officers responded to a report of a male discharging a firearm in the backyard of a residence apparently he was upset at his girlfriend and once the officers arrived he denied ever having a gun we'll see what the neighbors have to say about that keep your hands in the air for me do not move all right can you identify yourself please I'm sorry you need to speak up all right keep your hands up for daddy was calling to speak to his daughter or whatever and so she was upstairs with my sister and my brother that's the one that's in the kitchen right now and he was like you st something like that and all that extra stuff and I it was okay at first cuz he was just saying name stuff and the kid wasn't around but then I was like you need to leave so he put his stuff right there then he grabbed the TV and it's I I think it's right there or something he threw it on the ground and he threw it at the door and all that stuff and threw it back there I locked the door because he started trying to come back in the house and he was poting a gun he take take him take him that way he was pointing a gun inside the house or whatever and so where's your camera okay you but you on right yeah okay I'm inside then after that just went there she went upstairs I grabb my clothes I grabbed my clothes before she can do it first my clothes were downstairs and she threw them all out and then I put them back in the basket like before before I put them back in the basket it was all over the front por so I took the TV and I slammed It On The Ground cuz like why you thr my stuff my shoes my clothes that's nasty and it's nothing look poop out here like that's messed up so she got mad she's been saying crazy stuff but you know I kind of still you can't really get they with females because they women so it's at the end I'm going to lose because I already know like I went supposed to raise my my voice with a female so it just get any I got go County just think it out sit in the sale whose TV is it okay all right what about the what about the gun I don't have a gun you don't own a sky pistol or anything like that okay you didn't you weren't shooting in the backyard or anything like that all right stand by he literally start shooting it and where back there and we heard it like maybe five six times and I called his mom and she was like it's best if we just call the police because he's shooting the gun off okay so he came over here mad why cuz that's my boyfriend we talk or whatever but it's Father's Day so I let her talk to her dad and he was like you're for letting her talk to her dad even his mom tried to tell him that it's Father's Day she's supposed to be able to talk to her dad you're not her real dad like you're you're you're just my boyfriend and so that's why he got mad and started doing the extra then started trying to put his hands on me so I was like just get your stuff and leave I called his mom and told her like if he doesn't just leave peacefully we're going to just call the police and then when I said something about the police he went outside well he it was right there my brother was sitting right there and I was like come on in he came here he grabbed the TV he threw it right there first he threw it right there he threw it right there and then he took it around the house and threw it back there okay so you said he put your his hands on you what how do he do that what pushing me kept just like pushing at me swiping at me and act like he was going to punch me so I was like okay this is getting scary cuz like I just had to deal with this situation from somebody else and I guess that's why he doing this DB because I just had to deal with this with my baby daddy come on but no I was trying to make I was trying to um record a video of him actually shooting the where did he touch you at like up here he was just pushing me up here and down here and I'm like you know I'm it's a possibility that I'm pregnant uh go ahead and uh would you get him pull him into the shade or something grabbed your arms your wrists legs never punched you no just kind of grabbed you by the you said your shoulders and type stuff did he push you or what yeah he was like me I'm sorry I a't trying to push you but yeah like he's pushing me like that and like almost falling on the floor and stuff like that and it was it was happening back there he was pushing you yeah and in the room he seen it okay what oh she learning how to talk right now yeah but no that was him walking around with the the damn gun it after he shot it off back there and it was probably like five six times and then when he seen me making the video cuz I'm like the police is literally on the way and you're shooting a gun they're going to have to find before they think that you actually was shooting the gun he start walking up to the door acting like he was going to shoot it inside the house and stuff that's the whole reason so he just shot it out back there where when did he bring it out in here yeah he BR it out in the house and was like dumb stupid and that's why I was like okay I I moved our conversation from inside the house to outside and you say anything about the gun itself or just pull his shirt up no he just pull his shirt up and then start pulling it out he was like you want to go be with your baby Daddy go be with him I'm you and like that and I was like okay so I moved the conversation from in here to outside yeah to out here and then that's when I was like baby oh sorry that's we'll need to talk to him in a few minutes but we we'll deal that in previous but boyfriend right now or whatever and he got I guess he got jealous he told me he's a jealous type anyways so he was calling her out her name and they was arguing back and forth and I guess they