somebody that's going to come pick her kids up on August 17th 20122 officers were dispatched to the local school for assistance due to an outraged parent the on-site officer already had her hands full because a fight broke out between other students over a boy I got it no because you know better stop stop stop calm down Mage she started with me hey name's going to step away and we're going to stand right here okay this is when she got the alert that the parent of another child managed to sneak her way into the gym to confront her child's bully oh no she in eighth grade is that you right there it looks like you're running your mouth inside the class see right here so is she in that classroom yes she in so where are you supposed to be at this time no so there was he came and told me like he came he was telling me to come in so that's what I was going to go do I'm taking her to Douglas if you want [Music] I need [Music] [Applause] to stay here for right now I want you get in trouble I I guess I'll try to call you or whatever but just sit it just sit there with them until I figure my situation out what is her name so we know to tell the principal um come up here and get my car okay you said okay's in the back all right okay appreciate you get out that crosswalk you're welcome I was literally I had kids in my office doing with a fight that literally just happened in the gym so I was like the fight and then uh we were leaving East and then we heard you key up and I was like I didn't hear that but we were right here at Ponder Roa so well that's three juvenile complaints I'm about to do so well this will be our fourth time at the jail today yeah she's coming to pick up the kids thank you for pressing charges I'm going to get out hold on I don't I don't it's okay stop I'm going to get out I'm going get out just shut the door don't even we're not we can't go into school in attch not coming to pick up the kids but a girl name of is coming up here to get the car she might can I get that anyway do you know who she was confronting just so I can put it in my report no we were was in the the other issue and then I get a call to come out here and she said that she went into the gym to I want to know why the doors are on lock that's another issue of concern I think they were coming out those doors are locked they just transitioned like correct that's how she got in and according to her she went into approach the child he saw it I guess not doing that all right I to my office right now kids no ma'am 104 that's going to be the arreste and you have video it I'll be able to get that too do you need anything from us other than transport I mean if you want to take it that'd be nice but if you know she I'm cool I can take it if you want me to but let me know what there is public school disruption of a public school okay and she just did she touch the little girl not that not as as far as I know just send me the video or just uh sander do a supplemental for the the one that I guess was in here and saw it if you want to go talk to them and see what they said though so you can get a good idea yeah cuz like I said I got to do I've never seen the disruption of a public and this isn't a ju point no I I literally just did I no like this one wouldn't count as a juvenile yeah um okay yeah we've had we had a fight this morning across the street next thing I know she's coming out far trying to get into the building how long did it take for her to get in contact like like from when you called her to to tell her about the student so I so I she came she checked her out at the main office she drove around here pick her up well no no I don't think no she didn't know about it at that point okay so by the time she came around here she did not know about the incident but we check kids out at the front door oh right you're right so I don't know why she came around here I was walking the girl up to the main office she said that's my mom right there was she had already come back okay so I do not believe that the mother had prior knowledge to the incident until today until she picked up until she picked her daughter up okay what is what is her name well I've been and we arrested a second guy with a robbery warrant and then the third guy was an AG assault that we just arrested oh yeah we literally I just sat down in my office like talking to one of the kids about the fight that literally just happened and I heard there's a parent in gym and I took off and then I heard her yelling and then I was like anyway she was yelling at a student cuz a student was apparently a student put her hands on her daughter okay but instead of going to the school and saying something to the principal she's going to go confront a 10-year-old yeah yeah yeah so and now she's making you bar her M um Miss Douglas did you want to Bar her as well yeah we need to find out what what happened but yeah yes you can't come I about say cuz if if she's bared and she comes back to drop the kids off y'all don't have to charge for that but then if she comes back and does other we could be absolutely absolutely if you want to get her bar real fast yeah uh Mr Mitchell you mind doing the barring real quick never mind M Douglas say she has it and you're the one that saw all of this yes okay did she ever make contact with the other I'm going look at the camera no I did uh um talk about the mother mother the mother did not make physical physical contact no but I think verbally and I think she and I think she had the well she made it the other coach answered the door and she that's how she got in the coach opened the door yeah coach opened the door okay um so you could tell her how long you want her bar so it's up to two years Miss Douglas here has to inform me or something okay what one you're you're barred from the from the campus for 2 years and so if if we change that that we'll be in touch with you once all of this is over I do want to sit down and talk