2022 officers responded to a call regarding a woman desperately trying to get away from her husband this is how she pulled it off how we doing I have been trying I'm sorry that's fine take your time I been trying to get away from fromed for for a while now there was charges on him with the and he come just dropped the charge and it's not the first time dropped the charge so you have dropped the charges before I dropped the charge okay and I I went to safe to get help and and they was helping me but he called me to leave Pro said several times where I know they're not going to want to help me no more and then they they sent me to they were going to send me to Columbus Georgia okay to there how long ago was that it was like a few weeks back and he called my phone he was you know crying and making it seem like you know he was going to change M and I was stupid I believe okay well first off you're not stupid okay what's what's going on today that got us here I've been trying to get away from him for several days now because there was an incident like a couple days ago mhm and he ended up pushing me down and hear me okay he hurt my shoulder okay and but wherever I go he goes wherever he goes he like like he makes me be right next to him to the point use my phone I can't do nothing very controlling trapped it's always saying for me to um give him my cell phone to to to check to check my phone and stuff okay so I haven't been able to get any help and I'm afraid to even ask for help because every single time that I try to ask for help I end up messing up going back because he's a cing me it was even one time where so let me let me ask you another question because I know you've been to Project SAFE already we've already looked it up on the computer how many times have you been to Project SAFE now for a while how many times though have you have you went um I'm going to say like like like three four times yeah I'm not sure they're going to take you again but we'll no they're showing something active on the computer didn't have time to look at by you is that officer here it's a de um so far what I've got he been project save multiple times he doesn't know we're here yet okay I was trying to find the bom conditions I didn't see they put on there for me yet Central said there was she four or five times um he cons her into coming back he basically her her shoulder pushed her down two days ago and hasn't let her out of his sight sentence like every time she tried to go somewhere he would take her phone he would check her phone she has no family friends around here just his okay yeah you want to get him secure first yeah uh yeah I like to verify the bar we can but yeah we can go detain him for a moment just to investig detention yeah go figure you come in and thought you were a problem well you talk about there the clinicians in here the people that work here no I know it was another time there was charges brought on him mhm and he basically had me not once but twice go down to the courthouse and dve the charges okay every time that I try to get help yeah he always two be that makes me same like oh you no it's going to help you and when I'm going to press sa several times I feel awful because they did help so much but every single time he ate he ate my mind okay and told me to come back home come back home come back home okay that it was going to change right how long has this been going on oh my God over over off and up for three years like I've been trying to get away try to get away yeah and he keeps on like whenever I get to that point where I'm strong enough M he knows that and he'll utilize somebody to call me like his sister this last time his sister call me and said oh you Freddy loves you you know pry much to come home so you will leave and then you'll he'll get somebody else to convince you to come back okay so why would they call us if nothing was wrong I don't know okay blind now have any have you been convicted of any of the previous charges for domestic violence no sir I not not right now well I'm not talking about right now I'm saying any of the previous ones have were was there a conviction or a plea deal or anything like that no uhuh they dropped they dropped all my char okay and what was the most recent one what you mean most the the most recent you've had four or five I the last one I had yeah they dropped all the charge when was that though how long ago give me an estimate that be exact um about a month about a month a little month a little month ago my came here today they coming off when did you get her from Project SAFE last time did I get her from Project SAFE she came to my house house and when was that a month ago no uhuh it's been about I was say about two and a half maybe 3 weeks ago okay cuz she called she called she came to my house over she was on my way to my house she called you yeah she came on my house you just said she called you um when was the last time he hit you I'm be terrified so good I'm sorry I didn't catch the the when did you say he hit you last time three days ago three days ago okay you said he pushed you three days ago is that what you're talking about um did he push you and hit you or just push you he has the neck of smacking you around smacking you but not but not but not having um like you know physical you know punch you now nobody's going to do nothing because I could just do it and not leave any brues MH so 3 days ago you say you open-handed smacked you around a bit was this all on the face was it on your body was no he just you knowes you know that Parts where like you know it wouldn't bruise you know and then um and this is enough to hurt obvious obviously exactly okay and then the last time he pushed me and he he made my shoulders sore okay it's been sore for like over 3 days now but I can't and whenever at that I try to move it like like get hurt so bad have you been to the doctor for that yet and haven't been had a chance okay okay and let me know if she was on her way to my house okay is the phone call still in your phone well I can it's some my other phone I got two phone oh where's um the only reason I asked I've had multiple like it's not dislocated have you ever had that dislocation You' had you've not had a dislocation or it's not dislocated I don't think it is cuz I think it will hurt a lot like a lot more okay okay I've had several dislocations myself and so when you say you can't move it above your certain plane and that kind of thing makes me think maybe that's the ain't going to argue with me a judge put there to my house it doesn't matter it says you cannot be around her at a workplace or any other place right right there in front of me well can I get can you tuck your foot in first before you sit down tell my wife with okay to my wife to get I'm not sure she's going to need them but I'm not sure she's going to take them we'll letay them back here for now I haven't been in there I don't know this this is going to be for violation of quarter at this point is thing in that PO right there your change you want that to stay with you right oh just get it get most well not even most time sometimes we would be like okay well if we can't get you to testify then we can't go forward with that case for domestic violence it's not that way domestic violence the state is taking that kind of option out of our hands um we don't get the option to say if you're if you're telling us um you know I don't nothing happened I fell down the stairs he had me go to the prosecutor Mr Diesel and he had me tell him that nothing happened okay and Mr the even told me itself that if I Dr to char that the next time I report something it would have been nothing would be done about it okay so she aware that he's already she's not okay we've already placed him under arrest so you understand that okay and that's based on the court order that I'm showing him right now um judge Haggard never took that out of out of existence it was good for 12 months um where he's not supposed to have phone contact with you he's not supposed to be anywhere you are it doesn't have to be home it doesn't have to be where you were staying cuz originally they listed as is confidential because it was Project SAFE um so I wanted you to understand it's not you doing this it's the court order okay yeah um but like I was saying the the charges in as far as that go I don't know the particulars about you speaking with with the uh solicitor's office and that kind of thing or Pro just you know having come on try this again now sit back and slide in that's the only way that it really works there you go you can slide all the way back there you go what she's wearing yeah having left the house like with nothing on her at all right except her phone like because of you know violence that either has already happened or it's being threatened or whatever right Josie yeah can you like that um he tried talking her into getting rid of it when they went back up there and the judge would not because of he didn't ever went to the counseling okay the suspect was booked for violation
