on civil Avenue at an unusually high speeded the vehicle turned onto Kentucky Avenue without signaling and continued Southbound on Kentucky with the officer observing the registration plate closely it didn't take long for the driver to rack up more infractions failing to stop completely at a red light on Kentucky and failing to use his signal again at that point it was obvious this vehicle needed to be stopped the officer initiated a traffic stop the man was identified as John A Washington and a quick check of his license revealed his driving privileges were suspended along with an active ATS warrant out of Atlantic City for $750 issued for unpaid traffic fines no bail over there at Kentucky and soul Avenue you failed to use your blinker and then over there at Kentucky and right no I'm not playing you serious I'm serious myet you failed to come to a complete stop and you failed to use your turn signal as well and then the speed limit is only 25 25 miles hour all right give me the ticket all right no problem give me your license I'll give you your tickets all right so do you not have a Val license my license number is on there this Li my ID number is license number you can run that so
