Can you explain to me why there is a red mark in her eye? >> On September 9th, 2023, officers were dispatched to a mother's 65th birthday party. Allegedly, her 40-year-old daughter put hands on her. >> So, who had problems with her before? >> Okay. >> I got you. >> My mom. >> Yes. Yes, sir. >> Right over there. >> All right. So, walk me through what happened, bud. >> All of a sudden, we were just out. It's her we celebrating her birthday. >> Who's >> uh my her my mom's birthday? She was saying something about um you know all you think about is your mama and you don't think about no I'm like what the hell you talking about you where that come from. So I just ignored her and start eating and um she went around the side talking to my cousin and then my mama said you need to quit talking about people. She said they come on back around front. So she was getting ready to leave and then my mama was at the car and she just went over about three times cuz I was in between like mom just let it go. Y'all let it go. She went over about three times and punched her like come look at her. >> Hold on. The other officer take care. I'm just trying to find out what what exactly happened. Okay. So why where was she at? >> She was right there. >> Where was she parked? >> She was parked in the driveway. >> Parked in the driveway. Okay. And then mama tells her come on from around the house. >> Uh talking about people. So where did she go? >> She went to her car like she was getting ready to leave. So they were they were having a verbal altercation cuz she started talking about um you know your wife helping with your makeup blah blah this and that and just talking crazy. So my mom was getting mad like why you keep saying stuff like that. So then when my mama came over was talking she reached over and punched her about two three times and then I then all of us had to keep my mama apart because anytime a daughter hit a mama >> they going to lose their mind. So we kept her away from her everybody my brother got a hurt hand he was holding you know and I'm trying to get her to leave. Only way I could get her to leave. That's what I would have to call the police on. >> I got you. Okay. >> And then my mama don't want to do anything. I'm like, "Mom, you can't LET NOTHING LIKE THAT go cuz that girl come back here do something crazy. What you going to do then?" >> So, who all stays here? >> Just my mom. >> Okay. All right. You got your ID on your mother? >> Yes, sir. >> What's going on, guys? You okay? You want an ambulance to check you out? Anything like that? >> What? What happened? >> He just came over here. >> You know my birthday. We coming to visit. >> Happy birthday. Blah blah blah. Just like and just like basically just saying you need to go on and leave. >> Okay. >> She everybody tell she this ain't the first hit. >> I got you. >> And then uh she got she got a problem with us with both my son. And he said I don't. She said I don't like my mama or my brother. I said don't do that. I my oldest brother try to hug she I don't ball no about I like Shante and then she start telling him talking to him about I've been telling his business you ain't nothing the wife been messing up on you and I said don't do that don't I said go and I just came in the car said go and she said hitting him about three times in his face for no reason >> I don't know the exact address you y'all had to find that all y'all cuz I don't know nobody ever I got I didn't know >> way around not far you know >> not far >> what kind of car you drive I I don't know. I did call my teeth. >> Okay. >> That store, >> that Dollar General right there. Street right there. Yeah. Yeah. Sky Street. That's right. >> It got me in my statement. I was here when everything happened. >> Did you see it happen too? >> Yes, I did. >> Okay. What? What happened? No, no, no, no. Of what year? >> Uh, I think it's I can't remember. I think >> Oh, she's 25 years old. >> No, she's 40. >> Oh, she's 40. all I would give her day of birth is >> she came here and I been here celebrating my auntie birthday tomorrow >> so I would head for auntie with everything and so the daughter drove up and she hugged everybody except her two brothers >> and I was like Shante don't do that because >> dying every day so she took me by the arm and put me around the house she was telling me about she was struggling financially and >> all this stuff and I don't even know what going on so mama came around there like Robin not going to pop I remember. I'm sorry, baby. That be her pin number. >> I got you. You're fine. >> I try not to get in trouble. You know, she got three kids and I don't probably lock. Come on. Don't. I said, she said, "Shante, just leave because don't come over here. You can talk to your cousin, rob me anytime." My cous auntie. So, they were asking her to leave and when she was getting in the car, she smoked her mama. Her mom was like, "Just get in the car. Get in the car." Yeah, she's m and I was like, "This is what you not going to do." And I was trying to get alone in the car or something. >> Okay. >> And what's her what's her name? >> My auntie. >> Nah. Go ahead. >> Okay. >> We were telling her to leave. I said, "Sante, get in the car. Get in the car and leave." >> And she swung at her mama. >> Your own mama. You know about >> swung at her mom and she hit her mom in the eye. And we was just telling her to leave. She was like, "Mama going to always be on that boy side." Like, she more jealous of her mom relationship with her brothers. And her mom said she just gave her $1,000 last week or whatever. She helped Shante when she came with the kids and money, whatever. >> So Shante when she called me outside the house, she was like, "But she's struggling financially. I don't know what's going on in their life." >> Yeah. >> So her mom just came running and said, "Come on, Rob." She said, "Shante, just leave because you can talk to your cousin Robbie anytime. don't come over here spoiling my birthday party, you know. >> So, we was just telling her leave and >> hit the fan. She swung on her mama and >> where was she at when she did this? >> She was like getting in her car and her mama was trying to like get her in the car. You know, her mama just saying get in the car, not handling her or nothing like that. You know what I'm saying? Just get in the car. Just leave. >> Just leave. Just leave. I mean, at the end of the day, I don't care what nothing possess you to put your hand on your mom. >> Yeah. There difference between arguing somebody and then actually physically attacking them. He been cheating on his wife and she got her feelings and she tried to come at me with a shovel and I was like I'm just been upset. >> Okay. >> I told her I don't even want to go over there. And when she came over to you with a shovel, what was what were you >> where were you at when she did that? >> To my car. >> Okay. >> And then so what happened with the shovel?
