cops get away with misuse of power because of their position in society but how interesting can it be to watch them be put back in their place by FBI agents here are cases where idiot cops got humbled [Applause] end does he have a 27 you want me to run I do hear something coming back now that 28 is going to be his uh 28 from earlier police depart that comes back to Advanced wiring company out of Jacksonville believe I need to have he's saying that this is coming back to that because it's a covert vehicle IND that I was being detained ear do you have de on that subject do you have a driver's license on you sir driver refusion to give us 27 this time Franklin still unconvinced by agent hatton's actions the deputy put him in handcuff and sat him at the back of the police cruiser things would quickly go Haywire from there call 911 call I need a medical attention right now unlock me call call 911 call 911 we're we're releasing you right now sir Call 911 Now call 911 I need having spent over 5 minutes in an overheating vehicle agent Hatton was already experiencing some medical issues like shortness of breath and demanded that the officers call an ambulance so he called me on my phone to meet with me about a matter uh magically got your number and he was questioning me on a ticket that I wrote said he worked for another agency which turns out to be legit but at the time we didn't know so I called my supervisor here decision was made to uh detain him while we were in his legitimacy yeah and uh we put him in the back and uh after that he started complaining of uh shortness of breath vision loss welcome to Montville Queensland where onlookers have called 911 after seeing a drunk man swerving all over the road let's see what happens if you haven't already can you grab that caller's info and phone over and we'll get in touch with him later for statement I have his that he would do a statement I told him call thank you talk to your dispatcher okay they're probably going to want to get a statement from you my address my phone number and everything all right thank you okay interestingly the police officer knows the suspect later identified as Brad Ostendorf who is an assistant special agent in charge of the US Environmental Protection agency the officer starts his investigation hey Brad what's up hey how are you good hey we got a call on you bud for what uh did somebody wake you up in a parking lot no okay you didn't have words with somebody no okay um and then we actually got a call from the the truck behind you that you were kind of all over the road no I mean I'm just going home okay yeah did you drink anything today no you have anything to drink no I mean I'm fine okay are you supposed to be driving though yeah I mean I'm fine no I mean I mean are you legally allowed to be driving correct are you suspended no okay no um actually I'm uh it's like for 3 months and then I'm good okay for now so during the conversation agent Ostendorf fumbles and shows clear signs of intoxication do you have your driver's license yeah I got you driver's license with the approv insurance yep the officer inquires about agent ostend dorf's documents and after it all checks out gears up for field sobriety tests where are you coming from then just to get a car for some a car like a car oh a car an actual car an actual car where was that at it was at on t okay why somebody selling a car there yep they want to drop it off so okay do you have proof insurance with you too yep it's USAA so okay yeah hold on I got you yep don't get old man legal limit you're almost three times Brad Ostendorf was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence OVI and having a breath alcohol content greater than. 17% the court handed down a sentence that included fines totaling $1,500 an accumulation of 12 points on his driving record a suspension of his driver's license for 2 years a jail term of 180 days with 170 days suspended and 3 days mandatory and one year of probation now on to Grand Rapids where newly released dash cam and body cam footage reveal feel the intense moments where an FBI agent opened fire on a Grand Rapids officer and the strange interview that took place after it was all over we see the first interview with Las Vegas FBI special agent Ruben Hernandez moments after he allegedly fired his gun at police but first let's take a look at what led up to his arrest it all happened just after 1:00 in the morning at Planet Fitness near Center Point Mall within minutes of getting the call of a man with a gun a small army of officers shows up shot fired at me over here guys take cover on the building are you over there by the orbit room affirmative fired in one clip we see a team of officers in Tactical Gear helmets and shields slowly approaching Reuben who was already on the ground his gun already in the parking lot in the interview we can hear that Reuben is clearly confused and most likely drunk anybody that's wearing this uniform I will not hurt you ma'am okay okay here's the thing okay you have a holster on you there's a gun in the park should stop talking there's a gun in the parking lot from the direction that you came you took a shot at one of our officers you're not going anywhere you're going to stay in the car until someone can come and talk to you do you understand that yeah' okay ma'am ma'am can can you take it off from me no I will not I finally when Ruben truly understands what has transpired and how his drunken Behavior will most likely cause him to lose his FBI job his mind gains some clarity over soon after this hysteric episode of violence FBI agent Hernandez who opened fire on a Grand Rapids officer faced assault charges in Kent County his attorney revealed a chilling detail Hernandez had a paranoid episode and alcohol was involved but the mystery only deepens why was Hernandez here all the way from his home Post in Las Vegas all we know is that he was investigating a fraud case and in a stunning twist Hernandez bonded out of jail and was allowed to leave the state but he is expected back for a dramatic court appearance how you doing sir good all should have ended quickly and with minimal problems got prolonged as the deputy decided to launch into a lecture all the worse for him because what he didn't know was that the person he had pulled over wasn't a security contractor as he claimed but was actually Anton yanov an undercover FBI agent hiding guns you know what I mean OB safety is number one so pull over immediately if for whatever