about pull the trigger and I was like thank you on January 9th 2022 officers responded to a local bar in reference to a fight the only info the caller provided was that it was between a male and a female and that the male was last seen walking towards Cece's Pizza the officers will soon find out that this was a lot more dangerous than just a fight did you call or who I okay the bar but one of my employees I watched it literally go on in her car out back he came and got her car um her spare key come this morning got her car let me check on her where's she at let's go talk to her first kid here too I just that's mine thank you hey ma'am you need an ambulance or anything come check you out okay so what's going on today my ex um I've kind of avoided him all weekend he's been I've tried to break up with him and he doesn't have anywhere to go so I've just kind of stayed away from my house okay and would you prefer to talk outside now this is your place employment okay that's fine we can go outside then so what what happened today I know you you were trying to avoid him from the house so you were here at work did he come here or did you invite him here no I so this is my car okay um so my car I I had gotten here to 11 11:30 MH or 11:15 he he called me like 200 times last night and I just kept avoiding it avoiding it avoiding it I knew he was at the house though cuz I have security cameras and stuff I just didn't know I was going to get off work today and then just figure out how I was going to get him to leave cuz he doesn't have anywhere else to go okay and my the the store phone started ringing about 15 minutes after I got here and I recognize it was his number so I just was silencing enough and then my cell phone number called and that hit me I was like why is my cell phone number cuz and then it hit me that I left my cell phone in my car M and then it hit me like oh God like cuz he doesn't have a vehicle or anything so it hit me like maybe how like how's how's my phone calling so I answered when it was my phone number calling and he was screaming and going crazy I looked out the side door and I he's like d left the spare key so he somehow got a ride here to and then he was gone and he was screaming at me on phone my car was gone he was gone so he left in your vehicle he left in my vehicle okay does he ever drive your vehicle he does have a license doesn't matter do you ever give him access to your vehicle though I mean if you do it's okay yes I mean I have yeah I have okay all right so he's driven your vehicle he can kind of come and go with as he pleases no okay all right so he was screaming at you on the phone today and then he drove off in your car and then what happened after that so I was I called my number back cuz he hung up on me and I couldn't even understand what he's saying and he I called it back he was screaming at me so then he said you don't get out we're going to talk we're going to talk about this right now you're not going to avoid me whatever uh I saw him sling back in the parking lot and so um my the other my exboyfriend is here with me and so um and that's who I've been with this weekend so I told said stay in here cuz he doesn't know you're here he was like that dumb with you blah blah blah just stay inside cuz he doesn't know that you're with me cuz that would just make things even worse I was just going to go try to get my key my car back cuz I don't want to play I don't want to sit in prison or whatever cuz he's already going through a he just got out of jail for 5 months for the by Tak OTE anyway like cuz he did this like took off in someone's car okay so I go outside I told stay inside and I lo it was just me and him and I was the only I made sure the door was locked so he couldn't get in cuz I know I've known him for 5 years being his ex be R so you can go crazy okay so he returned with the vehicle did you confirm him outside about the vehicle okay so what happened to that point with Y outside the vehicle so so my exboyfriend he left his bag in there which had a gun um is the gun still there he threw the gun in the woods he was he hit me with the gun huh I found he he threw so so when I first came outside he he said and I've got a gun too and I and said my guns in the car and so I sorry I'm not fine I um I the and he was he was parked right around the back like first part spot by the dumpster area yeah but like right against the building and he had the gun in his lap and he told me to get car and I was like I'm not getting in the car and he started pointing the gun at me and I like I'm not getting in the car not getting in the car and I was going I didn't know what to do cuz he was but he was he was sitting in the driver seat and he's pointing the gun through cuz he'd like open the passenger or passenger door okay he was telling me to get in or he like you so I got in the car because I know so I got in the car and he took off I thought he was going to hit the building and he took off and then like I I tried to jump out of the car when he was like right here and he had the gun at me and then he took the the bullets out yes ma'am and he did the there was nothing in there and so I I was trying to jump out of the car and then somehow he ended up like packing like he he kept tackling my like feet he he was grabbing your feet okay yeah because I was trying to get out you want to take a seat while we keep talking ma'am I know it's a lot going on you want Jack I got him I was just trying to get change this to a assault please calm down my God like I was CU he kep tell me he was going to me he was drowned like he would kill himself and I he he's Reckless okay and so he P pulled and parked back again around the back M and um he he hit me I don't even remember when he hit me which side of the face did you get hit on right there he like it felt like he full arm he obviously didn't do it that hard cuz he's a big guy it just kind of like and you said that was with the gun he hit you no he me all right so what did he do with the gun after he pointed at you threaten with it you y'all took off this way you tried to get out you said he threw it in the woods right so I kept telling myself the cop I saw my boss I didn't I thought it was just me and Joey still here I saw my boss come out beside window and at that point he was screaming and he's like I'm and I remember seeing s and I said the cops on their way like I know everywhere