watch this woman have a complete meltdown when officers arrested her for randomly throwing rocks at passing Vehicles said you're throwing rocks at cars are you high been smoking some have I no yeah agitated with the officer as she tries to act like she's done nothing wrong if you want to but it's not going to work out very well for you what are you going to do beat me out no I never threatened to do that well yeah you are you're saying it's not even going to I don't have to leave from here I'm not you want to call that complainant the officer repeatedly makes attempts to relocate the suspect but she refuses to cooperate with him in any manner given her distaste for police I'm giving you options I'm trying to be nice to you but get fired I'm going to get fired okay cuz I have PTSD ambulance service what are they going to do throw me in a you said you wanted an ambulance service and I offered it to you and when the guy came over there I asked him a couple questions he started all giving me the fif I don't take orders from that you or anyone else okay the assisting officer receives confirmation from dispatch that multiple callers wish to file official statements and testify against the suspect she puts on all sorts of Dramatics and completely freaks out as officers arrest her for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property all right Teresa you're under arrest all one's twisting any the hell you're not you keep grabbing it every time I said it's broken there now he's put more pressure he's adjusting your cuffs no why to make them tighter well he's got to make sure they're safe so we're all sa right so you're safe yep look at the way he keeps doing this this does not make any sense you're not a cop that's why he's making sure that everything's going good no he's not you don't have to put cuffs on 15 times now he's taking them off putting them on take them off putting them on so twist me around there he goes now he's got them real tight they're going to start just trying to make sure that your wrist is in there right so it doesn't hurt you stop bending my arm now they're on me now they're on all right J this way come on I can't now they want to drag come evaluate her you're going to want to yeah take a step up in there why are you worried about a seat belt you're breaking my arm oh it's hurt me now I just wrapped the seat belt on and cinching it as tight as he can ow what is wrong with you all right watch your feet a few moments later as the ambulance arrives the suspect continues to give officers and EMTs a difficult time for no apparent reason when don't touch me I can get out myself I do not need you to help me I want to make sure you don't fall I don't want you touching me you had your hand up my dress buddy yeah you did you were touching my bare thigh yeah you were yes you were come on I'm 60 I'm trying to get out just hold don't touch me come up leave don't touch me I'm not letting you run into the road I wouldn't run into the road I'm not dumb like you let's go the officers explained the situation to the medical team before they go speak to her it doesn't seem like she plans on cooperating with them anytime soon either so we got uh just like 63 no female were you guys we weren't a different crew they called us though yeah so same lady so we got called back up here cuz she's throwing rocks at the car we told her she was under arrest we went to the ground when she was on her side she kind of went unresponsive on us okay shallow B BL breathing came back around as soon as we put her on her back she claims her one arm is broken okay so she claims her left arm is broken hey there I'm paramedic okay we're going to get youall we're going to put you on the C the officer's going to take the handcuffs off but because you're under arrest we have to put you in what's called software strength so should be a little more comfortable okay you understand that just watching that's not do you want to fight with this not if you're going to fight with this you're going to in the handcuffs you know what we're just going to leave you in the Cuffs come on out come on out the suspect was placed into the ambulance and was transported to the hospital where she was thoroughly evaluated by a medical team she was evidently charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest and was transported to the station to be booked
