alongside sergeant jidan responded to Maple Heights Boulevard in Cleveland Ohio in regards to a domestic disturbance of a male hitting a female when they arrived they made contact with the caller verky Johnson she was visibly upset and said that her boyfriend DeLorean Johnson was trying to put her out here's what happened when officers spoke with DeLorean I don't know what's going on you said you got a valid driver's license yes I do I do okay well why don't you leave then huh why don't you leave then I can't I can't get out okay why can't you get out is this them blocking you yeah okay was losing control of him and took him to the ground stop pulling around nobody's grabing out you act like an adult let's go like an adult walk let's go come on walk walk walk stand up stand up St gr stop stand up let's go DeLorean and his girlfriend were escorted to the Maple Heights jail while they were there officers interviewed them and they found that verk was intoxicated cir stated that she didn't know who the woman was who was there and that she caused the fight cir saw DeLorean in his vehicle and the woman was in the passenger seat when she confronted him about it they started arguing and he began trying to force her out of the house by pulling on her to do it dude knock it off you're not about to do it like that knock you know he doing too much you know he doing too much relax you resistance and then it's domestic violence for her she's kicking on him what happened for you to call us I got the same thing he wasn't even on him so what happened for you to call us I his friend was the one that was that was there and putting on women and stuff so then I he was trying to argue with me so he was just arguing with you nothing physical nothing no me other people in house the girl the other girl was physical with you no with the other boy he left I don't know where he went don't know his name so it was a different guy that was there not not the man on the counter the man on the counter that's to his house no so he had nothing to do with anything physical there's some other dude well when when I'm talking about between you and him but made me call no okay what about um but he he he basically had started arguing with me when I was on ph with trying to put me out so when when when they came in the house I was literally packing my like I was packing while they were talking to him okay so the call that we got was um there was reports of something physical going on okay and that call came from you so what again were you referring to as far as the physical stuff that was going on because believe you said he's hit me something like that um he said he he was pulling on he was trying to get me yeah he was like trying to pull me out the house I said trying to pull you out the house okay so he wasn't trying to like harm you he was just trying to remove you type deal um well you tell me I'm asking you yeah you're the one who called us I'm trying to get you justice as well I did but it really wasn't for him for the that left when he came all who's that know his name you don't know his name or nothing okay um so who is uh him to you the one who was my boyfriend how long are you guys Liv last year so okay almost two years now all right anything like this ever happened between you two before last year last year we came when we first start talking we came out for that too right huh did we come out for that also I think we did yeah I think I think we got something okay um so he didn't hit you or nothing he just was trying to pull you out the house you being for guys just been drinking too much like what the hell I I was I'm not going lie I was I went to Halloween parties so I know he he's pretty drunk too I know that you guys all go out together no I went my friends he went somewhere he St he did some El yeah okay another dude no it was a girl another chick huh it wasn't his though it was the dude that left the chick that was there no the chick that was there the girl that was there that's my friend but the other dude talked to another girl I'm so sure we all work together that's it and the girl that's really what did it um the girl was in his car the one that like my she was in his car she was not supposed to be in his car like he said he was not talk to her so I'm just so confused car or why she was with them and yeah the officers tried to talk with DeLorean as well but he was sleeping and refused to wake up when they called for him he was also intoxicated and so DeLorean was charged with resisting arrest and for his warrant he was also given a charge for domestic violence after bur's statement verke on the other hand was charged with domestic violence so it just goes to show don't fight when you're intoxicated or the officers might just take you to jail to sober up
