yeah I want to kill him him and I just heard you say no I didn't say that you say I didn't say anything leave me alone hey hey Robbie had a gun Robbie has been threatening to shoot everybody in this house for the last two weeks do not comply I will comply sir Taser Taser Taser on October 30th 2023 officer Rudder and officer wro asked for more officers to respond to a home on Fourth Street in Finley Ohio in regards to a domestic assault a male was inside of the home and was possibly armed officer kolie arrived on the scene and they made entry into the home to find the suspect Robert Gossard here is what happened my 300 headquarter one you ain't going to do nothing you watch every day black ice everything else way and it won't BL front door so what difference is make you keep coming out well I've done this a thousand times you guys have walked up a thousand times with black eyes and you walk away and he gets to pay $3,000 to get out of it so I'm tired go home your tax my tax dollars being wasted cuz you can't go in there without an arrest warrant or search warrant and I'm not going to give you the gas so let's save everybody theing problem okay what do you mean you're not going to give you're not going to what nope I'm not going to give you the gas to go in there you're not going to let us go in there no I'm not no I'm not nope you got some pretty good marks on you um but that all comes down to the court of law and who says what right you want to tell me what happened you want to tell me what happened no I'm not I'm not going to share anything with you I want you to go home I'm tired of being embarrassed by my neighbors I understand that my best friend called because she's in but I'm not I'm not giving you the gas he just pays $1,500 to get out of it 17 times and that's what's going to happen every time and I'm tired of coming and pretending like money doesn't buy you out of this money's going to buy him out of this too so stop Police Department he ain't coming he going to hide the whole time and he ain't going to come out and then he's going to close the door in your face disrespectful as tell me what happened can you walk me through what happened no I'm not to talk to us no because I don't trust you because you guys are F I've worked with you on more than one occasion and some of you I are and I can't tell which on are and what which ones aren't so I'm done with all y'all man you never work with me or him no I haven't but who knows who either one of you all are we're just trying we're here to help okay where you from where you from where you from we are from Finley Finley born and raised here we no I mean no no I mean where are you from man what's your name my name is Kylie Kylie what why why why why can't we just we were trying to investigate somebody said you were punched Kylie I'm from Finley bord and raised how old are you you want to talk to me not really you're 12 years old no I wanted somebody who's 40 here to tell me about how life goes no I don't want to hear from 12-year-old kid I'm here to leer you no and and you guys come you've been here 13 times and the same thing happens so I'm tired I don't want to hear your excuses no he's got enough money to make this all go away every time I'm tired I don't want to talk to any of you anymore me I don't want to press charges and I don't want to talk to you and you can't make me you pressing charges the male two mons ago Police Department [Music] what's that officers made their way to one of the neighbors to hear what they heard before they returned to the home we heard the commotion okay upstairs unfortunately what did you guys what did you see her here a lot of screaming okay look up window isn't uncommon from the two of them okay but this was a a different level of screaming that CAU Our concern right away um did see Robbie flailing swinging but couldn't tell in the dark do you know uh what his full name is Robbie Gossard Robbie goard it's disappointing because we do know them yeah so you saw him swinging swinging that's somebody it wasn't her at that moment she was in the car screaming bloody and there was someone outside the car he but in the dark he couldn't tell there there was three people there was just a dark top is what I made out and he does full on which at that point we was I was keeping her from going over there I just want to check on her he had already walked in then he come back out and there was more screaming and then we could see the third person was on the phone where' the third person go don't know that last I saw before we I put my sweater on to come downstairs and he was getting ready to come down um shoot whoever it was was walking up to the house okay to the door like to the pork is Robbie still there that you know of or did he leave he went into the house went into the house as well okay and unfortunately that's about the extent of what we C okay so we don't know who the third person was and the third person was the one that was getting punched by Robbie that you saw what I saw Yes okay and they went down at the back of the car um he was still punching and then once he finally got back inside that person got up and kind of maneuvered around the car and then before it came down saw them going up towards the porch okay so you did not see her get struck no no I swinging at her with the door open we I would assume that by what I saw but I could not physically see in the dark I was he fighting somebody else there was somebody else too that he then left the car they were on the ground was it a male I don't know couldn't tell tell they were short and little stockier dark for sure third not her yes yes she's in pink this one was in a dark top okay were there any other neighbors that you know were outside that know all us there was nobody outside we just heard it all up in the bedroom so our bedrooms right there and I have cameras but the camera is set to down it's not won no it won't see there so it would only be it's pretty well straight out and it's going to catch a view straight down the did you hear her saying heard her just screaming bloody just screaming so we're in an unfortunate situation CU she's not helping us and uh I will say if if we are unable to do anything keep an eye out on oh definitely because she is fearful for her life and she is injured but she's not helping us and if unless we can establish who caused injury we're our hands are tied unfortunately we need her to to help us out or we need a witness to say 100% that this person struck that person um and doesn't sound like we necessarily have that at this point unfortunately I can't get that the part I saw yeah I mean I'd love to say yeah but I can't just from the angle and in the dark get information that's oh yeah took them down at the back of the where was she at during this entire time passenger seat car at the van in the drive the Pacifica yeah she was in the passenger seat when we sawd person was at the back at the back on the passenger side and we saw him go from there to the third person I saw him stretch swinging but on the third person though the third person's on the ground I saw him up here and then she was screaming in the car and he turned back to the car and then that's where he ended up turning and going into the house so do you know anyone else to live there uh um I know that she has their whoever drives at Pacifica comes and goes I see them um I don't even know their name uh are they shorter like mat shorter email probably I'd say match close to the description but she uses that car a lot too so they're not always there so but it would and I like said I don't know their name and they do come and go so it would make sense being that person so but if so then that means that that would be another woman which is a whole another problem so I just being in the dark no I I don't want to I don't want want to point fingers somewh I don't want anything that didn't yeah yeah I would to make sure we're 100% so I appreciate all your help thank you no problem I'll review that if there's something there I'll get a hold of you okay appreciate it no are you going to turn this around on me are you really going to make this on me I'm going to walk away with the block Robert's girlfriend was detained because she continuously stated that she wanted to kill him and tried to enter home you sh you're going to come and ask me if I'm going to kill him yeah I want to kill him him and I just heard you say I'm going to kill him I want to make sure I heard that on video for what so that you can prosecute me that is so unfair dude who did you you were going to kill him who else is here no I didn't say that no I didn't say that I didn't say anything leave me alone hey hey I'm being assaulted by the police courney get your phone out they're they're look at me they're detaining me for no reason I didn't do anything get your phone I didn't do anything why the car we're waiting for her son Chase to come home he's usually off at 9:45 he's not here yet How old uh 27 28 okay um he's not here yet usually he's off by 9:45 he works at mlan usually he's here we was waiting for him to come here because him and Robie kind of it's like a stalemate to to uh roosters in the house you know what I mean um she he comes out and he literally starts punching her in the face of the passenger side of my car I do get out and I pull him off of him off of her and that's when he comes around and clocks me in my face I can't see my glasses are in there broke um I'm going to have to go to work tomorrow and not see um I called my son's dad I'm pretty sure my son's dad's actually the one who called you not sure um now now now this is where we're at okay Robbie
