Nope. Another felony. On December 12th, 2024, officers of the Sanduski Police Department were sent to an assault call. When they arrived, they made contact with the victim, Thomas Gorsuch, and the attacker, Heather Fox. Here is their story. Put a hand on me. All right, hang on. Hang on. My daughter was over here early and told her to stay from over here. I am walking on a wheelchair. I got a cancer. I got to go. I got to go to out there for a clinical trial. I'll be there at 8:00 in the morning. I'm not on this drama. I never told her to stay where I'm here before. Okay. My daughter had come back over here. It's going to be a problem. I ain't did nothing. If you're the homeowner and you want me to trespass her, I'm going to document it in the report and I need your information. What is she doing out there? My daughter just literally went and got me some some I'm constipated. I don't feel good. Went and got me uh suppositories. So Tom, my daughter told her to stay away from over here. Remember earlier I told you she left in a car, right? A couple times in the side of the face and got me in the knee and leg. Any marker injuries on you? Probably not cuz I'm about bit tougher than most people. Well, right now I'm I'm going to have to double check and see if we have it documented that she was told before not to come back. Then if you want, you can sign a trespassing charge against her. She'll get arrested. She's only going to get a summon though. She won't go to jail. That's up to you. You tell her to get the hell off my property and don't come back. And we will make sure that it's documented she's not to be back. So if we come back, she will be arrested. Okay. Heather was charged with assault on a police officer, harassment by inmate, and resisting arrest. 6 months later, she was arrested again for assault. And from what we found, Heather Lee Fox is currently in the Erie County Jail awaiting further legal proceedings.