later that they discovered that this man was a United States secret service agent an FBI Task Force officer and a special Duty US Marshal ianov had gone to the city of Nevada to investigate a child trafficking case unfortunately his security clearance was high enough to keep the case and its aftermath high-profile it is however unlikely that he would have let those cops go Scott free next up we witness a shocking turn of events where one of the police officers involved in a controversial traffic stop of a black and Latino army officer in December number has been fired body camera footage shows Windsor Virginia police officers Joe Gutierrez and Daniel Crocker pointing their guns at army second Lieutenant Karen nario before Gutierrez pepper sprays him what's going on how many occupants are in your vehicle it's only myself why are your weapons drawn what's going on the door slowly step out get out get out the car get out now I have not committed any crime caught on body camera and cell phone footage Army second lieutenant an car Nazario clad in his uniform fearlessly holds his hands out the window of his brand new car two Windsor Virginia police officers guns drawn and tensions High bark orders for him to exit the vehicle I'm honestly afraid to get out can I yeah you should be get out of the car now get out of the car get your hands off me please get your hands off me get your hands off me get your hands off me I didn't do anything don't do that confused and bewildered Nazario repeatedly demands to know why he's being pulled over but his questions are met with a shocking response ex officer joku tierrez unleashes a torrent of pepper spray through the open window leaving Nazario reeling in pain just get out of the car I'm trying to breathe my dog is in the back my dog is choking right get out of the car in a shocking display of force Nazario is brutally kicked and shoved to the ground the officers show no mercy as they roughly slap handcuffs on his wrists leaving him helpless and vulnerable the incident report states that Nazario was pulled over for not displaying tags on his SUV but wait the officer's own body cam footage reveals the temporary dealer plate clear as day the report goes on to claim that the officers treated it as a high-risk stop because of nazario's tinted windows and the fact that he drove at a low speed to a gas station before finally pulling over but what's the real story here what you a specialist Court what are you I'm a lieutenant the shocking revelations don't end there according to the lawsuit the officers threatened to destroy nazario's military career if he dared to take action against them they told him to just chill let it go and no charges will be filed they would take the handcuffs off and give him a bottle of water but after a search of his vehicle turned up nothing Nazario was released without charge the governor of Virginia has called for an investigation but the Windsor Police Department remains silent nazario's attorney is determined to hold these officers accountable and put an end to these kinds of stops despite the terrifying situation Nazario remained calm while the officers lost control he was in uniform driving at a low speed clearly not trying to get away as a black man in this country he knew the dangers of being stopped on a rural Highway and sought the safety of a well-lit area in recent developments the police officers who made this idiotic arrest have been fired and a jury was chosen to determine the compensation for the assault that Lieutenant nario bore the jury awarded second Lieutenant Karin nario a total of $3,685 in the lawsuit against Windsor Virginia police officers Joe Gutierrez and Daniel Crocker the officers faced four counts assault battery false imprisonment and illegal search we take you to Franklin County where an FBI agent is investigating a cop Deputy Gordon for possible corruption on the evening of December 20th Deputy Gordon's personal cell phone rang on the other end of the line was a man claiming to be an FBI agent requesting an urgent meeting in a nearby parking lot the depuy's pulse quickened as he wondered what could be so important special agent Alexis Hatton of the FBI had traveled all the way from Panama City to investigate a citation issued by Deputy Gordon turns out Deputy Gordon had previously issued a citation to a real estate agent for a traffic accident but the citation was dismissed by a local Court it appears the FBI thought that the citation was done with ill intent and therefore had sent there's something fishy with this right here during the whole encounter the FBI agent regularly asked whether the depuy's body cam was still running absolutely yes sir this is because the FBI agent backseat of a police car and took the matter into his own hands by asking the officers to call 911 urgently the FBI agent was later Taken to a nearby hospital for a checkup where he was declared fit and was discharged the same day the FBI met with Deputy Gordon and the sheriff to get to the bottom of what happened and why after intense talks the Sheriff's Office and the FBI were able to put this and establish a more productive relationship moving forward we now take you to North Georgia where in a shocking turn of events the sheriff of a North Georgia County and a city police officer thre threatened to arrest each other in the middle of a traffic stop in this case we witnessed that not only do cops get in fights with federal agents but they also tend to fight their fellow Boys in blue the hawasi officer body cam caught the heated exchange the extraordinary recording shows two cops one the elected Sheriff himself the other a hawasi police officer exchanging profanities after the driver essentially wasn't in ear range but those threats of arrest were made in front of the driver who had just been cited for speeding The Clash occurred last week amid a jurisdiction dispute where the town's County Sheriff accused hawasi officers of making stops and pursuing suspects outside the city limits just as the haasi officer stopped a citizen Sheriff stepped in believing that the haasi officer was acting out of his jurisdiction the sheriff initially inquired the jurisdiction of the haasi officers inside the city or out here just right here okay go pull the video at Theo after the on any consequences for the police officer but the sheriff can't be disciplined or fired except by the voters because he's an elected official who answers only to them a local news reporter also
