We're going to stand up, man. Hey, stand up. Hey, bud. You're okay. You are okay. But I need you to stand up. Kill me. You're not going to kill you. We have EMS downstairs. He's probably going to need to go to the hospital just for like his mental health aspect. Do you know if you can contact any family members to see if he has like I know his mom he doesn't have any mental illness like So what happened tonight? Like how did those all start? Come on. I'm protecting your head from the dagam corner. Come on. Stand up. I was in here sleep. I don't know what he was doing. I was supposed to sleep. Mother's Day and stuff. We're not here to do that. It's supposed to really be a mile. Stop pushing. And I was really trying to convince him to go back to Mile Street because she just got out of jail. What's on Mile Street? Don't kill me, please. We're not killing you, man. We're not here to do that. Hey, stop pushing off stuff, man. If he wants to sit in the field position, that's fine. Oh, cute. Um, some kind of He just got out of jail. He was mandated to a 45day facility at Mile Street. So, I'm trying to tell you what to take. Um, I don't know where he's on right now. Got where he was on originally was. We're not going to kill you. Calm down. Hey, stop going under stuff now. You ready to stand up? No. No. Why not? We're not going to. But I haven't seen any. The reason I asked is because sometimes drugs can induce you to be into a mental state like this. So it could if he has no history of alcohol, this could be just drugs. Yeah, it's probably that's what I think it is cuz I don't You think he's taking any tonight? I don't know if he's taking any tonight, man. Like I said, me and the kids asleep. Why not? Okay. You know, I mean, was he asleep too or he just he wasn't asleep? You ready to stand up? No. Why not? Y. No, he wasn't he wasn't asleep. He wasn't asleep. He was thinking he was talking to me. And I was like and I just remember telling him, "Oh my god, you know, get you some rest." And like I said, you scared. I know. I know. Cuz he was watch. We're going to put We're going to move the furniture so you don't get hit by it. All right, bud. All right. Please don't hit your head on that, man. He was freaking out so bad and I was trying to calm him down. It's okay. All right. Cool. We obviously didn't want it to go this route. I don't know whose baby may need to be stretch stretcher. Yours. Come on, sir. Please. Come on. What you need, man? Let's walk. I'm not going to hurt you, but come on. You're scaring the kids. You want You want to keep scaring the kids? Did he throw up? Don't kill me. I don't know. In the tub, man. Do you want to keep scaring the kids? That's what you're doing. I mean, I'm about to be I don't know. We need you to walk. Can you do that? We're not trying to kill me. We're not. We need you to go outside. This could be drug induced. She said he just he's supposed to be in rehab for fit. We're going to have to do breathing heavy. What's going on? You're okay. We're going to have to use the force. I was punching him several times in the face cuz he grabbed my gun cuz we were trying to trying to get him out of the door and he just went hands on and grabbed both hands on so my gun was yanking at him and so obviously he just forced then and then it's been like this since he they got him on his stomach but he just resisting arrest. I think it's she said he doesn't have any history at all for 1096 so I think it's just Hey. Sir, what? Don't kill me. Look at this. You see this? You see this? Hey, Raina. Don't kill me. Ain't nothing in our hands. Come on. Are you supposed to be on Mile Street, man? Yeah. Yeah, man. Sir, please. Hey, can I get you back to Mile Street? Trying to kill me. Hey, can I take you back Mile Street? Trying to kill me. Please. I ain't did nothing. Hey, please. Can we help you, man? Y trying to kill me for no reason. We are not trying to do that. Come on. What is y'all doing? We're trying to take you outside so we can get you some help. No. Come on, man. Nothing. Come on, mama. Please, sir. Come on. Let's go. Stand up. Please, sir. Let's go. Come on. Let's go. Let's roll, Jack. Stop trying to kill me. Let's go. What yall doing? We're not. Come on, man. Let's go. Hey, baby. Come on. Come on. You was okay. You got to stand up. You got to stand up, man. Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. Stand. Okay. There you go. Look. We're not We're not Stop, man. