Days later, officers realized Savannah was never officially arrested due to her hospital admission. On April 3rd, they returned to her apartment where she answers the door calmly. She says she doesn't remember the incident. She's arrested without resistance. Savannah is charged with aggravated battery and aggravated battery to a peace officer.