had like a little pushing thing going on back there then in the back of the house towards the kitchen and so she was like yeah you just going to have to go cuz you're not going to put your hands on front on me in front of my child or what not so he was saying yeah you got to go you got to go he was like all right I'll go but I want my $400 that he had GI gave to her for whatever reason but he had gave her $400 and he was not he was like I'm not leaving without the $400 and so um So eventually she started put bringing his stuff outside I was sitting right here listening to music and she got she got his she got his grabbed his shoe box and he kind of like slapped it out of her hand and so she picked it up set it right there and then I guess like maybe two three minutes later he went in there and grabbed my my niece's TV came like slammed It On The Ground out here okay where's TV now we have no idea okay all right so he he threw TV on the ground sorry go ahead and um so my sister she picked me she pretty much grabbed me into the house and was like you just come in here we're going to just close the door and call the police and whatnot okay so after that well he was flashing his gun at her and whatnot and telling her he know he had that gun and what not he was like I have my gun he was flashing around walking around uh what's their relationship lives live boyfriend girlfriend I don't know if they've ever lived together but okay let's try to establish DV then yeah but fast forward back to when we were out here she grabbed me and pull me in the house and she locked the door and he had ran to the back or went to the back and she told me to go lock the door but it was already locked and then like maybe 30 seconds went by and we uh heard gunshots okay does he live here no no he has he ever lived with you no he you have a a child together no the one that's possibly in my stomach but you don't know no at this time okay all right just give me a few minutes okay okay um okay so you start hearing gunshots then then what happens um we heard did yall take pictures yeah yeah oh okay you serial number not that I can immediately see a different slide on that just take the there to2 for me the gunshots for about five minutes he it was like in intervals it was probably like three one one like one time and then like five the next time probably not even that many times but it he definitely shot the gun off a couple of times okay but uh after the gunshots we just went up in my room uh I I put her as far away from any windows or anything and um yeah we just stayed there until I seen the cars pull up okay I don't know what tree he was shooting at he said at the back of the house and a tree shooting at a tree I guess so I mean there's a of trees do you know what kind of gun it is or it's a sky a red sky did you see it I've I've seen it a long time ago okay but today when he was flashing around did you see it yeah okay where's the gun right now uh last place I seen you know they were getting together they were we see we were supposed to be we're moving out of this place and he was going he was going to live with us at the new place so he had he had brought all there are people outside on the porch of there I'm I'm actually about to go talk to the people over there yeah and see if they heard anything because we checked immediate trees we check the back of the house we're not seeing any bullet holes yeah we like I think most of what she says is accurate I don't think I think that he's shooting the gun is to get us out here yeah so I need to ask her a couple things she has on her arm they got into a physical altercation prior to all this where did you touch him shoulders push her on the chest nothing about her arms Miss said they were having a shoving match outside prior to all this and that's when she says like enough I'm P this you're out of here she goes inside putting all this stuff out um that's when and then he starts flashing the gun and she's like all right kids we're going to come inside he takes the TV goes outside smashes a TV that's when they hear the gunshots from outside and need's come around back and he's she's got video sound he was in the backyard by himself maybe waving the gun around he ever shot I agree said he had three magazines because she and both of them know that he owns the gun and have seen it before correct cuz he's like walking with his head down walking I don't I don't think he ever shot I don't we're not seeing any showcasing we're not seeing any B let me go talk to the neighbors real quick and then we keep going Point there's no oh she said she why is all this stuff here she may be they don't live together yeah but why is all his stuff here also yeah so he moved he moved in about two weeks ago or a week ago she said he didn't here apparently he moved in about a week or two ago because they were all moving into a new place together in two months so he so he was going to live that girlfriend in Texas you shouldn't be talking like that you only should be calling me to speak to your daughter and so then he started a whole bunch of commotion like that he was like I'm leaving and I was like okay leave and he was like well give me my $400 back and I said well you gave it to me first he was giving it to me for us to get a new um house or whatever but then my aunt which she usually she was here earlier but then she left to take my little brother to work she said she'll just pay out like pay it all out for me for me to move cuz my other baby daddy he got our lease terminated and stuff like that so we have to move so I was like okay I told him the $400 what you want me to do with it he was like well it's just for you and the kid just go spend it so I did that I paid