front door the caller said that it was his neighbor Juan fra and after the incident Juan got into the front seat of a black Nissan Rogue the officers arrived on the scene and found Juan in his car where I can't see you doing did you call us no ibody Were You Bing on the on the door or something or yeah I'm trying to into my house so what's the issue who's calling for us well I went to my neighbor's house cuz you know my wife is not open the door okay we got a call that someone was banging on a door Benny she she could you don't have to use Keys get in right here is it not working as the officers first arrived on the scene they could clearly see as Juan got out of the car that he was intoxicated his eyes were bloodshot and watery and he had a strong odor of alcohol emanating from him he also used the car to keep himself up in slurring his words Juan was confused about why the officers were there and that he only wanted to get into his house hey hi what's going on not much why could not answer why he asked his neighbor about his own wife maybe because everybody's up in everybody's business Juan quickly became agitated with the officers I wasn't going anywhere I was trying walking her dog but after aggressively pointing at officer Lo they had enough and placed him in cuffs as he was escorted to the cemp Po's Patrol vehicle he kicked and screamed and dropped to the ground Juan scraped his leg as his wife Fanny yelled that he should stop resisting the officers I'm sorry you feel that way okay remember that I'm gonna follow complain I heard you this is to to leave he's a resident here he lives here so um I don't know what that you know you were talking about an agreement I guess you had with uh but but the I guess your your program you're in um there really nothing we can we can of force um so we can't force him to leave so I'm just here just because he's he's on his way back now with another officer okay um like he said he he seems like he's he's Cal now well he's he was the night he was drinking but we could talk we could smell on him and he he was extremely intoxicated so um but I don't know that if you want to reach out someone involving with the program and um well yeah I mean yesterday um when he started drinking I did let them know at Garden State that you know he started drinking and stuff and you know that's what they ultimately dropped off at home however on the 19th of June 2023 Juan frer Castro arrived at the jail again to be fingerprinted for court purposes to determine his eligibility to get a conditional discharge not to mistreat
