he still had to take their statements, so he set out to do that, provided they were willing. >> Can we talk to you about what happened inside inside the restaurant? >> I can't really >> Can we talk to you about what happened inside the restaurant? >> Can I talk to you about it? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. So, what happened? >> Okay. So, we're sitting down. It's like 9:50 something. >> Okay. >> They They closed at I think on online it said it closed at 11:00. >> Okay. >> So, we just sitting down talking. I have to go use the bathroom. >> Okay. >> Every time I use a public bathroom, I always put toilet paper on the toilet. >> Okay. >> So, when I was done, I flushed the toilet, but I walked out. I didn't know that this toilet didn't flush or if it got clogged or anything. >> Okay. >> So, I went to go wash my hands and then I went out to go sit back down. And I guess a worker that was in here >> Mhm. >> She didn't have anything to do. >> I guess she went in the stall that I was in and said oh, that we clogged the toilet or whatever. So, she came out and she >> Right. >> like, oh, since we're closed, I'm going to have to ask y'all to leave and one of y'all clogged the toilet because I know that one of y'all one of y'all was just in there. >> As far as these teenagers went, they had their own version of the story and said the clogging of the toilet was accidental. But the real question here was how did a relatively minor dispute like this turn into an absolute brawl? >> So, my sister, she was like like, you didn't even have to come out here like that. That was rude. >> Okay. >> And then I was like, okay, wait a minute. That was me, but I didn't know I clogged the toilet. >> Okay. >> Cuz I just walked out. >> Okay. >> So, she want to say, oh, get out, get out, start screaming. And then we're as we're leaving, getting up, she grabbed her keys as we were leaving, getting up. >> Mhm. >> She wants to push my cousin Jasmine right there. >> Which one? >> In the middle. >> Okay. >> She pushes my cousin Jasmine. >> Mhm. >> We're family, so why you touching my cousin? >> Right. >> There was no reason to even touch her. She's over here yelling, screaming, throwing stuff. And then all the other workers came over here fighting us. One Some man in in there threw my sister on the table. They grabbed her and threw her. >> Okay. >> Throwing chairs, hitting me in the face, hitting my sister in the head. >> Mhm. >> Throwing chairs, throwing drinks, throwing bags, all the other stuff. >> saying that the servers are the ones who attacked you all first? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> I'm pretty sure that's what happened because that's exactly what happened. >> Setting aside [snorts] the toilet paper dispute, the main question was who threw the first punch. The suspects said it was the employee, but the surveillance footage showed otherwise. Once the parents showed up, the officer tried to explain everything and keep them calm. >> So, here's here's the problem. And I've gone I personally went in [music] to review the video and everything like that so we could get an unbiased opinion on on the whole situation. Yes, they came here. They ate. They paid. That's that's not a question, right? The The problem is is when I guess when they asked them to leave. And I'm not saying that they just come up and say, "Can you please leave?" I'm not saying that they said that, okay? I'm not saying that they weren't rude. I can't say that. All I can do is take their statements and take their statements cuz the video does not have audio on it. They say she was rude. They say no. So, we're going to just sort of leave that [music] as is right now. However, when they start to get up, it's immediately a push, slam the drinks, sling sling the drinks all over the place, salt and pepper shakers all over the place, broken all over the ground. And then it's a full-out brawl between these young ladies and the staff in there. >> Actually, the parents took the news pretty well and only one asked the cops if they could speak to their kids. The officer obliged and let the parents do just that, although it wasn't very successful. >> You are going to be going to jail today, okay? So, please, as parents, I'm a parent, too. Please relax over here. Let's not have a conversation with parents, too. Okay? So, they are going to jail based on the video. I will let you talk with them. I just got to get them put in the cars first, okay? I know. I know. Anything in your pocket? Yep. We're trying to be reasonable. Okay. Can you put your other hand back here, please? >> Emotions were clearly running high here, but you have to hand it to the parents for staying as calm as they could and soothing their children, but not hindering the arrest. The suspects were charged with criminal mischief, battery, and disorderly conduct. If