shows officers responding to a call at a
local grocery store
about a man who was standing outside
the initial calls were that the man
wasn't doing anything wrong
but he had been standing outside for
almost 12 hours and refused to talk to
anybody who approached him
what this video shows
is the amount of patience that officers
have in these situations
and sometimes they have to think outside
the box to come up with a solution
