prestigious schools in the state I went to I go to one of the most prestigious students I'm an africanamerican student I'm a minority I work hard on July 4th 2022 an officer was routinely running tags when one came back with the registered owner having multiple warrants one of the warrants was due to her fighting with the cops so because of that backup was called then just in case it's crazy I passenger seat yeah I said uh are you the registered owner to the driver and she's like uh the passenger says no I'm the registered owner well she was I like oh she what I was like okay so you're the go and she gave me her license it's her so hi which one are your yes all right um can I have you step out of the vehicle please h Huh how you doing hi yes sir what's going on today well there's a warrant out for you there a warrant out for I did not know that I uh you got a A few different ones what are they for uh Family Violence obstruction of an officer and I think there's one more what's the last one we we'll figure all that out but guys I'm so sorry it's all right I mean it's just I we're just getting taken care of guys I'm promise I can follow you you guys can sandwich me I can follow you guys to the police station we can't do that you going to have to come with us okay guys y'all promise y'all aren't going to Hart me no not at all can I have my license back ma'am no not between youall a charge we are mandated to report fress charges from the state of Georgia that's why I didn't sign the warrant none of them signed the warrants or anything like that another officer did that's why we do we do that all right is I follow you guys well even if you follow us there's you probably not going be able to see her for a while because we got to drive around back into a gated part they have to book her in and stuff all right thank you can walk with me do you want me to put this in the front seat I cannot I'm so terrifed I've never been arrested in my life go ahead and all I know it's all I see so my person uh your person is right here I can't give it to you cuz that's just a a so that's okay and look it's Jail's cool people that work there are cool so do you know what these warrants are all about you don't have to tell me I'm just making conversation with you so why did you call back I have to that is um policy is whenever we're out with people with warrants we have to have backup cuz you never know uh who you're out with and if they have warrants and especially yours is an obstruction of a law enforcement officer so so is this a warrant for my arrest in all of Georgia is all I know is it says out of Cl County so that means like I wouldn't be able to get arrested in Worlds except I don't know maybe I'm not 100% sure though how old am I ilal no um I'm three and I actually really young oh my God so I haven't been a cop too long but what's your major in public health scary Teri what you terrified [Music] about going to be there with other people how does that work uh you're going to be with the only girls no you won't be near any guys um jail is usually pretty safe and if anything does happen they have guards and they'll hop right on and help you out then they'll SE separate so how did you [Music] know no I ran your so I was at that light and I ran your tag so you run everyone's tag I run everyone's tag how do you get back I go to vehicle and I run your tag but you're not running tags right now as I'm not running tags cuz I'm with you right now so not if I'm not doing something so cuz let's say I were to run the this tag right here the car next to us and it came back that the person in the car had warrants for murder or something but I got you in the car I I can't stop it so then I just let go let a murder go you know so how long has there been a worn out uh I don't even know if it'll tell me that um it doesn't look like long a couple weeks ago I guess something happened a couple weeks ago with some family members I don't need the whole story um you can tell me if you want but you'll have to talk to a judge about it anyway all right get out y you can get out we're just going to go to that door right over there people act nervous like this all the time um occasionally I feel like get arrested have reasons to get arrested and I don't have a reason to get arrested well you do have warrants so there's a there is a reason and it's you got those warrants and Family Violence I mean it's pretty serious so try to be what you got what want uh three counts of Family Violence and obstruction of a law enforcement officer like
