Okay. Then just go ahead and stand up. >> I can't. >> Stand up. >> I can't stand up. I have a broken foot. >> Yeah, they did have to evacuate the hotel, so >> Oh. >> On June 11th, 2023, a woman in a wheelchair allegedly pulled a fire alarm at a local hotel, but she didn't stop there. She went around to different businesses and raised hell. Hello. Pretty good. How about yourself? >> Um I'm just a little pissed off and pissed off that I'm getting over >> Okay. What happened? >> Well, I didn't realize that the pharmacist wasn't going to be there until like um 11:00, so I guess, you know, there's very few doctors left because, you know, not enough smart people to, you know, get a medical degree or whatever. But anyhow, so when I went to go try to fix something over in the photography area so that I could print out the photograph, um the two younger ladies were like, "We don't cut things here." And I'm like, "Okay." So then I went to the other girl >> The younger lady >> cuz I was trying to fix the cord so that you could like plug it in and like print out pictures. And you know, cuz sometimes it takes like a half hour to figure out what picture you want to print out. And then all of a sudden um there's like this big argument as ensuing because I'm trying to help someone that really doesn't care whether or not she sells any pictures at all. >> Mhm. >> So the whole thing is kind of, you know, stupid. >> Mhm. >> So I was just trying to like fix something. >> Well, the reason why we're out with you um is they didn't call. >> Okay. >> Were you over at Fairfield Inn when you left there or did you go there first and then go to CVS? >> I was just looking around. Like I was thinking, "Well, I wonder how much this place cost." And then when I went and saw the stairs, I was like, "I'm out of here. I'm I'm not staying here." >> I got you. I got you. Well, they want you barred from that Fairfield Inn. >> Not a problem. >> And you just hold tight and stuff and we'll get you on your way as soon as they come down, okay? All right. Appreciate your patience with me. >> Never not a problem. What's going on? >> And this guy comes running up to >> no, no, no. Talk to me. Talk to me. Talk to me. >> guy comes running up in my face like he knows me or something. Hey, hey. >> Yeah, I ain't sure you guys seen that car they got on him. >> Okay. >> Still in the car. >> I mean you know what I'm saying? That's what we're doing it. >> Scaring me. No, that's how loud >> Okay, well, don't because >> that loud. He scared me. So, I was like, okay. And you know what I mean? Like people are >> down. You're getting all >> No, but people are strange. >> Okay, well, okay, well, they're strange, not you, right? >> That's true. >> I was outside walking and cleaning the parking lot. Everybody followed me. >> 400 miles. >> Who Which one of y'all here to bar her? >> Uh my manager >> Don't if >> strange, but I mean I don't like >> I don't I don't I don't think you're I don't think you're strange, but but don't fall into their their their level of yelling and and raising sand and stuff like that, yelling, okay? >> I'm sorry. >> Okay. All right. Just let her know you can She can be barred. I'm sure they bar people, but they can be barred up to a period of 2 years. >> Yes, and everything was scared. They thought it was a fire. >> Yeah. Okay. Did um There's no damage or nothing to the >> No, it was no fire. >> We're just trying to figure out like >> The question >> Yeah, yeah. >> Who are these cats? >> They work at the hotel. The manager coming. >> Okay. >> Telling me about >> I got you. I got you. Got you. Where you from, ma'am? Anywhere and everywhere? >> Not anywhere in Georgia. I'm not from Georgia whatsoever. >> Uh How'd you get here in Atlanta? >> Plane? Okay. >> And then my friend, the Marine, a taxi. >> Huh? If you want to, go ahead. >> I mean it's been a nuisance for a week. >> You're just like rolling around and just getting barred from everywhere. >> Yeah, I guess people just, you know, don't like the look of me in a wheelchair. Maybe, I don't know. Whatever. >> Maybe you're the issue as far as you're like rolling around. >> told I was out of town. They actually told I was out of completely out of the state. I agree you. >> Why you just >> are being very hateful and mean. >> Why you just like not go places and >> Really don't. >> cause a disturbance? >> Well, I really don't care. Really don't. >> You only going to be at the hospital with her for a while, but if you want to go 1095 with her, we won't have to deal with her the rest of the day, but it's up to y'all or up to you what you want to do, so you're an adult. >> Whatever issues they have, those are their issues. I've got some issues I got to take care of. I don't have time for people hauling off with all of my belongings constantly. Hey, how you doing, sweetie? >> But pull her to the side. >> call until you pulled my fire alarm or you disrupted my whole hotel. >> Did they have to evacuate the hotel? >> Yeah. >> You got to do. >> You're causing it. You evacuate the hotel? >> I said no, I said disrupted. >> I don't I mean like what what alarm went off? Was