with you mom there's ways that we can handle all of this but what yes ma'am but my my baby been telling me she been getting picked on for a long time if you call me I promise you and I don't even know nobody up here I'm a single parent I do what I supposed to do I'm not no bad parent I'm not no bad person and for you to press charges on me it ain't nothing but going to be a blessing because at the end of that I'm stand up for my children I ain't got nobody out here and I do what I can for mine so for another child to be put her their hand that that's who you need to be put pressing charges on her but Mom let me ask you this I don't care ma'am would you feel the same way if the other parent came and did that my baby don't do that that's what I'm telling you my baby such a good a good girl it's pathetic that's why I did what I did her dad is not in her life I'm the only parent in her life ain't nobody going to put their hands on well so you you understand the barring process correct yeah I do so what you want me to do change at school okay that's what that she say was trying to find out is how she got in as well got in yes we were telling her not to come in not to come in not to come in she goes in past the other coach to go into the gym and U you know as soon as I see that I'm radioing and I'm getting up here to try to block her and she's she's physically confronting children not not I'm sorry she's ver verbally confr your um I can't think of the role here okay that's what I was making sure just so I can put in the narrative who we spoke witht get on the okay and haven't heard anything about anyone touching this child so I mean so yeah most the time we at least hear at least once about something um this is the first time that I have heard anything concerning her daughter her daughter's a sweetheart um bullying bullying is chronically so so you just do the the public school just do or do County School dist scho District Y and then obviously you could do the barring in it is hurt um and then I could still do a supplemental cuz I'm going to go watch video as soon as I get inside this this mom does pick up uh her daughter daily yeah her up in the front but if she her first time picking her up what I was saying is is the baring that she can come here to like drop her kids off cuz it's up to yall if you want to press yeah it's up to you if she want to press charges so um you explained that to me yeah I did I was like so she can come here she can come out here and be civil with y'all and y'all don't have to press charges but if she does something where you want to press charges and but I guess it has to be more than just picking up the kid if she gets here and I guess it's verbal or something she's picking up her daughter I can kind of see understand that but if she gets out starts making confrontation with somebody that's when I would say the criminal trespassing get AR um so just to also document they were still TR transitioning when she came in they were seated in roll call the other coach in like open the door the mother the mother was knocking on the door and then Frasier came to the door and she pushed she went on through even though Fraser told her not to come I was telling her from over there man trying to get her attention keep her from going into the gym if you just want to do supplement if you have that video put it in we'll do disruption of public school I'll get it done are there kids in that car there kids there was a baby who was just okay so we might need to call defax and if she doesn't have somebody that's check out daughter yes so she can goad and go with her so if we can go ahead and get her I know the baby was in the front so the car seat not the car seat not in it's not connected out hi not proper I she's she's technically too young to be in that where's the other she's in that car oh the other doter yeah it's coming cuz this is for a booster seat so this is for like a like to 6 years old right so this is going to be too big for her so they're going to get them though but if you want to go take her I'm going to gra um go get that stuff so this so I think they're checking checking the other girl out I think that's what they're doing uh so what I would do is just make sure you're uh one second we're getting another kid someone's here to pick them up can she just go ahead and escort them escort her outside uh the sixth grade door that okay you got come Buckle our hand so she's in this car seat okay that one is the little too that that one's a little too small so you're not going far you're just going across the street I think okay I would say don't go too far cuz really what we should do is swe here for another car seat to get here but that I think that car seat would be fine I'm not certified for that stuff so I don't really want to say yes or no but from what I understand that is a that car seat is too small or too too big for her okay so it does need to get a new one uh I think they're getting the other children other other little girl out now and they're going to check her out so y'all can get her as well so that's what we're waiting for but hope you have a better day I'm sorry I met you like this a doctor's appointment I've been sick as a dog I'm Sor my doctor's right there well I hope you feel better so yeah we were we were coming here to direct traffic for the kids getting out so uh yeah she had a melt down and if someone put hands on my kid I'd probably feel the same way so um but there is better ways to do it but I I don't have kids so I can't say how You' feel cuz it's a you yeah uh in about 8 months I'll know how it feels but right now I don't know so thank you yeah there are one of those arrests that I'm not a fan of but I ain't no fan I don't care it is what it is just make sure next time we're going through the principal that way we don't like next time I had the suspect was booked for disrupting operations of public school what do you
