1 No. 2 3 4 On August 23rd, 2023, a caller witnessed a vehicle allegedly unable to maintain its lane and also run a red light. At the same time that the call came in, an officer observed the blue Ford Fusion and began to follow it. And this is what he saw. Hey, good morning. The suspect was booked for DUI, improper or erratic lane change, no insurance, and operating a vehicle without a valid tag. On June 12th, 2024, the charges for DUI, improper lane change, and operating without a valid tag all resulted in guilty pleas. The no insurance charge was dismissed. Her bond was set to $650. The court sentenced the suspect to 12 months of probation, 40 hours of community service, and ordered fines totaling $1,294.