you thought five teenagers raising hell was too much, this next suspect is going to blow your mind. It was the 8th of February, 2025 in Pensacola, Florida and at the Cactus Cantina Mexican Grill, a woman walked into the employee break room, suddenly pulled her pants down, [music] and [snorts] did the unthinkable. >> The lady was sitting right there. She went up there, pulled her pants down, and start peeing on the floor in front of everybody. All right? >> What what's going on tonight, y'all? >> Just going on. Just going >> Can we talk over here for a Hey, so what happened here? >> What do you mean? >> What happened to you? here? >> What do you mean what happened? >> We got called here and we're being told that an incident occurred involving you. >> There was no incident involving me. My co-worker and HR >> Your what? >> HR is one of the employees. >> Who is one of your employees? >> Delgado. We exactly went through the same incident as you. >> So we're being told that you urinated in the break room. >> Oh god, no. I was peeing in the bathroom, but I did urinate cuz I was supposed to do it by my name and her name in the break room. >> You said you peed in the bathroom? >> Yes. Like I was supposed to because it's in the bathroom. >> The woman denied peeing on the floor, but when the officer said it, she didn't act surprised. Her speech was slurred and none of what she said made sense. In fact, the more the woman spoke, the more nonsensical her story got. >> Can you just have a seat over here? >> Yeah, that's fine. Yeah, I'll go ahead and do what you got to do. >> Yes, I did. And if you could just have a seat over here, please. >> in the bathroom like I was supposed to. >> I'm in a safe space. 25 feet >> It's 25 feet, sir. That's That's the Halo law. >> I'm not saying you did it, but if I get called here, I have to conduct an investigation. >> Because we're about to go through the same thing you're about to go through. >> I'm sorry, I can't >> What I said we're about to go through right now. I'm in the same thing you're about to go through. >> What do you mean? >> I've been Department of Defense. We're about to go through the same thing same thing you're going to go through when it comes to this national defense thing. I get it. So you can check the passport and see if it goes through and once it goes through, you let me know. >> This is not a passport. This has nothing to do >> can get you my passport. >> I don't want your passport. >> Okay. >> You're good on that. >> That's fine. Want somebody here? >> Nope. Not unless you're going to keep impeding my investigation. >> The suspect, 32-year-old Shirley Bouie, said she was just having dinner with her wife and her employee Delgado. As far as Delgado went, he was obviously protective of Shirley, and he kept interrupting the cops and butting in. Meanwhile, Shirley continued with her nonsense. >> Make sure you have your jurisdiction that's your citizenship. >> Oh, jurisdiction? >> Actually, I'm done with this. Yes, because I work for the federal presence. So, I'm going to ask you to make sure that you have your citizenship. >> Shirley Bouie >> What is that number? >> Because I also work for the federal presence. >> Okay. >> What's What's she charged with? >> She has no background here. >> Right now, she's not being charged with anything. Right now, we're conducting an investigation like we told you. >> I also work for him. Make sure you have your >> Sir, if you don't go sit down and keep interrupting my investigation, we're going to have a real problem here. So, just sit down and be quiet. >> name again? >> I'll give you my name when I'm done. >> Okay. >> Sit down. [snorts] Sit down. >> You're asking for my citizenship, he's going to ask you for your >> I'm giving you the option to sit down and be quiet. >> right. >> What's that? >> Because we're also American citizens. We're going to ask you under the Department of General Federal Jurisdiction, we're going to ask you to state your >> We have jurisdiction here. >> Yes, we do. And I'll print out the recording tape. I am HR. >> Okay. >> Shirley didn't deny urinating, but said she'd done it in the bathroom. Curiously, she wasn't intimidated by the cops at all. As a matter of fact, she even questioned their authority and even made vague threats. >> So, if you urinated in the bathroom like you're supposed to do >> like I'm supposed to. >> Why would someone call the cops on you? >> I don't know, because someone's racist like they always are. >> Do you work here? >> No, I'm literally eating here. >> Well, Shirley, you said you were HR, so I don't know if you're HR. >> Exactly, like I'm supposed to. I can't eat? Are you asking me I can't eat? If I am an American, I can't eat in American restaurants? >> For what? We just hold on here. Yeah. >> Ask me. Give me that. >> Give me what? >> Give me my ID. >> No, right