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Whatever the hell you grab. Stop. Stop. Stop. [Music] Stop. I'm going to talk to her for a second. Stop. You're not going to kill me. Stop. Man, calm down. Calm down. Sir, what? Um, cuz we could only hear the caller could only hear you talking to him. Yeah. What was he doing with the kids? Cuz we heard, she heard on the phone that you said something about burn the baby. He was jumping around, right? And I had managed to get the baby. Okay. And he jumped on top of me and the baby. I did nothing. Come on. Let's go. Come on. Let's go. Please. He wasn't letting him go. Okay. And see, I told him I was going to call the police and he actually dialed 911 cuz he snatched the phone. He's so scared. He's like he's think he's freaking out like m we went to school together elementary. We have been dealing with each other since we were teenagers. Okay. You know and like I said he was supposed to be in Mile Street and I was just really trying to convince him to go back. I didn't want him to run. Mhm. He came to my house Thursday. No, you're okay. Me, please, sir. Please, sir. Sir, calm down. Just calm down. Take a deep breath. Okay, sir. Please. We're not going to hurt you. We're not turning, sir. We're not. Please. We're not. What' he go to jail for? He was He's on probation. He went um I forgot the initial initial charge. I think it's like um theft and credit card something but like the recent was just was it probation violation? Yeah. Okay. That's all. Um he was supposed to go to the he's been in jail for 45 days already. He got I mean no 5 months actually. He was supposed to go to my street 45 days. He came to my house Thursday and he was like he wasn't happy with they told him something differently in jail than what actually happened. Okay. Trying to hurt you. Trying to get you some help. Okay. Get you some help, man. Hope my dad didn't go on that cell. Okay. Why? Cuz we're going downstairs. Go downstairs. Please don't kill me. Yes, sir. I did nothing. Sir, please. Please, sir. What you took, man? Nothing. You sure? Oh, hey, we're going down. Yeah, there might be a room. Come on. Hey, man. We're getting in the elevator. Come on. Yeah. Yeah. Just y'all come out and come out and go down the stairs. what needed. So, he wasn't happy with that. So, he was like I was like, "Well, you just need to go back. You know, if that's what your mandated to do, it's no need to be running. You know, you already been running. You need to go. You you you're trying to get the running out the way." When before he got out of jail, how long was he in jail? Um 5 months. He He got for 29th. Okay. So, this is his first time really being out. Yes. Okay. So, obviously I'm not a doctor, so I can't say this is exactly what's going on, right? But my theory is if he used any type of drug tonight since he's been locked up for 5 months being clean because you can't use them out. Well, there's a lot of bad batches going around right now. They're they're laced with all these other different stuff and it's really messing people up. Um I'm glad he I doubt 911 he snatched it. I'm so glad he accidentally called cuz yeah, I was scared. I was scared. I like I told him we're your family. You're going to hurt us cuz you're so scared. Well, unfortunately, drugs when people start using them, I have family members that, you know, do, so I can say this firsthand, they don't they're not themselves. No, he's not at all. He's not his. So, me probably going to need a stretcher. Probably going to need a stretcher. We're taking Oh, y'all can stare. You can get the next one down if you want. You want to get in the corner? You going to take the corner? Okay. Grab my gun now. Please don't kill me. Calm down. You're good. in for. Sir, you fine. I want to kill me. We're not. Sir, please. We've told you 50 times. That's not what we're doing. Please. We're in for We're not. Please. Are you okay? Are you hurting anywhere? I'm not okay. You're not hurt anywhere? Where are you hurting at? I don't want to die. You're not? Please. We're going to make sure you don't, bud. Please. Come on. Let's go. Okay. Well, we're going to make him go to the hospital. I want to clean this up. Okay. Okay, cuz this is all cigarette, but we ain't even supposed to be smoking in your bail. I'm not going to go back and tell them. I don't care about that. What? Um, yeah, I have your name, I think. But let me just make sure I have it. Let's go. Excuse us. Let's go. Come on. Let's go. You're good. We're not doing that, sir. Let's go, sir. Let's go, man. Sir, please. We're going to the ambulance. Sir, let's go. Sir, don't kill