was on his usual Patrol when he got dispatched to Old Green Bay Road in the village of Pleasant Prairie for a reported neighbor dispute as the officer arrived at the scene the first person he spotted was the caller Kevin S who immediately filled him in what had happened that day fortunately for Kevin security cameras around his house captured the exact moment Patrick trespassed onto the property yanked up the marking stakes and then proceeded to break them my camera goes off and I check it because we've been having some issues and I'm sure You' probably seen any records already um so I was checking my camera to make sure that my house was safe my family was safe and I see my neighbor that lives up here leaving their house and right across where that driveway is right there is where the property line is I had a property surveyor come out he placed Stakes where my property line was and then for safety during especially during the winter time I had rope drawn across it and I had reflective Stakes like that sure all set those aren't those aren't cheap sure all right I also had on the left side of where our tree is there was a property line Stak there that's been removed my no trespassing sign was removed and I want to prosecute for trespassing and that to property okay I have video I have a camera down at the end of the driveway that caught him doing this okay and I am so happy to show you this is he taking them oh yeah he's taking he's like oh this is a trip Hazard it's not your property you that that Lin's there to stop you from crossing your property is over there if you were leaving their property you walk down their driveway cross across old Green Bay Road and walk on the Frontage Road back to your sure and I hence why I have the no trespassing signs everybody's been made clear we don't want nobody Crossing across our property because we try to seed and with the heat I don't want people just walking across we want a manicure we want to take care it's our property that's fine yeah that's fine yeah and then and I'm I'm done I want to prosecute okay as far as we can we can go let me okay and then I'll show you the the video so it starts off with this one let me get you audio because there's audio with it and I will zoom in so there he is crossing over the line itself bye almost tripped on there hey I can't have this trip p and he starts removing and breaking the reflective s and then he comes up to where the the property uh person put in a steak right there and remove that and he's removing the Rope it was yellow like boat rope okay from the proper line and then he sits there for a hot minute because it was a metal field steak post that he put in there and he rammed it in you know with one of those rammers mm so he's sitting there b ending it pushing over it when were those put in those were put in a while ago like I could go back on earlier footage and you can see them there and stuff would you like to see no that's okay because it it was expensive rope when was it so oh it was put it um I got I got the property surveyed shortly after I bought it in 2020 it was April of 2020 I want to say I got it surveyed okay and those property stakes were put and they've been there ever since and I mean other officers have come here I mean you could talk to Gainer if he's seen it because he drove his bike on L I don't care um uh but yeah he he would have seen them as well you know and then there was a no trespassing sign not this tree but that very front tree there was a no trespassing sign that was there and it was staked in the ground and now that is also missing that sign alone cost me 125 bucks cuz that same as that red one that's right there I paid for each of them and I have them all around the property sure and so I've made it known but he's still working at it I mean we I want to say it's like a 2 minute 3 minute clip 5 minute clip can we kind of we walk down there and just see you got your yep and it's and what what's his name his name is Patrick okay or Pat how I know is he is he saying that that's his property no no no no so so he's not arguing that it's his exactly like how they put put it in with Woody stakes and metal posts like this and it was uh JKR that came here and did this and then there's the pipe going down in sure all right so that's that because the garage is over several feet on our property and that's where the shared easement is cuz then our property goes like this and then there's another pipe if you shine your light yep right there that they double check the mark for me as well and you can see where the cut line is yeah from my grass and they put one right here you can see the hole and he pulled out even the the post okay that the property surveyor plugged in right here cuz you can see the cut line and then there was a rope that was drawn across what does this one say is that no trespassing same thing no Tres okay like I had plenty of pictures of when I put it up because I even have my trump sign up here and that got taken I I was there for that okay I came out here years ago y remember that you had the little you a little Sanctuary up here oh yeah man I I try to make it like it was electric fence I remember you know I mean he even came and he was taking pictures with it and it's like okay I don't care but now he wants to do this and act like this you know I don't care what's his name Pat Pat okay yep have you you haven't had any other their issues with him no this just besides over the property line when I was trying to find it myself and before I had the inspector come so in s go ahead yeah and and I had a metal detector and I was trying to look and I was trying to find where the pipe was because I figured out hey I can try to do it myself find it yeah and no so then I had to get somebody out here because he came out started yelling at me um I mean he does have bit of a temper see I have video footage of him throwing beard cans at cars that go that he thinks too fast down this road which you know he shouldn't be doing and we said we just don't really talk to them as much okay um all right um but yeah I mean as we're my wife and I sit no we want to prosecute yeah and and that's that's where we're at so in total how many poles are damaged okay so we have okay just on poll yeah one two 3 four five 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 13 poles m in total and then one trespassing sign that has been removed and stolen and that that is I I can pull up the receipt for those so you're counting all three was there