in the car on the 21st of October 2023 patrolman low was patrolling in North Royalton Ohio when he spotted a silver sedan going 45 mph in a 35 mph Zone he followed the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop officer low spoke with the driver Trisha Margaret Anthony and she was quite upset about being pulled over [Music] recording hello how you doing this morning good how are you not too bad reason I stopped you is I clocked you at 45 M hour going south on York is there any reason for this speed this morning I was not going 45 okay well uh this isn't something I'm going to contest with you're on medium-sized paper bag that was a quarter of the way full of unopened liquor bottles he also found a few more mini liquor bottles in a plastic bag in the front seat and an empty can of Twisted Tea in the center console someone was ready to party [Applause] [Applause] [Music] fing nasty you can have your stuff back thank you yeah you want to have a seat in the car where it's warmer uh to be honest it makes me anxious no that's fine you don't have to it's just a suggestion I I [Music] appr as officer low was clearing up the scene Trisha was escorted to the North Royalton jail and booked for her charges you got your wallet and your phone is there anything else going vehicle show me your spitting gun you literally going against my rights are you serious what did you pull me over for I did not pull you over what yes you did you yes you did no my partner pulled you over I did not pull you over pull me over officer low I am not officer low what did he pull me over for he said speeding he told you like four times gun we don't use radar guns then how did he know radar inside of our Cruisers Pro we don't have to he yes he does no he does not who told yes he does who told you that it's a part death my minut what are you arresting me for obstructing really yep we not getting out the car for getting pulled over for speeding yes you have to that's against theing law no it's not I do not have to get out of my car for speeding uh you have to get out of your vehicle for any reason that we do necessary for field sobriety test yes he didn't ask me for sobriety does not matter he can ask you to step out of the vehicle any time no it doesn't yes it does matter no if you want to continue to pretend like you know more about this job in law than I do feel free I dat cop I'm not stupid and I know my amendments it doesn't matter if I dat in a cop I know my rights dude he didn't even ask me for a soety Tex he was going to when he stepped out of the vehicle you refused to he told me to St out the car for pulling me over for skting that's against the law no it's not yes it is nope yes it is I have a right to ask that you know I have a right to ask that and you're going to say nothing I've explained this to you like 10 times just on the way to the station so I don't understand exactly you have no right to ask me to get out of the car for speeding we can ask you to get out of the vehicle for any reason that we choose over though but that's why he pulled me over so and asked him to prove it to me and he couldn't we don't have to not on the road side you do no we don't yes yes is my Amendment yes where where please show me exactly where in the US Constitution or the state constitution are the rules of law that we have to no we don't yes you do no we don't oh so you can pull does no he doesn't yes he does no he doesn't yes he does have to prove it to Trisha Anthony was asked if she'd do a chemical test to see if she was intoxicated but she refused she was cited for speeding resisting arrest obstruction and for an open container she was given a court date of the 27th of October and a bond was set at $88,500 at 10% after a long night patrolman low went back to his favorite pastime handing out stickers to the children of North Royalton