bills and stuff like that and he knew it so I was like I was I called his mom when he started talking like that I was like um I was like um talking about some get him back his $400 and all this but cery with the ground right there and stuff like that and then threw it wherever the hell he done threw it his mom was like just put his stuff outside and leave him outside don't let him come back in the house if he's going to try to put his hands on you and stuff like that so when I told him what his mom mom said that's when he started with the damn gun and he was in there and he was like I like hold on like you're doing too much like I didn't so where where were you when he said that we were standing right there okay so you he had already smashed the TV yeah he had already smashed the TV back in you said what his mom was saying and then he started saying you know showed you the gun and said I you were in the living room yeah we were standing right there kid where was your kid at she was upstairs that's yes that's the thing that's I was like you're doing too much and you know over here was she upstairs the whole time she didn't see any of the pushing yeah she didn't see none of that because you after I learned that stuff from my baby daddy and defa they was like I'm going to call defa last I was like uhuh I just keep her upstairs or usually she be with my aunt and stuff like that since my baby daddy situation happened but no she didn't see nothing which is a good thing because he was but she did hear him shooting off the gun wherever the hell he didn't shot it off at she was crying happened after that did he just get you he he left what happened he stood he was like he was right there he was right there cuz we said he said the stuff about shooting the gun inside the house and so I moved he walk out yeah he walked out and he was I guess he was going to pick up the TV and go start throwing it back back in the back of the house and so my brother was sitting right there so I grabbed my brother and I said bro come on cuz that's when I was like bro he got the cun come on come on like I start moving the conversation outside so that I could just close the door and lock him outside and that's what I did my brother was right there and I'm like grabbing my brother like come inside the house he got the gun he got the gun come inside the house and so he put his feet in the door but I still slamming the door so it'll close so he moves his feet and I lock the door and then he runs to the back of the house with the gun and he act like he was going and my arm what do you mean by that like he pointed at us and stuff like that but it was like through the window cuz he knew we we was going to run back there and lock that door cuz we don't never keep that door did you both see it or just you no it was me I ran back there and then my brother ran back there too and he was like I was like he got the gun he got the gun and then we sat on on the couch and I was like where the did he go my brother was like a then I realized we don't never lock the damn back door and he knows that so we ran back there locked the damn back door then that's when he just started I don't even know he just started shooting the gun off and just started being at what point did you said he pointed the gun at you what were you in the window yeah we were in the window he was just like this then when he was doing it was it the back door window mhm okay so and you and your brother were both pointed at no it was at me like where was your brother at when you he was walk he was in on the way walking back there your brother was walking back yeah to the back door no yeah to the back door but inside the house so he wasn't back there he he didn't see the gun get pointed at you no it was like he was like doing it as a joke at first cuz nobody really thought he was going to shoot the gun and stuff at first that's why I wasn't going to call the police cuz I was like he probably just playing with the gun try to scare me so I let him back in the house but then after we mooved away from the door locked both of the damn door he pointed directly at you or was he just kind of like no it was like this he was like pointed at the window acting crazy he was just kind of w was he waving it or pointed at you no like at the window like it wasn't kind of at me cuz he don't he wouldn't even see if I was really at the window it was just like to point it at the at like inside the house like if he was to shoot so he was just kind of like waving around being sporadic essentially and then he turned around and started shooting yeah he turned around and started shooting and then he walked down there and then that's when I made the video of kep coming back cuz he walked down there he start shooting so the video is after he shot everything or shot the rounds how many rounds did you hear go it was like 5 six 5 six okay or more than that because we went upstairs when I was on the phone with the op I was about to ask that um does he have a phone no okay he had two um he had two phones but then he um he G he gave one to my daughter and she messed it up so no yeah okay so and as he's walking back I'm assuming is when we rolled up and we detained him okay so I'm ask you again did did he just move in a couple weeks ago it was not even like a move in thing he was just he's got clothes and things here yeah just on and off y'all were supposed to get a apartment together corre we were supposed to because we so he is living here the intent was for him to stay here until yall moved to into the other apartment correct yeah kind of because he supposed to be at his M it doesn't mean lease wise I could care less it's just as far as domestic violence goes yeah it changes it for
