2022 officers responded to a call about a domestic in progress between two boyfriends apparently they cheated on each other and threw hands and well it's complicated you'll see what I mean how's it going but he's being domestic but he already don't try to put his hand on me and stuff like that so I called y'all just get him out of there cuz that's my house so is he on the lease no okay has he ever lived with you um he lived with me quite some time but I've been paying all the bills okay how is he still live here no okay so how long ago was it that he that he lived here with you four months four months ago okay uh so he's been living somewhere else huh yeah he was living somewhere else okay um but he's here he's refusing to leave yeah he he he put his hands on me and I was trying to get off U well when I came in um I accused him of cheating cuz I was at work and I said we're going to talk about when we get off and pretty much I'm leaving you so once I told himad wait wait wait so y'all were in a relationship up until today yeah okay so he's now your ex-boyfriend but up to this point you were together yeah and once I got home I'm laying in the bed and he's saying like you're not talking to me so he sit down on me and I'm trying to get up meanwhile he's holding down is this from him yeah is this from him yeah okay do you have your driver's license with you if it's inside just stay out here for now hey okay hey just stay out here for now and talk to me this in your car okay okay so tell me from the beginning you were home already or he was home he was home already he was home already okay so he's not living here for 4 months but he has a key to get in no he doesn't so how do you get in um he's staying here while I go to work and okay so so which is it is he staying here with you or is he not I'm confused oh not anymore that's today okay so so let's back up a little minute you told me he was not staying here for 4 months yeah he was staying here for four work or vice versa or yeah I was telling him like we're going to have to have a talk like when we get home okay so what's the good pH number for you are there any weapons in the house I know nothing okay uh go ahead sorry yeah but I I went to the bed and he proceeded to come in there I wasn't talking I wasn't responding I was on my phone he then takes my phone from me I had to go to the car run to the car and get my second phone in my car and he was just you know trying to hold me down and stuff like that so I'm getting off him meanwhile he just slinging me around he broke my bed and stuff like that I don't know what he end up doing now but he was saying like um just open the phone and stuff like that I said I don't have to let you open my phone because I changed the password on purpose cuz I know you going to take my phone and not let me try to get it and call for help or something like that he's up there calling his mom now and basically talking about come get him and he got charges and stuff like that but I I told him does he have warrants out or something I don't know what he got what's his name uh mother J has been living here for 4 months okay as of today he doesn't want them living here they've been a relationship he's got I scratches from today okay and he got home they been texting him uh while he was at work you found out that he was cheating onbe or something like that okay hey I need to talk to you about this kind of thing uh when we get home he came home didn't want to talk about it um this Jan came into the bathro sat on top of you yeah sat on top of it took his pH and [Music] all tting you and scratching you yeah basically once he had his hand on my neck like just trying to hold me down I think plate on the side over here I see right there maybe a little bruising I can't tell can you turn your head that way a little bit so maybe a little bit of red that's hard to tell it's hard to tell yeah do you feel any soreness no not right now not hard to swallow not hard anything like that okay yeah I see scratches here scratch here mark under your eye anywhere else for H righto is he still here yeah he's up there I I gave him a chance I said get your get your stuff and call your your parents to come get you he didn't want to do that and he proceeded I said I was going to call you guys and he was Ned up okay and what point did you actually get to leave uh I had to run out the house okay like he he had me up in the locked me up in the bathroom I mean in the bedroom and once I got out the the door I had to run out the house he followed me out here but when I was on phone with the operator he went back in the house to proceed to pack his St okay okay okay um so you had to escape basically huh you had to escape the house yeah basically I had to run out and he was following me out here and then I had to go right back up there to get in my car to get my phone okay all righty which apartment yours all right you're not leaving right oh no okay hey how's it going what's going on today um today I found my boyfriend cheating so I'm leaving okay well here sit here and talk to us for a second like like what's going on last night I'm not really sure you guys know what um grinder is yeah yeah yeah last night I found him basically going through that and on Snapchat talking to other guys we've been together since January as you can see I've moved all my stuff in this house from Loganville I don't stay in Athens I'm not from Athens so really and truly I'm like really super done just now he tried to fight with me to because I'm packing my things up I really am ready to go at this okay well tell me about the fight what happened when we were in the room I went to go get my things as I've been trying to pack myself earlier um when I went in there he was trying to basically tell me about how we need to stick it through and all this other stuff and I'm like I don't want to do that anymore because we've kind of done this a few times now it's probably work time now that something is going on I'm 23 and I'm only getting older and I'm still with people who are just playing you get what I'm saying and so and overall like when I was trying to walk out of the room it started getting me with a whole bunch of stuff candles this phone all for the things and throwing them at me when he started throwing them at me I basically pushed him off of me held him down and he kept hitting me when he kept hitting me basically I went to the closet I went to the closet to get some of my clothes he pushed me down on the bed and was like like on top of me and hitting me with his phone and I was trying to kick him off me when I was kicking my legs I ended up