January 22nd 2022 he was driving around without any headlights on his vehicle officer Thomas White pulled him over and Gordon parked in a nearby parking space in an apartment complex Gordon hopped out of his car and started to yell at the officer he told officer white to shoot him and began walking towards the officer's vehicle here is how officer white responded stay in the car close the door close the door what I do stay in the car he's getting out of the car get in the car he's approaching me get back in the car now why get back in the car what did I do I got one at taser point just doing purpose I didn't turn around turn around I'll get in a car turn around turn around I ain't doing it what are you doing this for I'm not gonna do you nothing wrong all right put your hands behind your back put your hands behind your back got ice cream on I don't care put your hands behind your back now I'm not playing with you going Step It Up officers arrived on the scene to assist officer white in the arrest and after a few minutes Gordon calmed down and his entire demeanor changed drastically but before they talked to Gordon again Sergeant Chris spoke with the passenger Allan hands behind your back I yeah got to got how can I do it when you got hold say officer why I'm not violent I'm trying to tell you the headlight thing went in when I pulled out I went down to get ice cream apologize to you we don't know what your attentions are when you come bailing out when I P out I turn the headlight and it probably start off copy 137 going be the registered owner of that vehicle I what did I do what am I getting arrested for go ahead and have a seat you're getting arrested for obstructing okay oh officer don't have a seat please don't have a seat or you're going to get will you let me go please take a seat in there for right now I am I can't put my leg up okay well we'll help you I was I didn't mean it now I just got ice cream and I'm not drunk or nothing I ain't drinking or right so I don't know exactly what's going on so you you stop him for whatever violation he jumps out the car on you you have your taser on him I tell him back in the car he opens the door I say stay in the car and he said sh come on while officer Chris Coy was taking the keys to the owner officer white spoke with Gordon again this time he was much more apologetic he even followed the officer's instructions for the sobriety test Gordon yeah okay you live here who who's the car belong to uh your neighbor let him drive it are the keys in it still okay so he is free to go in yeah do you do you need the car for anything the car yeah the car belongs to somebody else in there yeah has he had anything to drink tonight like beer or anything nothing no okay well are you were you going to take the keys to the owner in there yeah can you go in there and tell the owner to come out cuz I'd like to give him the keys oh all right okay no wait minut he he just had a bad Happ move so he gave you permission to drive or Gordon I don't have dri okay well I'm going to hold the keys for a minute till we figure out what to do with it okay all all right you're you're good to go inside though yeah just let them know I'm out here and if they want their keys that uh come out and talk to me mhm all right M all let let me talk real quick okay sir so not I'm going to do you a favor I'm not going to take you to jail but I am giving you a ticket okay is that fair enough okay okay serve if I take if I take you out of here and take you out of the handcuffs you're going to be cool and let me explain this to you I also really like ice cream and coffee Gordon anyway Gordon kept on talking to officer white while he ran him through leads Gordon was given a mini Citation for obstructing official business and a verbal warning for the traffic offense he was given a court date and released without further issue class is it um is it is it for Coleman like one side I go yeah it's Coleman it's for um the stor and Miss pit okay if I don't succeed I fail all right he um all right well like I said okay I had to give you a ticket cuz can't can't act that way deserve it okay so what's going to happen is how much is it it's I I I don't know it's I'm not giving you a ticket for the traffic violation which was you were driving without your headlights on I don't know if you knew that or not um that's what I was F he's yelling at me and I explain it to him okay so what I what I cited you what I cited you with here is obstructing official business okay when you ran out and you started youell shooto me and you wouldn't get back in the car when I ordered you and I had to put you on the back of the car some handcuffs that that's deserve that's obstructing okay I got to tell Ser that yeah so I I cited you with that okay your court date is going to be on the 13th which is Thursday tomorrow okay okay it's going to be at 8:00 a.m. I I got a com at 10: well what's going to happen happen is I could call so it's it's not today it's so right now it's it's it's 2:00 on Thursday okay not oh not yet all right cool not in the morning not not in the morning basically tomorrow morning right now is Wednesday got me Thursday okay me all right so on the 13th at 8:00 a.m. okay you got to be at court okay yeah all right do you understand everything do you need me to explain anything any further no I you want to do what's that you going to learn from this mistake yeah you know what I'm going to show it to my counselor okay I hope I get the housing yeah well keep keep working on it learn from this think Gordon listen for once and went to court that is definitely not the case on the 2nd of July 2022 officer Montez was patrolling in the area and saw the blue Dodge Dart in a parking lot he saw some movement inside and walked toward the vehicle when he got close Gordon reclined the front seat to try and hide from the officer luckily officer Montes already knew about Gordon and when he checked leads he saw that he had an active warrant without a fight Gordon th was arrested again and this time transported to jail sadly we don't have any footage of this but we do know one thing if you're ever pulled over by an officer don't hop out of your car and tell them to shoot you