three or four each there three there was three in total there was a wooden steak a metal steak and a reflective uh steak inside just kind of like how this is yeah so there's there's three in total in one spot okay all three are gone okay I paid for I paid over 700 bucks for that wooden piece of crap in that met P poll to get put there and that's a lot of money right there in itself so is that your property or is that is that the surveyor's property it's my product I'm saying I'm but did you pay for the service did you pay for the product I paid for the product and the service so the product and the service gave me this steak this steak and then I paid myself for these staks to put where the the actual you still have those documents saying how much the ual materials cost it it just was all lumped into one as part of the overall survey but this was included sure with because the the the stakes alone are not going to be 700 oh uh completely agree complet if we can if we can find a more reasonable price for what the staks and what the plastic markers costed so like I mean wooden staks I mean they're Diamond dozen at Menards I get that it's just part of the the actual survey because that now is survey and so I would say maybe like for 10 it's probably like 20 bucks for 10 and then the metal ones I mean for 10 you're looking at you know about I don't want to undercut this because prices have gone up but it it could be pretend maybe 50 60 bucks so would you say for 150 bucks that would cover the replacement of all the stakes for just the stakes after showing the damage Kevin made it very clear that he wanted to press charges for trespassing the property had multiple no trespassing signs which Patrick conveniently ignored Kevin estimated the damage at $250 which included a missing sign with the amount of damage done the officer knew Patrick had to be held accountable so without wasting any time the officer headed to Patrick's house to talk to him about the matter what should have ended with a simple Municipal ticket was about to get much much worse for the the the total damages right so got a lot of this I'll be fa Frank with you we I can't prove that he took that sign right there um but we have on video that he took that okay whether or not you're going to get reimbursed or get what I'm saying what I'm saying too is like if you want to and and if you can go look behind his garage because I I can hear him dumping stuff yeah and so if you see one of these on his property that's mine and it's it's on a wooden steak too on top of have have you seen one in the back of his garage or I heard him through the camera rustling around when he was going back because I was trying to see because he was like walking up yeah that's where my trump sign was hello hi hi it's Police Department looking for Patrick what I'm looking for Patrick can I speak with him I hang yeah it's fine thank you escalating tension the officers still intended to only issue Patrick tickets for criminal damage to property trespassing and disorderly conduct after clearing the scene they all left beli leaving the situation had calmed down except it hadn't less than an hour later the officers were back at Old Green Bay Road Kevin had called again but this time it was even worse Patrick had crossed the line he threatened Kevin and his family and once again it was all caught on camera oh really yeah okay okay you remember doing that no okay you have anything you want to tell me about it or anything you have to say about it um no I don't think so okay you I'm not talking you okay I'll I'm talking I'm going to mail you two tickets okay hold on time out I'm not talking anymore that's fine I um I want I want my laor okay I'm going to send you two tickets okay no you can't you cannot do that I'm going shaking and and right away we're like oh my God and then we're trying to listen and cop see Pleasant cops Patrick's inability to hide from security cameras and stay away from Kevin's property has led the officers to make the decision to arrest him on one to two counts of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property officers finally surrounded Patrick's residence but he still refused to come out out and [Applause] surrender never I don't he needs to come outside and turn himself in to us so we can take start he walked across the property and broke some of the marking lines I don't know any of very clear the fth amendment you're under arrest you're under arrest arrest J your my head surgery you put hey put your hands behind your back I take the f I take the fth you're under arrest put your hands on your back and stop resist put your back stop resist oh my God my heart doesn't that way it doesn't f that way fine my arm I had surgery on my shoulder you you mother you're so usually like when an incident like this occurs if there's children inside the residence we call crisis stup now and then they usually just call you and check up and make sure that everything's okay with the children inside the home and I need no disrespect by this but like I don't trust that process I guess okay because I maybe I watch too much TV or whatever but like I I just don't trust like I they're my everything and I understand that I mean that's usually how kids go um well I'll talk to my lieutenant and see his thoughts on it um what other option like he's being arrested and taking taken to yeah so I'll explain that process so what he's going to do we're going to end up taking him over to probably St cats just to get him medically cleared because of his shoulder um and because he's intoxicated um so once they clear him and say that he's okay to go to the jail then he will be transferred over to the jail over in Kenosha County um and then he should be bondable um so he'll get his phone call once he gets there and gets processed he can call you um and then he can tell you how much and you can come in with either cash or card yeah he's not making it any better really not and I'm so sorry I'm really mortified by this and no I completely understand I mean I don't I hope you don't understand but we've seen enough of it you know I know but this is embarrassing I've never dealt with this before and uh was he physical at all with you or anything oh my God no never never never ever ever God no he's just literally I think had one too many beers [Music] Patrick was then transported to Kenosha County jail and booked on two counts of disorderly conduct one count of criminal damage to property and one count of resisting an officer
