on the 2nd of November 2023 Worcester Ohio officers were dispatched to a domestic violence call between Tristan Hartzler and his girlfriend Tristan had already left the scene on a blue bicycle when the officer spoke to the victim however Mike Tyson made a quick stop at another house and the officers found his bicycle on the ground outside here's his story somebody called said that he' hit you did he just hit you one time or so we hit you down there already had something going on with your eye is that why it's all red I probably what she get her too but she got for okay let me grab my camera here you willing to write a statement as to what happened blue bike tonight the officers found where Tristan went and knocked on the door a female opened up and told them that she'd talked to him to get him to come outside time being question can't afford won't be app pointed represent you understand that sure is that going to be the story going to start I didn't do nothing I just we got an argument I left that's always what happens okay this girl seriously like turns things up on me all the time man I'm a decent guy to everyone not just her everyone you know what I mean like I I behave sir as much as I can and sometimes like I get in little misg these things but it ain't that I don't never put my hands on her I never I don't never make her seem like she ain't a woman you know what I mean I don't never I don't never treat her like she ain't a woman so she doesn't have any kind of injuries at all this is just an argument so what went on today between you guys and she's been getting high and she wants to she wants to say that like you know I'm the reason why and and you know blames me for blames me for pretty much everything and and then when I I I you know I I make the facts known to her like all reason goes out the window and she just starts saying like well this and that like why is this and then why is that why is this and then why is that I'm like okay so I ain't got no reason with her you know what I mean and and sometimes I do I do get in her face a little bit when I'm trying to talk to her quietly I don't want to I don't want to yell and [ __ ] you know what I mean so I get in her face and I I talk to you know what I mean but I don't I don't never you know I mean go crazy on her I only have a certain strength like I can't I can't be expected to surpass things so I leave you know what I mean like and and if if I'm wrong for that then I'm sorry but I'm not going to sit there and let her you're trying to tell me you had an argument you got out of the situation trying to get away like she wants to keep on screaming and keep the show going on I can't do that I mean I tried for a very long time that's why we argue I mean I try for as long as I can and and it doesn't go anywhere so I mean that's just that's what my path is I have to leave I ain't hiding you know what I mean like I ain't going to run from nobody I ain't I ain't going to keep myself from her either but I'm not going to keep letting her you know hurt my feels like that man like I'm I'm I'm a man but I'm only a man I have I have a heart I I would die for this girl and I mean I I lay down my hands I lay down my life for Hulk and Hercules and on people and and shutting down whole houses track houses and stuff three four Dudes making them back up because they I have to get her out I can't I can't I can't let that happen to her you know and and she's been consistent about pushing it pushing and her mom comes to me I'll show you the messages her mom sends me every day and let her family know she's all right you know she don't show up to her appointments and stuff like she's late when she does she don't get dressed she don't clean herself she hasn't showered in over a week like she's been laying in there getting Fu up and and and blaming the world for her problem I don't I know you still been using man you still been using too I do I can't I get that I'm not here to judge you for it but I just said I know you're still using I was at the hospital the other night when you came in you did tooo much in Speedway and walked yourself over yeah I just went to detox too when was the last time you used I just be honest with me when the last time I smoke now dude I told her to SM if if I can like you know what I mean my friends my friend was the last time you used my friends won't give me nothing one was the last time you used used what I smoked today I'm talking about using using Fetti no I can't get that when was the last time you used little over a week ago if I had that if if it was that then I mean I you were out of it pretty bad when you're were at the hospital yeah that's why I went to the hospital cuz I actually got some and I was freaked out like I kept I kept falling back out like it wasn't it wasn't just dope it was something else like I kept falling asleep and [ __ ] and I couldn't get up and once I stayed right I went to the hospital you know what I mean like and then I went to detox cuz Christina and Carol both came up to me the next day at breakfast Cur like this isn't good you know your liver is is failing literally like they took they said my li family I got a lot of problems going on man judging problem with her man she she she's been pushing everything into my heart like and I suppress it all dude you know all the she pulls I suppress it like she gets away with it all I can only do it for so long I got to figure some stuff out I'm obviously not there talking with them okay I got to make a phone call all right someone might want to come talk to you finish your cigarette I got to just detain you you're not under arrest at this at this moment but I got to figure out some stuff what's going on what we're going to do here just figure out your you know finish your cigarette real quick here put it down I'm not here to give you problems I could have just ripped out and cuffed you right off the rip okay I didn't do