me. Sir, please. Please, sir. Sir, please. We're not going to kill. We're gonna get you some help, sir. Please to the ambulance. Don't kill me. Where the ambulance? There's the ambulance. It's over there. Let's go, man. Do this, man. It's the ambulance, not our ambulance. We're going to the ambulance, not our cars. Okay. Please, sir. Come on. You got my arm burn, sir. I don't worked out. Sir, don't kill me. We don't want to kill you, sir. We're not. We're not. We're not. Look at the ambulance. See? EMS. You're safe. You're okay. You're okay. You're okay. You're okay. I'm okay. You're okay. I'm down. We will not be able to restrain him nor give him any drugs. Yeah, we're a BLS unit. Yeah, we have we're we don't have any drugs to give him. And see, I I don't talk to this what lawyer. His lawyer actually text me and told me that he had escaped. So, I was anticipating him coming cuz she was like, he left the program and she said she couldn't be. He was out the program and he ran away from the program. He left the program. he had made it to the place. What he was explaining to me was whatever they told him when he was getting out, they it things changed when he actually got there. Like they didn't have they told him like you're going to go here for 45 days and then we're going to send you to another program. They're trying to get him off the drugs, right? And that's why I wanted him to go back. Yeah. But like I said, I haven't seen him buy any drugs or anything. Okay. But he just start he he has to be high cuz why you freaking out? I sleep. you you're like your child was sleep, you know, like this terrified and I'm it's a lot's been just happened. So, my mind's all over the place a little bit. So, you guys were asleep. The baby was in the bed. I woke up my son cuz I his talent see my baby was on his tablet. My son Riley, he was over there on the pull out sofa. And um he was just like, "Baby, let me lay with you or whatever." And I was like, "Where did he was he in the room?" Um last time they left the room, him and my son walked to the store. Okay. But they came right back. Okay. So he had all of you were in the room though and they were sleeping or trying to Well, he was on the table. He was asleep. Okay. And then you was about to you were asleep or you about to go to sleep. I was asleep and he actually like woke me up like on delay with me. So I was like okay just lay down you know and then I I don't know. He just started freaking out like what were you saying? He was just like what's going on? Why you acting like you don't want to hug me? Then he get to talking about why you trying to hurt me? Why you trying? I'm like baby I'm not trying to hurt you. So the first thing he do when he gets scared, he grabs the baby. And I'm like, put him down. You know what I'm saying? Put him down. What's the baby's name? Rale. What do you advise? Put a big bar. Take him to the hospital. That's We can't give him anything at all. We're y'all literally have to be holding him down. We're crew. Come on, man. Are you okay, sir? Come on, man. Stop grabbing my stuff. Nothing, sir. Sir, please relax. Down. Relax, man. or nothing. Okay. You're okay. You're okay. You're okay. Everything's okay. Hey. Hey. What's your name? See if I can. What's your name? Hey, ambulance. Talk to them. I'm a medic. What's your name? Kill me. What's your name? They're not going to kill you. I got you. What's your name? What's your name? How y'all going to kill me in my head? Nobody's going to kill you. What's your name? You got to calm down. Calm down. They're not going to They're not going to hurt you. What's your name? Keep an eye on his hands. Hey. Hey. Okay. So you guys are in bed. He wants to lay down and then he starts making comments of why don't you want to hug me? Why aren't you trying to touch me? And then what are you doing? Why are you trying to hurt me? Yeah, I guess being suspicious. Yeah. And then he start grabbing like what's going on? He's freaking out. He went over there and woke Riley was sleep. He went over there and woke Riley up like really somebody under the bed. And I'm like calm down. You know what I'm saying? But I'm getting angry at the same time cuz I'm like you just in jail. You just left Mile Street. They just tried to help you and you come back out and this is what you do. That's why I was trying to convince him to go back before it got to this point because this Well, you have every you have every right to you have every right to be concerned for him, but you also have every right as a mom to be pissed off because this with the