the intersection of jungle Hut Road in Flagler County Florida in reference to an accident Deputy Wilkinson walked up to the gray sedan and immediately smelled cannabis here is what happened when he zero he he shot across the intersection ran right into us okay obviously coming from coming that way and he's uh he seems like a little looped up okay um you were driving this he grab your information thank you the deputy spoke with Kelsey McCormick the driver of the gry sedan and informed her that he was going to search her vehicle however Kelsey wasn't happy with this decision you driving this car yes sir all right is it drivable right now or no got no want the airbags deploy you can't drive it so what happened I thought it was a four-way officer the person coming that Direction they stopped so I thought it was a four-way stop and I pulled out and I wasn't looking that way because I thought was a four-way stop C okay put no injuries or anything like that I'm good sir okay you have your license and everything on you are you sure you don't want your leg checked out man what no I'm fine sir you want they'll just like clean it up for you I can clean it up I mean it's no cost them you have professionals here right now I work on the back of a garbage truck okay normal all right I got to call my wife um who's this car registered to it should be under me and my wife's name hang out here for a second okay well I'm just saying hang out cuz you can't leave that's why I'm saying the backseat passenger had a valid marijuana license but the marijuana was stored in a plastic bag and not in a dispensary container there was no indication that the were prescribed to her to add to this the driver and other passengers didn't have a license and the smell of burnt cannabis was fresh the deputy found 19 gam of marijuana a small box with marijuana roaches and a vape pen that was marked THC the deputy decided to place Kelsey and cuffs and you can probably guess how well that went going on trying to PR another accident what's that I was just trying to get the policy number I didn't I'm I'm this is totally separate I'm dealing with the narcotics in that car where's the marijuana in4 I just need to get the policy number so where is the marijuana in this car the TR my back okay go ahead he's smoking it in the car right now yeah it's totally separate thec number is that where it otherist too after an Immaculate door slam Deputy Wilkinson made his way to the front of his vehicle however when he reviewed the footage he saw that when he was placing Kelsey in the back seat she made a kicking motion toward him in the upcoming footage you can see the kick and Bella Mitchell Kelsey's girlfriend being placed in the back seat you're a real one I with you you're a real one I love okay well I'm still searching the whole thing so I'll just take them both 779 yeah it's pretty simple I mean they're code defendants so I'll take them both yeah if he wasn't Lan you just throw her in I'll you already search her you can you know how stupid it is to come up here I get it where you're coming from right with a car that reeks like when we arrest people for DUI for marijuana because they don't have the same functionality when they don't smoke and I already told you once I found the I was going to destroy it what they did was completely unnecessary no one was going to go to jail I want to put that out there so you understand back you cannot she was blatantly resisting me she was literally fighting me and then she tried to kick me out the car she's lucky she doesn't get assault on Leo right now I'll do her that is that yeah it's unlocked they're good I'm not worried about you I mean if they could fit two on the go check it yeah hey your toeing that one we're about to call another a third toe for this one so three this is totally separate this is going to be they're going to get arrested so can you do three or I can just call him and then you can tell do it'll go faster you do it all right that was it's just it's a felon charge once you get to the jail if they do after a good smooch and an intense search of the vehicle the deputy read the suspects their rights as they cuddled in the back no problem glad to I will get resist next time heab what the bro I don't understand but we'll talk later we'll talk later don't yeah I know I told you not to pull up but you seeing I was 10t away like I said got this camer B I was 10t away and I still got [ __ ] crazy I was all the way back here you see how they put I was all the way back here oh that one cracker boy that bab like that like he was pushing me like I was moving I wasn't moving [ __ ] ooh but I wasn't moving talking I wasn't moving like they have my hand they have my hand how am I going to move got my they're like screaming in the car right now on the way perfect for all three correct yes sir appreciate that thank you well yeah but I'm like the co-signer so I was to take it is it registered to you well I cosigned to it is it registered to you though not I mean I think I'm partial owner okay it's getting to I don't know what to tell you you don't fight the police and expect to get breaks so and I really don't have a problem with you I was going I I prefaced it with I understand what's going on you cannot come up to an accident with your car wreaking like that all right this is going to be searched as well nothing else of note was found from the deputy search of the vehicle but in the mother's bag they found a marijuana grinder she was not arrested or charged since she had a medical license but since it wasn't in its original dispensary container the grinder was seized and destroyed the deputy returned and spoke with Bella she stated that the black purse was hers and that the hers however Kelsey quickly answered and said that it was hers luckily there was enough for both of them so they were both found to be in the possession of marijuana [Music] than gu sir can you go into my the back of my car right there grab me um underneath the dive fins there's going to be a white bin just grab the whole white bin ring it over here this is so dumb no one needed to go to jail cuz we want to act like children so feel more what's up I know I was going to call it feel more than welcome to look in here and let me know when you're done this St you be watching if you take out anything that I didn't find that is evidence you're going to go to jail too okay what you see from mine is right there yeah that wasn't medical marijuana we can be honest I don't want to um as far as like okay no no no don't yell don't yell don't yell no that need to open up cuz I'm not going to let nobody no hell no like please I like I need air conditioning and I've never been in a situation so like and are you able to turn the AC in I have asthma and it's kind of hot I'll roll the windows down for you just can't be screaming I scream cuz I got your attention are you allowed to put the AC on so this this glass here it keeps it from going through so it doesn't matter if it's glassing in the front but I'll roll the windows down for I'm really like hot B it's right here stupid I'm really hot out here bro I need to get away from this city bro it take you that long to roll down the windows my dude sh oh yeah Flor the sun better say thank you to that man the is tight as B yeah they put them tight for a reason I don't get no I think you need to smoke some pot I swear to God they say you was resistant if they say I'm resistant then I'm actually going to resist don't do that that's not even car that Bravo Fox shot was resisting y'all too over there correct uh I had to catch her cuz she was trying to get away okay and then you know that's when he had hands on and he was good and I could see you were kind of struggling so then I moved over to help you okay so she was trying to get away for a second then yeah when we first started securing she started like okay I literally pref the whole thing with like no one's going to go to jail over yeah that crazy what happened after that cuz I saw you guys were arguing start arguing with cor and start arguing with me trying to get back into the car I was like no like you can just leave if you what is this cracker here but I swear to God Bo I didn't think you was going like that I swear to we got a dirty car we got dirty they all
