placed ing him in cuffs Sergeant Chris Coy arrived on the scene and after being placed in the back of a squad car they went to talk to the victim tina9 he's in 10 47 going to be he's as you can tell what uh what just happened all right he came home he wanted me to get in the car he wanted me to drive back up to the bar with him and I didn't want to go and we've been fighting and arguing he says everything's my fault he busted my TV who is he to you he's my husband okay what's your name Tina okay what's your social who's all inside the house right now right now it's just me and my mom 30 to 400 I have a DS what happened between him and the stepson he called my son and started talking about his friend and then my son got some punched them because they got up in each other's because in each other's Faith because of what my my husband was saying to my son did they all live in this house together yes copy so your mom's inside yeah she's asleep she all right is it just her in there did she see any of this no she's downstairs in the basement sleeping she's in the room well here's where we're at right now too you got a warrant through the Sheriff's Office it's okay so do you got a between and that's no I got in between him and friend and then I got hit I got sucker punched so what were they arguing about just he called my son and then he started saying stuff about his friend and everything so I don't know okay so they were just arguing who hit who first it kind of was both both at the same time yes and they were just so Brad came down is he like sleeping yeah and then Brad came down cuz was drunk yeah and fighting with me okay so it was just kind of yeah back and forth okay is he injured at all the same way that Fred was cuz I know he left you know where he might have went to huh where did Bradley go to I don't know where Bradley went he didn't tell me okay anywhere any friends in the area uh Ralph where does Ralph live and Hunter Ralph lives on I have no clue he lives in the allotments that's all I know okay so you don't know who hit who first no so she was assaulted by were you was it when you got in between while you're getting in between friend and I started hitting him back because he was beating on my son so I mean it was are you injured at all I got hit right here can you lift your can you pull your go ahead and close your eyes for us she's got blood right there okay I'm going to grab some pictures okay can you can you do me a favor and just stay seated right here sure okay copy they got him got into it verbally which then escalated physically she was in between them doesn't know who struck who first in the process of doing so Fred struck her in the mouth and then he kept trying to go after Bradley which he then left and Bradley had been upstairs sleeping yes and got woke up by his commotion downstairs was he yelling at you at that time oh yeah we were arguing what were you arguing about he make any threats toward you uh no he didn't threaten me he just when he's drunk he talks stupid right you want to do me a favor can you stand up okay was you were you struck anywhere else or just in between you do you know how his hand was was it open up or was it closed like a fist it was a fist okay it was a fist whose hair is that oh that's been there that was my hair okay it's been on the porch okay so at some point they were striking each other you got in the middle to break it up you inadvertently or maybe purposely got hit by your husband one time yeah you don't know if it was open hand it was it was a fist okay that's the only way because if he hit me acknowledge he don't pay attention Okay so they continue duking it out yeah basically so what broke up broke up the fight between them two they I have no I I kept striking Fred with a flag pole trying to get him off of Bradley cuz I didn't know what you know where you hit him at who Fred yeah I hit him like on his arm just on his arm upper body yeah his upper body okay cuz I know he had some marks to the head I just want to I think I might have got him a couple times on the head okay but I took a picture frame and I kind of hit him with it to get him off of Bradley was he like holding on to Bradley they were fist fighting at the time right in that little corner area was it Mutual would you say it was more one-sided like I I think it was more one-sided but I'm not for sure like was Fred like holding them down oh they were just they were going at it they were fist fighting okay I mean literally fist fighting and I I just I can't take it no more with it this do you have anything in your pockets at all I'm gonna have you sit in the back of my car okay so are you done ask a question that's all I have okay so at some point you mentioned that he was it made you made it sound like Fred your husband was on top of Bradley to the point you had to take a flag pole to hit him in the back to get him off of him did he have Bradley pinned on the ground hitting him at that point yeah they were binned up together one right here one right here in a little cornered area okay so it wasn't like he was on top no they were right here in the doorway fighting and when you said you mentioned one appeared to be an aggressor between the two the aggressor was guaranteed it was Fred when he's what makes you say that cuz I know Fred because he is the aggressor usually when we fight has he been in trouble for domestic violence before y through you or with you yep it's been a history of it you know many times only one time only one time yeah okay has he ever like so you guys have been arguing all day and no we haven't been arguing all day he went out he went and partied came home drunk what time did he come home oh I believe 11:30 I don't even know what time it is okay it's just after midnight yeah so it was about 10 11:00 how long was he home before it's been about like did it escalate to that point it's been about an hour like right before you guys showed up okay the two officers talk for a while as they wait for the deputy to come and pick up Tina officer dehoff then asks for Bradley's number and gives him a call um does he have a phone number I don't have it on me I'm going to have you not go inside we got certain protocols that we got to take and I know you're not trying to run or anything like that no I'm not I'm not okay but we can just drop that that is what it is but he he doesn't like my buddy anyways which I don't care but uh he got my face he called me a little and he threatened to keep swinging on me my mom got in the middle of it and he he backed me up in the corner and he went to go swing on me and I walked back upstairs because I was told to go upstairs so I did then I came back downstairs because he started saying some ignorant stuff again about my friends so I came downstairs defend their back and he backed me up into this corner here and he came to come hit me so in my instinct I was always tght you're backed up in a corner and someone comes at you you hit him what made you think he was going to swing at you he came at me like this and he was getting ready to hit me this isn't the first time me and him's gotten to an allation okay but he he did hit my he shoved my mom he did hit her in the face I did see that and I tackled him into this wall here and me and him he he kept going at coming at me he grabbed my hair and everything he kept pulling my hair I kept telling him to let go he tried to put me in a sleeper hold so you're trying to get away from him as he was pulling on to you I I was trying to get away and back up and you know just back off the situation and not let anything else happened or anything else violent happened but he just wanted to keep going at it and when he punched my mom anger just filled with in me and where were you at when he struck your mom like I was uh we were in this little intersection here so I don't want to have your dogs come running out I don't want so this little intersection here me and him were right here fighting back and forth and he hit my mom right here in this little doorway right here okay me and him we just that's my grandma that's my grandma she she said she wasn't even awake for any of it she sleeps uh downstairs okay yeah would you mind if I take some pictures of all your injuries that you have right now okay all right like this while I was standing right there with my mom in front and he kept shoving my mom out of the way trying to get to me okay all right you said that he struck your mom did you like was it in between when he was trying to hit you or was it um no it's like when I came back downstairs and we started arguing again and they came into here and or she shoved them into here and he just clocked her or was in there I it's really foggy right now I understand that was incredibly stressful I think it was so she pushed him back into there and then he closed was it close fist yeah close fist like straight up okay all right so before you have any questions so he's already in jail right now um he's going to be charged with um domestic violence against um your mother he's also going to be charged for felony assault cuz he fought us and kicked us and all that so um un unfortunately your mom is also in jail because she had a warrant through the porish county sheriff's office for what it was uh through for child support so um she's currently out there she wanted me to let you know that's where she's at but um she she was fine she would she other than the scratch in her mouth she was okay okay um and all that so um I'd be careful next time a situation like this comes about cuz you could be very easily caught in the middle the wrong way right um he's obviously the primary aggressor and all this so he's going to be charged with all that but I just want to get documentation of her injuries her statement and your injuries and your statements um to basically put all this together so um