know that I I knew I said you need to get leave my keys if you he said just let me go get some let me go get some I'll bring your car back and so is he is he sick right now you think you haven't seen him in a while you said he just got of jail right so he's been out of jail for like 3 weeks okay and he's been doing good but I haven't been I haven't been around him this weekend I literally what we just okay but he's got like he looks sick like he looks demonic like he he has white all around his mouth all right and his tongue was white I don't I don't why do you said now you were talking about him you and right do you think he's actually right now with how he's acting okay all right let's so he's at the end right now yeah okay I'm the only person he has and I don't feel that feeling with him but he says he's in love with me and I told him that I wanted to see you know to see where things went like once to get out but those feelings are not there yes maam so I tried to tell him that it's last week he's just not hearing it he doesn't want to hear that lose me yeah he does have back okay he doesn't yes ma'am and I can't my we were together for three years and kept walking up in the gr shirt okay that's ni um he's U he's a good friend of mine and and him know three years too do anything said just got out of jail for take motor he took off in the boat running that was when strong out on drugs really bad and then he been what I think been good but I don't know what's happened this weekend cuz I literally have not seen you've been working and being away from him I've stayed away from him because I know how he is okay now let's get back to whenever you were at the vehicle you walked out to confront him after he drove back with your vehicle the second time first time at that point he returned with the vehicle when you got out here did he just instantly point the gun at you or did the door open how did that he he opened so he was parked around back I came out this that side door and he's screaming and he opens the passenger door from the inside from time and on the phone he had said and I've got a gun too and I he hung up on me and this right before he pulled back in I looked got a gun my G in the this is before I even I knew for sure that he was gone that he had came up here taking my car with the spare key and had everything that was my phone and everything was in the car you stoen it before CU I see that called so where do you live Nicholson okay and he stole it from Hawthorne and then it was or was he a car you say has he stolen before no like the car I know he's involved in a stolen vehicle call and that was when he just got no that was um yeah that was probably five six months ago August so that's what he's been locked up for this entire time that and probation violations he was yet okay he was STR on really bad and he didn't have anywhere to go cuz I I told him he could be around me like that and so he was he was he said he said he his story is he h a car that was running at the gas station or something or somewhere um all right so you got him out out back with you he he pulled the gun told you to get in the vehicle and you didn't want to they had the gun in this lap and I was like what the gun look like it's it's a what's it even the color can you describe the color okay and it had it really thick bar thick barreled I guess okay like a big chunky thing yeah okay and he was screaming he was waving the gun and I was still standing outside the car like get in the car get in the car get in the car and I was like I'm trying to work just give me my keys don't do this don't do this don't go to prison for the rest of your life over this you made me this way he's screaming at me he's like literally like foing out of the mouth from like like and he was just lean I was I was not getting in the car at that point I'm at the I'm trying to justan don't do this don't don't do this and he started at me okay and he and I was just I don't even really remember I just got to the AP and then he backed up but we got to the H thing and he was had the gun still at me and he said that he was he was talking crazy and I don't even know where he was going was he was he making sense at all when he was talking or just kind of like babbling just like random making sense he was he just kind of rambling about stuff me and he bury me in a river and that he will and I don't I'm not worth living I'm not worth the car cuz I just got this car the first car I've had somebody worth my ass off I had three beautiful kids that are with their dad this weekend okay thankfully that's good do you I know so what you're telling me it sounds like he forced you in the vehicle but you got in the vehicle willingly do you feel like he would harm you if you didn't get the vehicle that's around I don't remember when he hit me and I please I'll do this and he got out of the car and he says I'm going to keep your spare key though and I'll be back and he left and then he took the gun he took the gun with at person then he threw it back out in the woods out that way okay then do this yeah he he when I first got in the car he was talking and he's like stupid ass gun toy gun what is this and he like took the thing out with the uh magazine the bullets yeah and they all kind of fell on the floor cuz it is I guess C gun I don't know and then he like pulled the thing back make sure there was nothing else like I assumed that he was trying to show me there was nothing in the chamber and then I after that I don't think that there was any I think all the bullets would be in the floorboard or cuz I and that's that was before after he pointed the gun at you that was that was after he I got the car that was after i' already got in the car and then he had it to his head I was even thinking that part I don't remember him reloading the gun or anything okay then let me do this real quick if you want to take a look in your vehicle see if your your phone's in there if your keys are in there somewhere he didn't get far no we're whatever and used it to essentially acid weld it to itself I can't cuz I was like oh I'll just take off the the laser it's probably just under there and then I was like wait a minute none of these come with an actual tack rail on them anywhere you said we can break it we bring it off to get the Z number let's go find him okay make sure we can thing is I told him I was like to me that's par