like this was higher so i k it I fell down because he got like I want to touch you but he kind of he could stand right here he kind of like pushed me back when I pushed back fell on the bed yeah he was like like trying to like hold bear hug me or stuff and I was like he's small so I was trying to push him off of me but he wasn't getting off so I started to like kick my legs when I kicked my legs this ended up kicking off and then he was like trying to like tell me oh stay stay stay so then I took his phone cuz he was hitting me with it and he was like give me my phone give me my phone give me my phone and I was like I'm not giving you your phone cuz you keep hitting me with me and then after a while he was like he got up and I just started going back to packing my stuff up he ran out of the door and I'm like I need my stuff in your car too you have stuff of my in your car so can I get all of my stuff and so I didn't know if he was like trying to keep me from getting my things I didn't know if he wanted to keep me in the relationship I don't know but I'm ready to go it yeah so he was hitting you in the face with the phone he was hitting me in the back back my head back of the head yeah so with the phone and he thre this at me okay do you have any marks on you like bumps where hit you in back of the head I don't feel any I just it kind of hurts a little bit but he was hitting like he had his phone just cuning me yeah that's good yeah so he was just like cuning me in the back of my head with his phone and then he like I was saying he was standing over here I was standing over there he hit me in the back of my head my bin that gray one was just right there I was throwing stuff in it from behind the TV you do that candle okay do you have your ID on you have to look for it so were you when y'all were struggling I mean were you fighting back were you hitting him back were you was like I said I was pushing him back so he was like he he was he was on top of me and I was like hitting him so I I mean it wasn't like I didn't get full blows in but I was like like I said pushing him stuff like that trying to get him off of me he wasn't getting off of me he kept hit me with his phone on top of me so that's when I find so if he if he was hitting with your phone on top of you how was he hitting in the back of the head with it he had me right here I was trying to get him off of me he was hitting me right here okay so from the see what's the on the neck back like I said I mean I've been packing my stuff since he's been outside so I don't know haven't really looked why did anything happen here is this from a previous thing know if I don't I don't know if it's supposed to be like a cute toxic thing I don't know but it's it's I'm really done at this point can you hold your hands out for me were you doing any kind of close still States like I said that was him stating saying what he said to me okay I like I said I spoke to him so he was trying to tell me that because grinder was on my phone that I was cheating on him and so overall I basically said I'm not going to have this argument with you period because the reason I downloaded it was because I had found him with like Tinder and stuff on his phone and I wanted to see if he was like had those same accounts on different things so when I downloaded grinder it was to see basically what like he had going on when I went and saw that I went in his Snapchat and there were like multiple different messages with guys that were deleted so I was like I'm done putting up with different situ of like okay we're not doing this but okay so you're saying you had a conversation before this about him being on grinder so the thing is no I when I saw it I saw it when I went on his grinder profile it had like the way it will pop up grinder will pop up like an account but it won't bring up it won't bring up the account if like let's say you just deleted it like it'll say that an account was like open within the last 24 hours so you can't open a new one under that email that's what happened so I'm like I'm not dumb if you just had an account open 24 hours ago and we're in like a relationship obviously we were doing something so then when I went on Snapchat and I saw more stuffff I was like I'm finished with it I we then we had text last night when we had sex we were done I went to sleep I woke up I guess to those messages when I woke up to those messages I was like I'm not even arguing with you because every time that it happens to be like a situation where I like see something or I notice something it's always is like he kind of jumps in front of me and so when I got back when he got here I was like and he saw me packing my stuff he was like trying to talk to me and I was like I don't want to talk I don't want to talk about anything and then that's when he started to like try to hold me back try to kiss on me try to talk to me I was like I don't want to talk to me I'm good did you find your ID no know about I say you the door and then he tooks my phone and threw it like down the hallway so I can't call nobody his phone is off so then so he took your phone and threw it out of the bedroom yeah out the hallway where where you were at yeah so you were in the hallway with your phone where you could have gotten to it no he we was in the room I was on you were still in the room with yeah so what happened about being in the hallway then he throws the phone in the hallway okay and then closes the door behind it yeah so you're still in the room with him yeah he locks the door okay go ahead and now I can't call nobody I have to um so he goes over here about the dresser where the corner at and then I'm tossed over the bed and then I run out the door how did you run out the door you have to what you how' you get out the door you're fine I basically had to unlock the door and you know just bus running out there okay so then I run out the door I come to the car cuz I have my phone right my second phone wouldn't let him get his stuff where the dispatch was talking the door was wide open the car was wide open I'm over here I'm I said get your stuff he saying no because you go or call the police I said yes I'm call the police you put your hands on like you're you're provoking me and I said I I'm not doing the Rong I'm not doing no vience I'm just trying to you know deescalate the situation and get you out of my house okay did you did you ever strike him in defense or otherwise I swear to God did you throw anything at him no um so you just kind of laid there and let him hit you I'm I'm getting I a little break or something but I had ran I was quick with it so so where