yes sir cuz I'm black do what you want it was was a seemingly regular night at the social room on January 10th 2023 but then something happened nearby officers responded to a disturbance call when they arrived at the scene aene Jones and Mona Hoots were shouting and spiraling out of control let's rewind and see what happened Jones and Hoots said they came to the bar for a night out for taco Tuesday after a few drinks Joan said she realized her keys were missing and that they had been kicked out of the bar the two women were both visibly intoxicated and were causing a scene hi from aene huh yeah what's your name je a I got you what's up I don't have no keys out here we come on I'll take you to my car first why are your keys out here not out here relax hold on relax is going on now he going to unlock the door now he unlock the door need to focus on me what is going on so what's going on is we're at the hospital for my uncle okay so you know we've been here 3 days let's go have a drink present it's Taco Tuesday maybe we could find some taco let's goe good night I put I promise you on my soul I put my keys on the counter she went to the bathroom my wallet was on the counter but my wallet was on the counter like this it never left my rest my keys end up missing when I went to my car to grab something by the time she came out the bathroom they're like oh we don't got your keys they saw screaming don't nothing like that happen around here we don't got your keys but they CED me which means y'all know I'm from Pittsburgh which means y'all know I don't have no relative y'all could do whatever y'all want to me out here so why do you think one of them stole your keys cuz my keys are not in my car my keys are not on stre why you look why were you looking out here did they throw them or I mean cuz if they no the only reason I looked out here CU they said they don't have them so I'm no I'm going to act dumb am her older Fe I'm going to act dumb and I'm shut Jones was yelling demanding her keys back while Hoots could barely stay on her feet Hoots explained why they believed the bartender took the keys all that and we already looking of a white man like listen let me it don't matter but what I'm going to tell you is they took my keys no they didn't take her keys on purpose they took them because they could they came in here and they knew we were new residents we were black people and we were hard [ __ ] we were at the downtown hospital I don't think that true at all you're not you're cut me off I'm listening can you let me yeah go ahead please I didn't ask on uh we got a yellow hand sanitizer and then we got something that look like lip gloss to go inside do me a favor and meet me at your car I'm going to go inside and talk to them okay say just walk walk over walk over I have I'm going to try I'm going to try and figure it out for you I'm going to do my best can you just do me a favor and go stand by your car and I'll go talk business my keys was on I know let me tell you I know for sure my keys was on the bar okay just go stand by your car I'll go talk to you in a second okay the bartender said that she had served them only one drink but was now dealing with their belligerent Behavior she said she never saw her keys and the situation escalated when Jones began accusing everyone around her of theft and she caused multiple disruptions in the bar excuse [Music] me hi what's up I don't know you tell me I'm here for some missing keys and chicks yelling outside yeah they came in here overly bent not just loud and obnoxious I Ser I serve them one shot they got upset the one got upset because they didn't hug her so that's why I knew I'm like all right yeah they need to be done so they didn't get any more alcohol for me um so they got upset started screaming so obviously like there's a lot of regulars here and they're like sticking up for me like hey no she's cool leave her alone like don't bother and then that her an altercation with the guest they tried to stay and I was like no you guys you're I'm not serving you anymore um so they left they kept coming back in like messing you know messing with the other guest here and they eventually left for a second to where I thought they had actually left but then they came back and looking for keys and they're now inating that that one of us stole keys and I do we know anything about these Keys no I didn't see them I seen the one I se the one coming with a wall we see any Keys no and I told her I said if you guys if you really want to call it C you think really like we have cameras like if there's no need for any of us to take any keys and keep you guys here any longer than you need to be here so yeah that's where we're at that and I had it got to the point where it was so bad like they screaming so bad at all these other customers I had to lock the front door you want them both trespass yeah they need to they they should have been gone but again they started insinuating about Keys we tried to even calm them down then like Hey we're sorry we the gentleman that she almost got into an a physical was even help her look for the keys you know what I mean like and they're still just like I'll see what I can figure out right let's go check your car officers tried to deescalate the situation by suggesting they check their car he tried to find the keys for them but they refused to comply instead Jones stormed back into the bar creating even more disruption at this point the off officers had no choice but to intervene physically [Music] no what don't do that please don't do what you know you're not allow please don't do that you know you're not I don't know what I'm doing know please don't do what let's be respectful on All Points of every angle we know that right we know that right are we are we are we going to be like that calm is D calm down Cal down [Music] arrested I know I know hey look [Applause] [Music] let's go outside now you got 5 seconds or you're going in handcuffs as officers attempted to escort Jones and Hoots out both women resisted Jones became particularly aggressive pulling away shouting and even biting one of the officers Hoots continued to interfere making the situation even more chaotic behind your behind your [Applause] [Music] I have cups on her right hand there's a cup on her right hand they will rob me if you need my purse they will rob me roll over now give me your right hand yes sir cuz I'm black do what you want officers managed to subdue and handcuff Jones but not before she knocked over several chairs and caused a commotion Hoots was also restrained we all good here I'll take it thank you are we all good in here good to secure roll up for me yep come on we'll grab it we'll grab it I don't got no other idty grab my wallet you do it other identity I don't even want to be I don't even I don't even want to be stop stop let [Music] go she bit you no I did not bite no could you grab my wallet yeah grab it I don't even got my ID yes we do no you don't we got your keys too no you got my keys Y and your wallet any weapons on you no I just I checked her front pocket my she [Music] I took this out I don't know what that is neither do I so I'm just set it here for [Music] now all right Josh what we got right now huh I have not no yeah we got two brown wallets you all right bud I got to catch my breath all right uh do these two get anywhere take it no they're together oh they're just causing [ __ ] storm yeah so we're outside yeah B them out the [Music] keys they don't have the keys in here so he was keeping them locked out so I'm checking the car as I'm checking the car she she bust back in so he's flagging me over call for another car they're screaming I'm like let's go nobody's leaving she comes in she's holding the other chick in there I'm like no we're done five seconds or you're going hand she started resisting this pushing I was my hand on the ground are you open all right are you guys she route them from the custody of guy no I think that's that's Tak care of TCO yeah and then she's going back for DCU yeah I can't put her in my car I got [Music] car I got stay informed just from the bartender all right all [Music] right you know where this is there a security here that was working a bouncer just you is there anyone else with you did you ask them to leave all right they lock the door behind okay all right it's just her it's just her working right now um I don't know if she's going to be able to get a statement but she did say that they uh they told him to kick rocks in the lock the door so do you want me just get her name she can't F stat out she's the only one working her did you SK your ID real quick and then if you could just write on here that the two women that were in the bar you asked them to leave and shut the door and they came back in to be real brief that's it that's it not that she oh yeah I mean I'm just I'm trying to be brief for you but whatever you want to put on here yeah okay yeah put that on there too as well with both women Under Control Officers took statements from roas and other patrons roas revealed that Jones had thrown a shot glass at her and struck her in the shoulder and she decided to press charges he said they threw a glass right are you willing to would you be willing to press charges did it hit did it hit you hit my shoulder do you know which one did it yeah the one with the curly hair curly hair skinny hair okay yeah Shew shot on Jones and Hoots were arrested and taken to jail where their behavior continued to be uncooperative Jones was charged with disorderly conduct resisting arrest and simple assault while Hoots face charges of disorderly conduct the wild encounter is a big
