reference to a suspect selling drugs out of a blue van when officers located the suspect's vehicle they ran it through l e a and made their way to the driver here is what happened when officers made don't touch me dude second while the officers were searching Anthony they found a small clear plastic baggie that contained marijuana in his other pocket they found a large stack of bills since they couldn't Place Anthony in the back of the squad car they called for a van and while they were waiting they searched Anthony's vehicle why are you going in my pockets man get your hands out of my pockets man got put my money back in tell from the street or it's one from the put my money in my wallet and all that in the car officers found seven additional clear baggies filled with cannabis along with a scale transport arrived shortly after and Anthony was back to making a massive scene we're going to need the van I think h driv onap yep meop Central traffic is not driving the wagon today should be relax put my back in my pocket and put my hat on we'll have uh your stuff put my back on my pocket in my pocket man we'll have it don't touch my we pass that right now okay that's all Anthony stand up man here Anthony was thrown in the van and transported to jpd jail while there he refused to answer booking questions and refused to take prints and photos he would not talk to anyone and was quite uncooperative they tested Anthony for cannabis and it returned positive with the found in his car and the $1,400 in cash on him it was clear that Anthony was selling his car was towed and Anthony was charged with two counts of resisting arrest one count of dealing cannabis more than 30 gr but less than 500 gram one count obstruction of justice and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia if only Anthony played Clash of Clans on his phone instead of selling drugs