it >> the parking >> just audible or >> No, the whole fire alarm. Fire department came and I had to sign. Everybody walked out side. >> giving the story now. >> Yeah. >> So, the fire department got called. Did anybody come out of the hotel? >> Yeah, but all the guests. Well, God. >> Don't don't interact with her. Don't even interact with her cuz you're it's nuisance of a crosswalk and her inability to use it. >> If you argue with her, it's like talking to that pole right there. Nothing's going to get through, so >> I'm going to get as much syrup as you can whenever as Yeah. Keep the receipt. Yeah, I'm good. Thanks, guys. >> I got you. >> Elizabeth. >> Is all your stuff? >> Uh no. Is this it? >> Okay. All right. Go with yourself down to my car. >> Okay. Okay. >> I'm in the I'm in the SUV. >> I I don't understand what's going on. Can you please explain to me what's going on? >> get down to my car. Let's go. >> No, I want to know now. What's going on? >> go ahead and stand up. >> I can't. >> Stand up. >> I can't stand up. I have a broken foot. >> Really? >> Yes, I am. >> We'll do it this I can give you >> No, it's not >> You're going to jail. >> My foot is not working. >> All right. Put your foot on there. Let's walk. Come on. Go. 47 got you. Okay. I do two years. Like it's she is a she has mental health concerns and we've been out with her for like the past three days with just nuisance type things but now since she's at the point of your hotel and pulled that fire alarm. All right, come on you got to get up. >> I can't. >> We've seen you walking. >> Yeah, the fire department came. Everybody's standing outside. >> yeah. Yeah, you did have to evacuate the Yeah, because it's that's that's what's up. >> We thought it was the toaster. I walk on one foot. >> You're going to give me the bag. That's not an option. Come on. Hop on one foot and get in there. >> We have a toaster in our breakfast area and I checked the pull station and it says first floor. Then Dennis one of these gentlemen he's my public area stand. He's like no there was a woman in the wheelchair. I watched the cameras. Sure enough. >> Got you. >> Do these. >> That's not happening. That's not happening. The only way I'm undoing those is when I put them on your back. Also officers have seen you walking around digging in stuff. And you've been able to put weight on it. >> I walk on one foot like this. >> Okay, well then >> Like that. >> I will hold you up and you can hop on one foot over here. Or she's going to go to jail. That's not making anything any better. Now you got to go past that. She's been messing with a couple of businesses yesterday messing with the customers and stuff and just being a nuisance to people so Put her But now since she's done this she's going to go to jail. So and I'll tell her she's barred for 2 years. So you don't have to interact with her and stuff. Do you want a case card or something? >> Does it fold? >> I'm sure it does in the middle. I'll see if it will open. >> Um no, it's okay. >> Good. Okay. All right. I I appreciate you. I hope you have a better day. >> Yeah, it's not starting out good. >> I'm not playing that game. >> No, it's not starting out good. >> Yeah. >> Thanks. All right. >> Uh-huh. So that was the lady with at the >> She's been at the Atlanta Highway nuisance and then she got over here and >> We've gotten multiple calls. >> They actually had to evacuate >> And over when we were at Oglethorpe. >> Yep, they did have to evacuate the uh >> back >> hotel. So >> the back there or what? >> Oh yeah, just sit on top. Yeah, they did have to evacuate the hotel. So >> Oh. Sorry, Hardy. >> It's what happens when you uh don't have a you don't have a pin in it. >> Oh god. >> It doesn't have a pin in it. So The pin must have got ripped out or something. There you go. Well, oh that's okay. That's why it is right there. >> Yeah, I wish you wouldn't my wheelchair is my [ __ ] life. >> Your wheelchair's fine. >> Yeah, wheelchair's >> fault. >> That can be adjusted. Got nothing to trash yet. >> Yep. >> All right. >> Sorry, man. All right. Well, we're going to go uh I'll go 10-8. So and I'll I'll dust you off. So you probably take when you get done go like the west and >> I'll go to east. >> Pop it off or something like that. So Yeah, they did have to actually evacuate the >> Yeah. >> the hotel. Everybody was outside. So >> we're not we're not doing this in person. >> But she saw it on video. >> Look at all these. She didn't need all these. Walked into the business took everyone of Yeah, she's been a constant nuisance. Soon as it said wheelchair, I was like, "Uh-uh." You want to have Teske meet you over there and search us? >> Um >> To be safe? