It’s hard to see at first but the quality is going to get better. A black suv is driving in the grass, just took out a sign, it’s turn signal is on but it’s not turning and now things are really going to get interesting fast Rochester Minnesota, home of the Mayo Clinic. Hwy 52 approaching 19th street and a number of Minnesotans are going to try to get involved but the vehicle is going to let out some smoke first But, this is Rochester, half the town is made up of doctors and nurses, so they’re going to get involved again - I count a crowd of about a dozen with half of them actively assessing - communicating with the patient and each other. Most first responders we’ve heard from do NOT recommend bystanders getting a patient out from a rollover due to concerns about spinal injuries - unless, of course, the car is on fire By coincidence, a tow truck is first on scene and they’re going to start to clear out traffic. They’re quickly followed by the medics and fire department and the cavalry has arrived. But what caused this? State Patrol lead the investigation and - incredibly - reported the injuries were - thankfully - minor and the root cause was a medical issue with the driver. We don’t know for certain in this incident, but It’s more common in those afflicted with diabetes and symptoms include confusion, dizziness, weakness and loss of consciousness
