After Rudy called for his mommy and got her lie for him, he was transported to the Carl'sbad Medical Center where he was evaluated by a doctor before he was taken to the Eddie County Detention Center. The officers found a glass pipe in Rudy's pocket and it was clear that it had been used. Rudy was charged with two counts of resisting possession of drug paraphernalia and concealing identity. He was in jail for 13 days before he was released to another agency. We're not sure what Rudy has been up to up until now, but we hope he bought his mom a lot of chocolates to thank her for following with his lie that he wasn't driving. Oh, this is Rudy.
