is legal under specific State statutes after observing him as such Sergeant panicha decided to confront him when Mr Taylor was returning to his vehicle while carrying a fishing rod yeah I don't know detention time and missed key details footage from Taylor's camera highlighted inconsistencies the officers unloaded Mr Taylor's firearms and left the scene Mr Taylor returned back to fish again Mr Taylor had some inclination of taking legal action however there is not up update available on this case as of yet if you think this was the only arrogant cop who got humbled by their bosses wait over an individual named Rios allegedly for a tint violation Mr Rios stated that he had previously received a ticket for the same violation and was on his way to resolve it when he was stopped again he affirmed that he was not involved in any illegal activity officer Hernandez then detected the smell of marijuana emitting from the vehicle after noticing such behavior from officer Hernandez the passenger De La Cruz began recording watch what justification Mr Rios provided for this allegation I mean I I didn't even do nothing I was just leaving the Walgreens I'm coming back to drop off my an marked police car and activated its emergency lights during the stop watch how the traffic stop is about to take a filthy turn good for that's Tag 2 to it don't worry about it don't worry about it seriously go ahead I going to write your ticket I out have the descrip but you know you were speeding so okay all right drive safe government vehicles are required to adhere to traffic laws unless legally Exempted such as during emergency responses since Mr Johnson was neither on duty nor responding to an emergency his speeding was unauthorized under Florida law when Mr Johnson questioned the officer's conduct suggesting they were unprofessional and overly aggressive watch how the encounter concludes in this parking lot it's not normal to walk around and film around a nuclear station or or around any High secure area this is a facility here we don't know if you're filming something to plan or prepare a jailbreak for somebody but until we have a I'm doing you have no right that's not
