arguing he got out of his Cruiser and saw an upset female by a vehicle surrounded by her friends the female Jaclyn Gil was in an argument with a male on the other side of the sidewalk Carlos Jackson here is what happened when officers made contact with the suspect you should get her out of here she's GNA go just go home just get her out get you got to get out of here man you got to get out of here I'm trying to help you get out of here all all a good [Applause] night go home go home as more officers arrived on the scene trying to calm the situation down Jacqueline pushed one of her friends and tried to walk down the sidewalk when officer dusa tried to get her to stop she screamed at him and struck him on the side of his face as officers took her down to the ground Jacqueline lost Consciousness and an ambulance was called for her not sh I got I got officer I'm a listen my son's a police officer I'm a nurse let me get her please please jaie she's out she's out officer yes she you guys kicked no no she didn't enironment she she didn't kick him he doesn't know about the other one K right officer Tor has placed her in soft restraints and she was taken to Firelands ER at the hospital jacine calmed down a bit as the staff checked her out back so a little more com but we got to put them on the side rail okay okay do you want to scoot back first it's probably easier [Applause] jacine was cleared after a while and finally taken to jail by Officer Torres 26 I have one F on out to the county starting as 5 I'm going to stay here until Monday or say what am I going to have to stay here until Monday or one female SP you can postp on tonight okay or tomorrow okay 5,000 she's going to need help at the jail Jaclyn Gil was charged with assault on a police officer resisting arrest persistent disorderly conduct and assault she was called by officer Hill who viewed the footage from the bar prior to this incident an assault call came in from another female before you write it down can you tell me what happened okay um I was I had gotten off work I went to Crowbar to see everybody I was standing at one of the little Circle tables against the wall like the bars right here and my friend Alana she's in like her little witch hat I'm standing there talking to her and I look over in this direction you're facing the door at crowbar and there's this woman I've never seen before like a middle-aged woman staring at me with like crazy eyes like I never really seen anything like it I I thought she wanted to kill me okay so I kind of like was like hey Anna let's go out to the patio so I grabbed her hand I walked down the line of the bar and eventually I feel like a fist connect to the back of my head okay like I feel it I look back and it's like a bar stool falling and that woman like stumbling and I was like I'm going to keep walking okay so I walk out to the patio and there's some other people out there kind of looking at me weird too and I was like telling everyone what happened and I I found out later that she got up again pulled her her back and like Tred to come back out to the patio so I'm sorry but like why me officer Hill called Jacqueline and she stated that she couldn't remember anything because she was so intoxicated the victim arrived at the jail to give her statement a few days later jacn went to the police department and she was served her warrant for assault she filled out her bond form and went on her way after a lot of bumps to the Head hopefully jacine finally learned her lesson no drinking and fighting cops