kids is not okay. Yeah. You heard this. You and I told him you get so scared because I've been dealing with Randy for a long time and like I said, they were trying to help him with drug use. So, this is not my first go around with something. This is first it got this severe where I've actually had to dial 911. Yeah. But when we're at home, I guess he feels a little more safe so I can like calm him down or either he'll just leave and go to his mother's house somewhere. Where she live at? Do you want to go in the ambulance to the hospital? Yeah, I want him to die. No, nobody wants you to die. We're EMS. We're here to help you. What's your name? Why y'all doing me like this? What's your name? Not going to calm down, buddy. What's your name? Calm down. What's your name? If you calm down this Randy, is that right? Randy, listen. If you calm down and behave, we'll put you in this ambulance. Otherwise, you going in a cop car. Okay, so calm down. Calm down. Calm down. Can you tell us what's going on? We're paramedics. Can you tell us what's going on or not? I don't know what's going on. You don't know what's going on? Do you have any medical problems? I don't know what's going on. Okay. Do you have any medical problems? What you schizophrenic, bipolar, anything? But he's been in jail for 5 months. 5 months. He got locked on December 29th of last year. And then Thursday, he got to your house. Yes. Okay. And see, me and his mom been going to court for him trying to make sure he gets help cuz that was the biggest concern with the drug use cuz his mo he had a warrant and his he was he was in the car with his mom cuz it got so bad where I was like, "Okay, you got to leave my house. You can't stay here because I I no longer feel safe with you. I'm not going to let you jeopardize the safety of my children. I don't care if they are yours, too. Yeah. You're You're not thinking like a parent, so I have to do that. Yeah. So, he was with his mom and his mom called me and she told me, "Um, Brandon's going to jail." I had to drop him out with the police. He was being he was freaking out like that, but not, you know, he just was, she just said he was acting like he was trying to hurt him. I don't know why. He may have a a like schizophrenia. That's what I'm saying. Cuz a lot of times when you do so do drugs that often, it can like re rewire your brain. Yeah. Rewire it to where now you have psychosis and he may need to be it could be one that it goes away as soon as he stops using drugs or it may be one where he needs to be on medication because if he's hallucinating, seeing things, being super paranoid and all that, then that's those are the key telltales for schizophrenia. And it's scary because you you you schizophrenia, you'll do anything. And not well. So schizophrenia also comes it develops in men in their like early 30s late 20s which roughly is his age. So sometimes it won't show until that age. So he this he could just now be developing it but the drug usage probably is what brought it on. Yeah. He didn't tell no I so and when all this going on did it ever get physical between you and him? Just stand up on your feet. Stand up straight. Just stand up. Stand up. Stand up so we can talk to you. What's going on? We don't know here to ask you, but ask me. We're not trying to cut your hand off. Is your hand hurting from my hand? There you go. Stand up, please. There you go. Stand up. Relax. Relax. Put your feet down. Nobody's trying to hurt you. Stand up. Back your feet up. You're going to fall down. Stand up. You're You're not stand your feet off. You're standing on them. Why? No. Not like not like him trying to fight me. More of me trying to fight him and get my baby. I'm not going to ride crunch. Get my baby. I just punched him. So, I mean, he grabbed my gun. So, I They scared me. So, I'm like, "Let the gun go." That's why I told get off your ride. I have to roll over there. And I mean, I'm not funny. I'm scared. I my my everything I got to smoke a cigarette. But you're right. It's It's not funny, but sometimes making light of a situation is the only way to only way to kind of gather it in. So, but I just want to make sure that he didn't hit you guys. No, he didn't hit us. He hurt the children anyway. Well, he didn't hurt you, did he? He he dialed 911 and I seen the phone though. So, I'm talking and that's what made him super scared. He heard me talking. So, he think he's already thinking I'm trying to hurt him. So, now you see me talking. I'm like, "No, you're on the phone with 911." I'm trying to tell