the nature of the domestic violence complaint they weren't going to leave without investigating further with no other way to enter they decide to retrieve a key to the apartment from the complex's henkins had a history of violence a background check revealed prior domestic violence convictions proving this wasn't his first offense henin was transported to Montgomery County Jail where he was booked on charges of domestic violence obstructing official business and resisting arrest