now we're conducting Right now Right now we are conducting an investigation. >> I'm also conducting investigation because through THE AUTHORITY OF PRESIDENT PRESIDENT TRUMP, I AM acting through authority. Ask me. >> OKAY. >> DELGADO, ASK GIVE ME YOUR IDENTIFICATION. >> If you don't settle down, I'm going to have to give you a disorderly disorderly conduct. >> of a President Trump. >> Right now, that's a >> Same thing. >> I don't know what that is. >> President Hero of Prisons, I >> President Hero of Prisons. >> I'm the same thing. I'm holding the President I'm holding the inmates of American I'm the same thing. >> According to a later report, the footage showed Shirley going into the bathroom, pulling her pants down, sitting in a chair, and then urinating. The officer clearly stated there were no urinals or toilets visible, which might have led someone to think they were in a bathroom. At that point, they handcuffed her, and Delgado immediately objected. >> Why Why are you arresting her? >> Because I'm American citizen. >> Why? >> Born in Hawaii. >> I'M 25 FT AWAY. >> 1993. >> WHY ARE YOU ARRESTING HER? >> BOOEY, ask me. I work for the Federal Bureau of Prisons >> They don't >> in the United States of America. >> Hey, hey, I'M 25 FT AWAY. >> GO AHEAD. >> TAKE IT. >> YOU DON'T WORK FOR THEM ANYMORE. I'LL TELL YOU THIS. >> AND I always will. >> You know what? That's just a damn shame. >> Hold on, please. That's a damn shame. >> I always will. American citizen. That's exactly what I work for. That's who I work for is American. >> I'M 25 FT AWAY. >> OH, HE WON'T. HE WON'T. IF HE'S A WHITE, I bet you won't ask him that. >> As she was being taken to a squad car, Delgado followed them outside. He was recording the cops with his phone, and based on his demeanor, he seemed a little bit impaired. >> But I got to do what I got to do. >> All right, get lights and search her. Just search. No, they won't respond for that. BECAUSE IT'S STUPID. >> I HAVE THE BEST certificate in hand right now. >> If you'll stand by for a second, I can go grab them here. >> I'm 25 away. I'm 25 away. >> While the man did keep his distance, he wouldn't stop harassing the cops. At one point, even Shirley tried to tell him to relax and stop interfering. However, he kept rambling on about being 25 ft away. >> Delgado. >> What? >> Delgado. >> Am I 25 ft away from you? Yes or no? >> Approximately. >> Okay. >> Delgado, let them. >> Am I 25 ft away from you? >> Delgado, let them because when they free me >> Ma'am, sir, sir. >> Delgado. >> You got other things to do than this, right? >> Delgado. >> we doing this? >> As a federal bureau of the United States, I'm going to ask you to pause. >> Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. >> I'm going to ask you to pause. >> Up against the car. Take a half step back. >> Go ahead. >> Take a half step back. >> Okay. >> There you go. >> No. >> I don't need to. >> Morales on the phone. >> Because I don't need to. >> Delgado, let them. >> Then you can call them. Do you have anything in your bra? >> No, I do not. You can check if you need to. >> Nope, you're good. I'm good. >> After Shirley was searched and placed in the squad car, her wife came out to the parking lot. Out of the three of them, she appeared to be the only one sober. While she was clearly distraught, all she wanted to find out was what was next. >> I'm just trying to figure out what to >> I am Shirley BB's wife. >> Okay. >> So >> She went into the break room. >> And she said that >> In front of employees and sat on a chair in a room with zero toilets underneath a camera and urinated. >> Okay. >> Employees observed this. >> Okay. >> They saw her naked. They would like to pursue charges against her. Once they say that, I have no dog in the fight. >> Okay. >> They like like your friend here >> My name My name is Mr. >> Mr. Delgado. >> Yes. >> Like she has explained I've been sitting in the parking lot and her child is in the car. So I >> Okay. >> I'm just trying to get caught up. >> like Mr. Delgado explained, I am a servant of the people and the people called alleged a crime, had evidence of said crime, and as a servant I have to act on that, correct? >> appreciate that and I respect that. >> But I told you that >> Now who is the person that decided to say the complaint? Who Where's the person at? >> They're employees, so they're inside. >> Okay. Where is the employee that stated this? >> not going to tell you where the employees are. >> Okay. And I got you. >> If you want to show up to the court date, whenever that may be, you are more than welcome to do that, okay? >> Shirley was taken to jail and charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct. After posting a $500 bond, she was released the next day. For the disorderly conduct charge, she completed a diversion program and the other charge was dropped.
