there been there done that okay on Thursday April 11th 2024 at approximately 7:56 p.m. officers were dispatched to handle a civil dispute between a mother and daughter upon arrival the first person they encountered wasaya Whittington who was waiting in her car outside the house with only one goal in mind to move back into her mother's residence sorry I didn't see in there hey how's it going hello what's going on I'm trying to get into the house and my mom won't open the door all what's your mom's name to toana yeah all right let me see if we can make contact with her first and then we'll come out here and speak you just need to get some belongings is that correct all right all right give me one second hello hello how's it going man pretty good sorry thank you what's going on um she no longer lives here she no longer lives here no and I literally she kicked my door um down the other day I saw the report um she left but she she doesn't live here she doesn't have any items here the last item that she had here was a safe and a key and I literally just gave that to my niece she picked it up from my niece so I literally don't even know why she's here okay M um I'm assuming she was made aware that she's she's no longer staying here yeah she move we we we moved her out by unily on Saturday all her stuff is in the storage officer um Schneider when she came she looked in the room the room is completely empty only thing here is a dresser that was it all right all right well I don't know why she was we didn't get really get this chance to speak with her we want to speak with you first I don't know why she's here I she I have no idea she came um she Saturday was her last day here uhhuh um she called me I believe on Sunday and she asked me if she could stay a night I told her she couldn't she came here she initially came with Y um but I didn't know at the time then she kicked this door down I literally just got this door fixed kicked the door um down um and she left really haven't heard from her since and I'm fine with that she reached out to me today she asked me for her safe I told her I would give the safe to my niece I gave the safe to my niece they met and she got it so and then she came here what she's here for I have no idea I literally don't but she doesn't live here she's not welcome here and I don't want anything to do with her at all yes so I mean you can ask her like you know what it is she wants but yeah we'll ask her what she wants I mean if she has additional things that she claims that she needs to retrieve um I mean the only thing is um there's like some stuff that left in a dra in drawers but other than that you can go up yourself if you want and look it's empty all right I'll take a look real quick yeah you can a nice place but yeah so we moved all her stuff out this is we left the dresser cuz it's extremely heavy um but yeah we heard this closet was empty but last night I moved all of my coats to it so are all of my things those aren't her things but it is empty and who is she to you that's my daughter it's your daughter okay okay yep inside the house officers observed that the bedroom was nearly empty except for a large dresser no bed no clothing and no personal items indicated that smaya had no valid reason to be there anymore at this point the officer likely determined that she had no business being on the property and returned to the porch to talk to her just it's just too much and I just rather her figure out your life you know anything you try to tell a learning moment for her it's a learning moment and I believe that she's going to come out on the other side you know I don't think that this is going to be the end for her but I do think that this going to invoke a change in her to the point where she becomes more responsible where she takes more accountability where she realizes that everybody else is not to blame for you know her her own stress her own issues in her life exactly you know so sometimes nothing I have a thing that I say all the time nothing changes if nothing changes so we'll try to talk to her or see kind of what she wants um it may not be warranted it may not you know tell her she might be out of luck um and just not to return and until you guys can rebuild that relationship where she's on her feet she's she's doing good for herself maybe get her her emotions in check and then you guys can maybe you know Recon that relationship you guys had and when she's more levelheaded MH yeah yeah she's very irrational and when she gets that way you can't there's no talking to her my dad has tried her dad has tried she falls out with all her friends if she if as long as you going along with everything that she say how she want to do it when she want to do she good but the minute you you know you you hit everything I even anything else I would suggest too yeah like I I I don't know so now she's going to have my mom used to always say a hard head make a soft behind she got to learn she got she got to go through this this is what's going to get her to the other side of um the life that she wants I believe that in my heart I don't think that this is a downfall for her and it's hard for me like this is really hard for me but it needs to be done I'm not sure I guess she might have called she called yeah mhm talk to her do you need a you need anything while you get back on your feet um but she says you're not welcome here I don't really care I live here and she has to Big me properly yeah but she said she already moved you out and you went I don't really care it's a bed in there and she has the property ofct me no there there's nothing in that room there's a bed downstairs you checked everything you was up there so long it's a bed in the basement why you I give a this is my house and I want to go in you can't go in man okay well there's a bed in there and she needs to property of victim well the room that she she showed me there's a
