Ohio in regards to a complaint when officers Sheen and Frey arrived on the scene they spoke with one of the victims he told the officers that his brother Tyrone assaulted him and said that he was going to stab him here's what happened when officers made contact with Tyrone on the second floor hello what's your name oh my God who who are we here your mom yes okay so basically um that's him we upstairs I woke up probably here about 20 minutes ago or so him making all types of things to my mom s huh um no I mean she was trying to stab me with a screwdriver but I don't know if you put it really has mental health issues ever since a while back when he went to jail we're thinking he did some hardcore drugs and stayed on him and his brain ever since I mean he's he's had some real problems he he's never been the same every he everybody used to love him he used to have hella friends everybody was talking about tyone Mason everybody loved tyone Mason he was so creative good at and it sounds bad but he's one of them stories that end up talking about he killed his whole family and that sounds really bad but it's true like I really fear that he would actually try to hurt somebody and my little sister as my mom what are they going to do they they can't defend themselves so like I said I'm probably going to get cameras I'm probably going to get a gun or something maybe only her but the rest of his family as well Tyrone's brother showed officer Sheen a bite mark on his hand and told him that Tyrone should be trespassed however Tyrone's story was very different in the back of the patrol car the officers had to figure out who was in the right and who was wrong but after they ran Tyrone through leads they found out his mother had a temporary protective order against him we just got to look at some of our systems here and make sure we try to see if you're going to jail if we're just taking you home somewhere he you don't understand I came here to see my mother not deal with that at 2: in the morning man I've been walking for like 3 hours already well where's this laptop that they're talking about but I don't know it's probably where she put it at everything is he was charged with domestic violence but since he had two previous convictions both for domestic violence his charge was enhanced to a felony a detective called the victims and spoke to the brother however since his brother knew that Tyrone had mental health issues he didn't want to pursue felony charges against him he did try to convince his mother to prosecute Tyrone for the misdemeanor of violating the protection order but she stated that the process was too stressful and that she was afraid it may cause another stroke Tyrone was charged with violating the protection order obstruction and resisting a total bond amount of $14,000 was set however this runin with the law wasn't his last in 2023 Tyrone was arrested again for violating his community control sanctions and once again he was taken to jail