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Cuz I don't think she's doing anything with drugs. She has >> You can at least Yeah, that after what's happened with the past two instances at the jail. >> Yeah. Oh, no, absolutely. Well, anytime I >> 2230 to 2373. >> 2373 >> Could you assist with search of a female for please again? >> Well, I heard it. I didn't know I didn't even see it. I've got the wheelchair right ahead. I'll rock it over and stuff. >> She came down that she came down got a called her right when she got just where she got to the crosswalk. She was in the road. So, if you want to go that one, too. I saw her, so I mean >> Yeah. I mean, she literally was told yesterday if I got back out with her and she was in the road, she's going to jail. >> I saw her in the road. >> Coozie told her that a couple days before we gave her a warning. >> I saw her cuz she was coming down the hill in that wheelchair. >> I'll write the citation, another 40-code citation. Um and leave it with that and then you say it goes with the warrant. >> Yep, that'll work. >> We did. >> Yeah. >> call the cops cuz she didn't want to leave and she had a box cutter out trying to cut our like charger off the kiosk. >> Mhm. >> And then when I said something to her, she like went off cussing and screaming and we got in an argument and apparently she was in our store last night throwing stuff around. So, we're done. >> Do you >> So, she's been like calling since yesterday. Because she was calling the >> I just say no back and forth. You just tell her and I'll get her name and stuff, so >> I'll advise when we get to jail. >> Okay. >> Okay, yeah, cuz we were going to call if she did it again, but now that y'all have arrested her I always figured we'd go ahead and >> Okay. >> That was literally like >> Tell me how long you want to bar her. >> We can do 2 years. >> I'd do 2 years, yeah, 2 years at the very least, yeah. >> What's your name, ma'am? >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. You'll uh let her know when uh if she shows up even if if you guys got camera cameras inside the business even if she shows up and she's gone by the time we get there I just have to see footage from inside the store and she goes to jail for being >> Okay. >> for being trespassed. >> I appreciate it cuz she's been causing a lot of problems. >> Okay. All right. Hope you have a better day. See you. All right. >> what is fire? Thanks. >> Yep. I thought she had done it for a minute. You still got that bad leg. >> [laughter] >> Hello. >> Hello again. Um sorry, apparently this is going to become a theme because I guess what? We've had other shifts that are letting things go into the jail that shouldn't be going into the jail right >> Okay. >> Um and so we're just trying to make sure we cover our >> Cover our bases. Okay. >> Um the other thing is she is handcuffed in the front because she was in a wheelchair. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Um >> That's fine. >> She says she can't step on her right foot, but I call BS on that because I've seen her use that foot to move the wheelchair around and >> else, but it's still not right. >> standing. >> Um but it is in the process, so there's no reason she can't hold on to the door, you see? >> Yeah. >> I just wanted to let you know before you're like, "Oh, what the hell?" >> Yeah. So it's just her trespass charges? >> Uh no. >> Does she have drug charges that I need to be No. Okay. >> So she's got uh she pulled the fire alarm. >> Oh, fun. >> And they evacuated the building and pedestrian in the roadway. >> Okay. >> Um and they didn't want to press charges, but she apparently had a box cutter trying to cut one of the things off at Walgreens. I don't know. >> So damage? >> But no, they didn't want to. They just wanted her to leave the bar. So I have to uh sign for her to leave. >> Okay. I was just making sure it wasn't like drug stuff. Hi Miss Carla. >> And I admit on this on this foot I cannot walk. >> I've told her to so all you're going to do is hop out on that foot, hold onto the door. >> Okay. >> She's just going to check you, search you. >> Okay. >> Then you're going to get back in my car and then we're going to go to the jail. That is >> to stick or poke? >> No, ma'am. >> Okay. All right. And you're telling the truth cuz if we find anything or they find something at the jail, you'll get another >> Definitely a friendly needle. >> Okay, that's fine. Any drugs that you're >> No, ma'am. >> No. Okay. Are you wearing a bra? >> No, ma'am. >> No, okay. >> So, I mean hauled with it. >> Okay, that's fine. Have you Could you >> Yeah. >> All right. Are you wearing underwear? >> No, ma'am. >> No, okay. And it's just the belt that you're wearing? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. I'm going to let you hang on to that. And then you've got Are those like biking shorts? >> No, they're like long johns. >> Long johns, okay. Yeah, just going through. Do you have another little pocket on this side or is it just that one? >> I couldn't tell you. I just got it. >> It's just that one. >> I don't even know what's mine anymore. I just know how everything freaking flies when somebody else has it. >> Okay, you're fine. All right, Miss Carlile. >> seat back there. >> All right. All right. >> She broke it above the ankle. >> Mhm, okay. >> Yeah. >> It would be a little bit worse if >> the feet going. >> If she's moving the wheelchair with it, it's not broken. >> well, it's not bad enough. >> The suspect was booked for false fire alarm and pedestrian must walk on sidewalk if provided.
