According to the caller, the man seemed completely out of it and was trying to use his state ID as a credit card despite having no money to pay for anything. To make matters worse, he was also refusing to leave. Upon arrival, officers met with the suspect, later identified as Herbyill Joe, who was standing near pump one at the gas station. Hi guys. Joe was charged with obstructing justice, aggravated battery on a peace officer, resisting or obstructing a peace officer, criminal trespass to real property, and DUI. It is worth noting that after being transported to JPD booking for processing, Herby refused to cooperate and also refuse to be processed.
