7th of October 2023 in Dayton Ohio officers fader and ler responded to a domestic violence call when they arrived on the scene they made contact with the caller and her daughter she stated that there was an altercation and that he abused her officers conducted a search at the boyfriend's place of work a Speedway gas station here's Gregory Lamb's story hello you guys P okay where's he at right now walking what's he what's he look like okay uh when did he leave um well we're not called 911 so uh or he was even I don't even think he was gone at that time so 7:20 he was still here yeah and then he left once he left on foot all right so what what happened so so he decided to put his hands on me she tried to get involved and he choked her up how did he put his hands on you but see I'm not well I don't really care he started beating me up you know punching me with his fist like you know nothing he he's not on the lease he's stay in the same house as you he's not staying in this house no more today well does he live with you or did he live here by law he doesn't live here okay that that doesn't mean anything if he's not on the lease he doesn't live here okay he has not not had any mail in 30 days mail doesn't matter has he stayed here for more than 5 days consecutively yeah but we've been trying to get him out and he's on pills I'm I'm trying to establish he got a pocket full of Fetti blah blah long story short he didn't want to go he didn't want to go we were getting she was getting her stuff out of the closet now starting to make sense he went over there was like no no no was me up and threw me on the ground and that's where it all happened cuz I couldn't remember exactly why it was so you came home to talk to him about or I don't want to say confront but I didn't confront him none of that happened there was no confrontation prior I'm not saying I walked down here from my cousin's house I'm trying to help you out my cousin's house and when I came in he was running his mouth about this and that I said okay well you you need to go like it's over it's done like you just need to go like I'm I'm tired of she was he was basically say that she was okay oh yeah that's right I forgot I even that my cousin of all people y so he kicked a heater at me y I said okay this is it we're done like we're not doing this no more I'm tired of getting my I'm tired of all this I'm staying here he technically lives today he stole the key out of my Pur does he have a spot in here that he has slept he SLE in my bed I'm his girl he slept in my Ved why would off of us I'm not sure I understand that you are both upset you guys the court you guys just need to make the statements and that's it that's not how courts and the judge is the one who's going to decide whether or not that's not how we present charges but you're making her my 19-year-old daughter like we did something wrong by calling the police on the you got to relax otherwise we can't help you I want to help you 19yearold daughter that's she's crying because you guys are making like and like I'd like to hold the man accountable then you need to relax you going to walk up to me and on me after a man just beat the I'd like to help you okay would you like our help or not no we don't oh no we do want your help you're going to press charges I'd like to but we have to make sure we can decipher between an assault and a domestic violence do you understand what I'm saying from Dom do you understand yeah we're pressing charges I I'm trying to you're not making this easy for us that is short factor in on nobody he just were going to take the key take his stuff to him and then to his job he works at that Speedway right up there and then the at that he can't come and now it's like what we do and she was she K thater and up I I understand that she doesn't want him back here I can take it and turn it from a simple assault case and to a felony well so right now it'll be aelon it's going to be felony get up the object was a small blue pill the blue pill was not Viagra but in this case it was Xanax lamb had a pill bottle labeled ibuprofen on him but inside he had three more Xanax pills lamb was transported to Montgomery County Jail where he was was booked tag inag I in there yeah I went in there he man the guy we brought in last time we got to bring your stuff in all right yeah what you wall separate your legs Gregory lamb was booked in charge with domestic violence strangulation possession of and tampering with evidence the Xanax was tagged as evidence and lamb slept in a Cell Gregory didn't learn his lesson after this arrest and in 2024 on the 26th of February he was arrested once more this time for obstruction of official business on the 18th of February a year later he was arrested once more and once again for obstruction of official business Gregory lamb was given up Bond of $9,500 and we can only hope he learned his lesson this time