him, "Look at the phone." You know, cuz I'm like, "Maybe you'll calm down now." But either way, go to police on that way. Yeah. Cuz I'm trying to convince you I already go back to where you're supposed to be. Mhm. I can't convince you. They're going to make you. Yeah. So, I'm like, "You're on the phone. Look at the phone." He won't look at the phone. Then I managed to get my baby. All I know was Ra was trying he tried to grab the baby from me and R was like, "No." And Ry was holding him from the back and he jumped over and jumped over there. But long story short, his knee was like on my baby head, I think. And I'm like, "No." Pushed him off. We have EMS. Do you want the baby to get checked out? Sure. Yeah. I mean, I don't know. He don't have any knots or bruises or anything. He just scared. I'm just going to look at your head. Okay. Is this What is all that red stuff? I think it's candy cuz they weren't eating candy or um juice. Native. You okay? You okay? Me? You okay? He don't need My baby can talk. He don't even want to talk. Can you look at the light? Yeah. Yeah, I think he might be okay. Want to see it for a second? You like it? You got to give it back. Okay. Sounds like both. Give it back, baby. Thank you for being brave. Say you're welcome. You're welcome. Sorry this happened to you. It's scary. I know. But say thank you. It can only get better from here, right? Yes. Can high five. Thank you. Okay. You okay, Riley? Okay. Stand up. Yeah, we're wasting energy. We might get them in one y'all's vehicles. All right, we're going to go to our car now. Come on. We're not cut. We're getting you to the car so you can sit down. Yeah, we can't fight this all. I I got him. I got him. I got him. I got him. Hey, give us about a month and we'll be able to drug him for you. Is not helping him. Yeah. I don't know if he was using in jail or what. It's not helping. He needs to be mandated somewhere. He needs to be fit. Not somewhere he can leave freely. Right. He needs to be somewhere in a facility forced to be clean, forced to make better decisions, forced to build better habits. I'm trying to help you, but I can't let you hurt our kids. Yeah. I can't do this. And that's what I was tell and that might have been another thing cuz I was telling him like, you've been locked up for 5 months and we haven't went through anything like this. We're not used to this anymore. I'm not going to keep let my kids go through this. Yeah. Now, I came here to spend time with you and also to convince you to go back to my street today. Yesterday was Mother's Day. You know what I'm saying? I'm trying to convince you to do what you're supposed to do and you're acting crazy. You know, you keep and you can't keep sitting here doing what you're doing. You need help. Yeah. So, if you for some reason lose that, you can call in and give him your name. I'll put it under your name. It also be under his name. Okay. Um so, you can do either one. Okay. No need. Um and then I'm going to He's there. He's at the hospital now. Good. Um, I'm going to go there and see if I can figure something out. Give them a little bit info what you're telling me. That way they know how to properly treat them. Okay. Um, but if you have any questions, call us. Okay. Okay. Thank you. Yes, ma'am. Y'all have a better night. Okay. You, too. Thank you. I'm so sorry. It's okay. That's what we're here for. Do you know how long he was throwing up? There's throw up all in the bathtub. I assuming it was him. He probably just threw up once. It probably was him cuz I But now one of the kids were sick. He probably threw up one time. Okay. Cuz if he hasn't used in a while, and he recently did, he might have grown up. Yeah. All right, hun. See you. Thank you. Please. Please, sir. Please. All right. Have a seat, though. Okay. Lay down. You sit down. Lay down, man. Sir, sit down. Just lay down, sir. Please. There you go. Put your feet first. Go ahead. There you go. That's fine. There you go. There you go. Come on. There you go. You're good. Sir, don't kill me. Come on, buddy. Give me your other foot. Hey, give me your other foot. Give me your other foot. I got you. You're good. No. Yeah. There you go. No. Come on. No. Come on. Come on. No. You're good. No. Damn. Leather's grippy. No. Hey, bud. No. Sit in the car, man. No. Sit up. No. There you go. No. We're going to close the doors. No. You good? Please, sir. All right. Perfect. No. The suspect was booked for attempt to remove weapon from public official obstruction of Leo, simple battery, and unlawful conduct during a 911 call.