did we get from so initially what you told me is that You' been texting at work you found out at some point that he had been on grinder tender whatever kind of thing he thought he was cheating on you you text in hey we're going to talk about this when I get home when you got home you decided you didn't want to talk about it and he no I went straight to the the bedroom I laid down and then when he come hold on one second and he basically no ma'am he basically saying like you're not going nowhere you're not you're not responded to a domestic violence call this gentleman his former boyfriend now boyfriend they've been living together for four months stated that they needed he to come out that he had been hitting on him whatever we come out start speaking with him he's got ru's eyes scratched on his face marks on his body obvious signs of some kind of we want to talk away from them we can that's that's fine obvious signs of some kind of struggle that went on um so he's telling us one side we go upstairs talk to your son he tells us another side um not seeing anything in relation to the struggle on him MH uh because they have been living together because they are in a relationship and because we can't see marks on this gentleman one we suspect to be Pride the predominant aggressor uh so that is why he is the one that's arrested today for battery because we can see see the marks on the other gentleman um the stories are dissimilar they're they're they're all going to be on the report as far as both sides of it so what happens now how do I get them out I mean is there a bail with that yes so there can be a bail for that um it is a domestic battery Family Violence domestic battery uh is that domestic violence domestic violence yes I'm sorry so that's going to be on his record as domestic violence if he gets convicted of it yes so this is all preliminary to actual trial and this is just we have probable calls to believe he's predominant aggressor we can see marks we can say there was an argument and a fight goes on this is a gentleman that has the marks on him your son was involved in that based on both stories based on all the evidence we think that he was a prominant aggressor not to say that there was not equal aggression on one side of the other not to say that this other young man didn't do something to him but we from what we can tell so where now right now the other officer has taking him to County Jail where he'll be booked in um so that's aens CL County Jail on Lexington Road is that far from here uh you're not familiar with aens no from Loganville I understand um we are my husband and my my other son is on their way okay from Loganville so I'm just going to told both of these gentlemen have said they've been living here together since January so I don't know about anything things I don't know if there was things that he just didn't bring over that you he throws my phone out the the the hallway so I can't call you and or the police so then he locks the door he goes on the other side of the bed by the dresser and the square over there and then I had to run out the house ain't have no shoes no nothing on I had to get my other phone and call um the police I said I gave him plenty of warnings I said I can call your mom or I can call the police he didn't want me to call nobody so I come comes out here to the car I ran out here and called the police and I'm so sorry to all this happen I'm just going to get his stuff all right good can I get your we were sitting in the car talking just about random stuff she was talking about her all that so what stuff um about his music and stuff like that and she just up and said if I have any problem I just call um her okay I mean context can help so so what was the context of conversation that you that she felt she could say hey if you what was you know was like if you have any issues with me if there was any issues just in your relationship there just any issues cuz hey you know I'm a mom and I want to be there for you the same way I'm there for my son no no she um she was saying like um she said if you um ever put I mean decide to put hands on my son um give me a but I didn't put my hands on your so so I put your hands on me so I was going to call her to you know okay so that that's a little different conversation it sounds like so what was the context of the conversation where she was was she giving a warning I don't know we were just talking about random St about his music we jump from music to acting and all that and then that's when that came up so okay yeah I don't know if did you feel like it was a warning did you feel like it was a I mean a little bit but you know was it a warning in the sense of you have to deal with me kind of Mama Bear kind of warning or is it warning like um I I guess like she can deescalate any situation with him I guess if you feel like you never need to yeah be in a situation where there's going to be violence with my my son just give me a call and I can mediate or something like that is that what you took it as felt like that's the context Hey you can't be within 100t of this person or you can't live in the same residence I would tell your son if it were you talking to him come stay with us or just that's where he's going okay so I'm just wondering that's why I'm trying to get everything out of here so there's no need to have that communication yeah so that that would be the best thing I have to knock him in his head telling me about a conversation I guess you and he had had not too long ago and and he mentioned a little bit about what was going you have any what what was that conversation what was that implying uh how far understand mindset because the barrier just give me a call and I'll explain it to you because eyes like myself this may mean one thing if if I say to you okay I'm done we don't have any to come toate same thing and I asked him to explain it and explain it in the same way that you're explaining it to me yeah because I think that young people all need somebody that they can speak to even older people yeah so you know just because I'm mom don't mean that you can't reach out right if it was a f l that said the same thing yeah yeah yeah that that's what I was trying to get at as far as what that what he told me was said and what it was actually meant in the context and so that that makes sense yeah you know I don't know his mom yeah I also said I don't know if your mom talks for both of you yeah they said yes I said great so if you ever need to talk come yeah you guys come over for dinner CU you can eat my food you can come and talk yeah is there much more to to get out or you know
