only acted out in response to being pushed by the officer he calmly provides her with advice on how to proceed correctly next time on the streets so in those situations it it s so you were trying to kind of focus on two things at once right so you were just involved in some crazy thing and then all of a sudden you're you're talking back and forth with that other lady right and then we show up right so at that moment our priority becomes cuz we're we're kind of walking into a fog right we don't know who's who we don't know who's the bad guy or anything like that so we don't want further fights to happen so what that officer did he steps towards you he says hey stay back okay and then I step towards the other person say hey stay back so she's not coming towards me or anything but she's tripping at you right so that's probably what's distracting you but when that officer gives you a command to stay back and then you advance right so that's so he I so he pushed you back and then you advance once more okay and that's the reason you were placed under arrest okay cuz by by placing it's unlawful to to put your hands on a law enforcement officer and that it's okay for him to push me like that if he gives you if he gives you the verbal command to do so not I I think so while the phrase if it's okay or not it it is situation dependent right I didn't see exactly what happened so um that can be decided later on okay cuz there'll be a court date for this but once we get this figured out you you will be released today okay unless something else crazy comes up okay hey this could teeth foot in or you're definitely going I'm getting your your teeth put your foot in you're going to get a charge for resisting now put your you want another charge put your foot in there then you please not please I don't I don't really please I'm asking you not there's only so much patience and so many chances that police officers can offer I feel I feel like I've seen before probably I've there we got all kinds of stuff going on today I didn't expect this to take that long I know but why I don't I was expecting oh my gosh I don't even know I can't even think of the numbers I'm so cold right now I don't even know the warrant is 1,000 the obstruction is 350 okay so whatever you guys work out I don't know they they do their own thing yeah usually bobin do 10% you okay as Chloe undergos the search and processing at the station a female officer recalls her from previous incidents it's clear this isn't her first visit to the statione yeah um I've been St out of trouble I'm not getting any in trouble I just missed court I just missed court from I did year and a half ago over a year and a half ago y been doing really good good you able to find out or anything um yeah I'm working on it right now oh okay see sht all right I just woke up you want property Chloe was charged with obstruction of official business alongside her active warrant for theft number one entitled woman hurts her elderly father and thinks she'll get out of arrest on July 21st 2024 officers responded to a domestic dispute involving a pregnant woman that had escalated she could come out and talk to you she's got kind of physical you know she's but she's theone that gets physical so I don't understand that whatsoever to you hi hey hold hold on one second he you want to talk to me over here yeah to cuz I I'm seen him first hey she's on the she's on the uh thing an man you a't got any weapons or anything on you man you don't if I not all right I know make sure all right uh so man what's going on we were having a dispute man and she has known issues back in the past she deals and you know she's been warded off and she's been pretty good lately but lately um we have disputes and she gets violent you know and as a man you try to run from that you know you don't want to get mixed up with that but I went to the back she locked me out the house I was trying to go in through the back you could tell I opened the screen to go inside you know and I told her not to lock me again you know I did you know and then that's when I told her not to lock me up again and I got to her face which I did yeah and then she felt threatened which I understood you know and then I told her it's fine and then she just got violent from there you know well so by violent what do you mean well I mean like trying to push and punch you know and I try to hold her back or like with hold her back she that's her dad right there she got upset that she then call you guys but he knows the situation that's her dad you know that's her that's her dad while recounting the events to the officer the suspect's partner grows increasingly emotional showing just how distraught he is about the situation so and you all you all all stay here yeah and I don't know what happened she locked the door and then I heard a owl I open the door and then he was bleeding so I'm guessing he hit her you know she hit him or whatever okay you know has she she been violent in the past well yeah you know she has a history you know but I don't want issues I don't want to press no charges I don't want you know I did I did have to get physical with her what I mean by physical it's like pushing her towards her room and away from her dad you know I got you and it's with the kids and this is this sucks how many kids you all got together two and then on the way okay and that might be part of it you know it's also hormona and all that but yeah she Tak any medication or anything like that no but she should so tell me again