On August 23rd, 2022, officers responded to a call from a homeowner. He stated that there was a white female and a black male outside trying to get in and looking around his home. He mentioned that the female seemed a bit off. Officers have came across the female before on this channel. Here's a quick clip of that incident. Oh, I can't breathe. Yeah, I just feel very vulnerable right now. And that's this is the third time they've been hands on my camper in less than a month. Okay, so basically they were just kind of looking. So, I'd rather find them now, get them identified. It's not over for the officer that was transporting the suspect. Once at the jail, they rejected her and had the officer get her medically cleared at the hospital because they could tell that she was on some illegal substance. Security was notified that the suspect was on her way and apparently they were familiar with her and informed the officer that she would have to wait in the car. A little clicky. There it is. Said that apparent ingestion of unknown substance unable to maintain medically. Oh. Security know you're here, right? They're familiar with her. They say leave her in the car. Okay. Yeah. After she's discharged or if she leaves willingly then um but she is she is definitely experiencing mental health and possibly substance abuse as well. But, you know, it it's not a barbaric thing because these people, they need structure, 24/7 structure because you treat them, they get back out, they don't have any job, nowhere to go. They go back out on the street, you know, probably do more substances, get hurt by people that are very mean, and then we get called when they're trying to break into people's respons cars and stuff.