that I gave you an opportunity here didn't I I'm still going to do that but sir I didn't do nothing I mean if and if and if you believe me then then like by my rights you know I don't think that I should be the tame honestly like you know cuz I I haven't committed any crimes until Tristan we are still conducting an investigation but there's no investigation I told you from my not put my hands on her nothing Tristan we don't live I'm I'm here to work with you I assult her okay finish the cigarette now put it down in the event that it's nothing I'm going to hook you on then you're just I'm going to cut you back loose Turn Around from me all right I don't deserve this sir get you at least out of this cold I don't care about that man that doesn't bother me what bothers me is that you're not you're not giving me the chance to to I hear what you're saying I have another officer that's speaking with her there okay so I need to get what all information he has and then we're going to go from there okay I don't know what all he has I got to talk to him but obviously I didn't just come here for no reason tring to yell in your face either man I'm not I'm not letting myself go with you I'm just I'm letting you know like because still standing there after I done told you like all the things that that that are going wrong in our relationship and I don't need to tell you that you know but like right we listen to both sides of the story and that's what I'm saying that's all it is though investigation it's not like you not I'm not the best you don't have any guns or anything on you anything like that I want make sure having me sit back for a while now you guys been getting a long like water and oil man you ain't mixing too good well that's that's the thing you know she's always in she's always in the right and that's what I mean is like I I feel I feel do uh I can't do you still have her phone I don't have her phone okay do you do you know where it is no I don't that's her bike it wasn't here ear we were looking for wa oh this is p found know unless it ain't working but not all that stuff's here I heard stuff moving around talking with him but what you said anything I mean I I finally get him out cuz it took a while to get anyone to come to the door then he's refusing to come to the door Cassie ends up coming to the door she says listen I'm going to get him to come out if I don't you guys can come in and get him I said okay I give him a couple minutes he comes down have him step down R him of his RS oh enough I didn't do anything I didn't do anything he's basically saying it was just an argument um you know he denies ever putting any kind of a hand on I want to look back at his hands a little bit better I looked at him it almost looked like could have been a little the side of her face isn't red and that side is oh yeah she you know what I mean up here on her nose up here so they go to Speedway she he's not allowed there so she walks inside comes out uh when she comes out he's either holding a shot or already has done one but she can see that he's got a needle in his hand so they start arguing about the needle they walk down by marola's the new restaurant in between there's that little walkway to left after the dumpster between what was that muddies they she takes a left he'll start walking that way and that's when he hits her she's trying to just get away from me get away from me he follows her all the way back to manura just antagonizing her so finally she hits manura and Henry picks her up throws her to the ground or he pushed her to the ground that's what she said she had dirt on the back of her jacket pretty consistent with that started grabbing her by her Hood she's trying to hold the phone down while she's calling 911 he takes the phone goes like this over his knee with it breaks I know exactly I search him we'll get him out and search him I don't know how much you want to talk to him you have a lot of evidence there from that picture appears to be fresh trist did anybody advise you in marand rights yes okay you understood what they were man what what happened tonight he's arguing man well it's a little bit more than that he's arguing man not more than that why does she have tons of marks on her face she Mar she doesn't don't no marks on her so if she had a mark how would she have it she picks her face sir she picks it I mean come on now that's not a picking Mark that's a picking sir it's cold outside she has rosy cheeks look at the other side he you can give me a line or whatever you want to do man I'm asking you I'm tell this is the time to tell me I tell you I didn't hit her I did not hit her okay well the evidence is shown ofse that's not true sir the evidence is showing come on man it's cold you did to God I don't put my hands on her okay why wouldn't you come out of the house because I I was mad I told him I said give me a minute I I wasn't hiding from I wouldn't have came here if I was hiding running just all the evidence is leading otherwise goad step out that's not evidence sir a picture of a of her being hit by you evidence sir when she has a bruise then you tell me I hit her I that he didn't physically harm the victim patrolman Covington tried to search Tristan but he became upset and started to tense up stop so we're going to search you you need to calm down no man you can Griffith an employee of Speedway and she told him that she knew Tristan and that he was banned from the location and asked to leave he left and the victim stayed behind and she was able to describe what she was wearing in and that she had no injuries at that time you still from here all I have to do is tell them where you live and they can figure out which one you are in the house right and I did it anyway okay so you said that they were uh still here when you left yeah when I left here in the morning she was still here she was up burritos in the microwave Tristan was booked in charge with