why the how the the argument happened cuz it was she was upset over something and it was small like small like something small it always happens with something small it was something about cleaning or something like that you know and then we started arguing so what I decided to do is step out the house so I wouldn't argue I was standing next to the Camry then I Tred to go in she locked me from the garage she locked me everywhere so obviously I was heated I just wanted to get in my house yeah didn't want to hurt her but I was heated I got you back door I have a the ey I open the screen I just got a broom you know poked it open yeah went to the back and then I told her like why you locking don't locking again I got up to her face and and that's where it started from there so I I I'll take part of the blame ins me but I don't want to press Chargers on or anything I don't know how she feels so her mood with each question the officer uncovers more about the troubling family incident so um so when you came in when you came in the house and then I guess uh cuz you were obviously angry um you know she locked you out um what so you said you you went to her and then got in her face and then what happened after that and that's that's when she she got scared you know and then she's like back off and I was like okay you know whatever did she say she was scared well she said she was scared she said she was going to grab a knife or something which she did you know and that's when I was like she's done it before and I don't want to say I don't want to say she's grabing nice before she done it before you know she's never done it but it's always in the back of my mind okay um so at any point did you uh did you put your hands around her neck or choke her or anything like well when I had to pull her out of the room cuz she was grabbing on her dad her D has brues I had to pull her away and put her in the room so I guess I grab like from behind yeah I probably all right I don't want to grab her around the belly okay I got you I I talked to her dad MH she she's pregnant M she attacked dad broke into his room busted him here yeah she's typically the primary agresser in all their incidents so there's a history so that may be a sign 20 but I'm going to get him the bandaid turning to the suspect's Father the officer inquires about what occurred prior to their arrival so what happened well I was in my room fighting and stuff and she just rammed in my door she wanted me to that's a baby she wanted me to call 911 so that's so she broke in your she broke in your room to pretty much wanted you to call 911 yeah she said he's got my phone he was trying to call his phone to find his phone and then she go in there to grab my phone and uh um oh thank you um and that's what this is WR one with the phone I got you I never gave up the phone I got you put the phone back in my pocket she just she was mad because she said I didn't defend her yeah all right you seriously may need to stitch for that here's the situation I understand you're pregnant and those are your babies we're doing a criminal investigation this isn't an option we don't do business with the kids the children need to go back in with your father cuz you're otherwise um right it's just not an option okay you still come here come here baby come see she has to say yeah oh I'm going to shut this all right as the officer listens to the suspect's side of the story it becomes even clearer How Deeply the dispute has affected the family especially her own toddler she be back all right so what's going on got into it I don't know what got into it means like just arguing about cleaning up he said I don't have to clean up right away I said yes I do I have a lot of stuff to do I'm busy and we're B and he got upset and he left got in the car and he left and I guess he forgot his phone and he just came at me like he just came oh sorry I locked the front door and so I guess he came through the back I was in the kitchen and he just came at me and choked me up against the freak fridge the whole fridge moved and and um and I got scared and I just told him don't do that like don't do that I was scared and I was just yelling at him and screaming at him and I was pissed you know and I said don't do that again to me sorry can I step over here voice I said don't do that again to me and he was back going through the house searching for his phone and I don't I didn't have it I don't know where it is I still don't know where it is and um we walked out the door and we came back in and he did it again on the couch and choked me and told me to give it to him give me his phone and all I had to do was give him his phone and he would leave and I told her I don't know where where your phone is and if you do that again I'm going to and then um I was looking around the house for his phone too because I just wanted him to leave cuz it wasn't Sting the kids here how the suspect subtly accuses her partner and her father of being in the wrong attempting to divert the attention away from herself um how did D get the uh the cut on this I don't know there was a scuffle when I was I was ping on his room he had the door locked he was minding his business and I was telling him can I use your phone like he took my phone away and he wouldn't give it back can I use your phone box and I was hitting the door hitting the door and finally he opened it and he had his phone in his hand and I was I was telling the kids are screaming I had one baby in my hand and he wasn't he wasn't he was like looking at me strange he was looking at me strange and not responding telling the video basically like no you're not going to call the cops I'm like why like I'm scared just do it like I'm scared and he wouldn't give me his phone and I was reaching for his phone and we were pushing each other we're pushing each other back and forth me and my dad trying to get the phone and all three of us were like pushing each other trying to get the phone and yeah no why and then finally um John G my phone back and that's when I called cuz they did not think I was going to and I was like I am like what do you think this is this your this your what's your fian the father my so so when he came in the so when he came in the back what happened I don't know how he got through the back I don't know what happened after that he just ran up on me and choked me so he just ran up on you and choked you yeah okay like I knew why it was because I you know I closed the doors cuz I was upset that he left you know and I closed the doors I knew he was going to get into the house it's not locked in the back he could go through the garage whatever I was just done I was like all right whatever leave go fishing whatever but he was just wanted his phone and I did not have it the Waterworks are far from over as the suspect tries to appeal to the officer's sympathy in hopes of getting out of trouble um at any point did you lose Consciousness or anything I thought I was going to cuz I'm pregnant okay that was like when we get how right over my neck like pulling each other and and I mean I don't on my neck he choked me against two hands one hand right hand left hand I think one okay all right oh I don't want nothing B my family I just wanted it to stop and I just couldn't believe that he my dad was not calling you guys like I did not understand because I was scared was like he was ignoring me and I was like why AR you like clearly it was out of control whatever the situation was was way out of control and I want all cuz Okay um so I mean here's the thing we're getting two conflicting stories um of course yours and yours and his and then yours and your father's as well so both their stories are Imagine well that's what happened I don't know what to tell you your child was with you when you were getting the phone from your dad uhhuh unfortunately for the suspect a keen observation by the female officer discredits everything she's been claiming to the officers where's your hand are you right handed yeah so was a scratch on your pinky from what top of your front your pink oh resp austral Australian Road overd mental health issues no I used to when I was a teenag from the you don't take any you don't take any medication or diagnosed with anything no I'm just been pregnant for 3 years straight back to back to back and I knew he was that's why I always avoid be a twoth old child try to see that there's something wrong with me no I'm asking you to evaluate your mental health status right now I did not want my dad to get hurt the put him in front pregant wait what why explain to you right now I did not hurt anyone Well here here's the thing you know you know when you started banging on the door and fighting with your dad and your fighting with him I was knocking on the door asking for help okay you already told us you were pushing each other back and forth right you had your child no no that's not what you said I got pushed that's not what you said I was reaching for the phone and I got pushed off we were we were all pring each other you have a child you have a responsibility to that child you are right that's why I'm for you guys you're right you have do business like that so she's going to she's going to check to make sure you don't got any weapons or anything on you at this point the officers identify her as the primary aggressor the you have any narcotics or legal items no I do do me a favor take a picture of her neck I was toid that's all I wanted well we don't we don't do that business while we're holding our kids I don't have my own I have you understand what I'm saying I scared do you hear what I'm saying I'll get my phone cuz I got to upload but the situation isn't just hard on the suspect listen closely to her partner's reaction upon hearing that she'll be going to jail all right she's going to be going with us all right huh for domestic and what's going to go on from there uh she'll get a court date and well she'll have a first appearance then she'll get a court date today what's going to happen today uh she'll be going down to charot county jail and then she'll get released and she'll have she be released when she has first parents I don't know I don't yeah I know that's why I told her not hey you want to you want to stand up let me get some pictures of you real quick wa give me a minute okay a drive no under influence man it's not it's not your fault man you know I know we're going only do so much so if you do do the criminal get your thing with the if he wants to pursue anything because it be battery over in the put her in the car all of this put in the car right now uh you put you put just tell the story um so just pretty much the the message for for him against the we'll get a waiver for the dad yeah and then changer it for her having the child in her arms while she was engaged with the dad she had the baby while she was yeah oh hidden him yeah okay the woman was charged with battery on her fianceé battery on her father who was over 65 and child endangerment for assulting both while holding her
