right want to go to flee market CU I came over in the midst of the investigation a man approaches identifying himself as the suspect's neighbor and asserting that he also has been targeted and harmed by the suspect oh it's it's constant so I got a video yesterday where he acted like he was going to hit me in the back with a bucket when I was getting something out of my truck cuz they've been stealing water his house yeah and I was getting keys out of my truck and I have a camera on that tree over there and I'm in my truck and he's got this bucket in his hand he's acting like he's going to walk up and hit me with this bucket and he's said cussing me he's like stupid MF for this and MF for that and I was like what are you actually Leo or oh yeah I'm working narcotics yeah he's he's with um so but no this is an ongoing issue and I've come to the point of filing stalking charges on filing charges for assault or anything well I would love to but I didn't think about at the time I've thought about filing charges for stalking because he stood here and MF my wife and my 13-year-old daughter in the driveway telling them to get the F back in their house yeah and my mom and her mother like it's uncalled for right and he knows I'm the police up you every time he and every time he sees me he purposely goes out of his way to try and pick a fight yeah we've been here a couple times the same you know same situation if it was me I would want this guy to press charges but he says he doesn't want I told him he needs the press charges that he doesn't want to get involved and I was like you know this isn't in then no now the officers turned to the woman who is the legal owner of the house what she reveals about the suspect will shock you you own the house right yes he's got eviction paper to get out how how much longer does he have on the eviction um probably a couple probably another like a week and a half a week and a half 10 12 days yeah okay and so is he is he going to be gone at that point yeah you have any idea where he's going I had no idea no all right who is he to you he's he was dropped off here so I don't know I mean he wasn't really told you to stay here he just dropped off any start second day after day on the couch and um you can't let that happen asked him to leave it just happen but this is your your place right right yeah you can't let that happen you know if you let somebody move in here then you know you have to go through this whole process but next time don't don't let people just if they get dropped off here then you have the right not to let him in your house you know right no he's already doesn't matter she was actually not it wasn't like that so he was invited guest by somebody else that was living here no he just got dropped off and he needed a place to St I guess and he just started staying on the couch and how do how do you know him though how did he know to come I know him from drives his truck Jack okay but yeah you don't have to let anybody stay here you know I don't care if they're dropped off or not I asked him to leave many times and he won't leave the police have in here and then he shuts the door and knocks him out and yeah he ends up staying anyway so so how long has he been here though um it's been going on a couple months yeah but he got his paperwork so we'll see what happens so how long ago did you get the uh the eviction um just a few days ago I gave it to him okay was it 30 days a 30day EV 30 days no is it a 30day days I think they gave him 15 days to move out days minus the weekends and holidays something like that gotta despite multiple complaints and an eviction notice from the homeowner no one is willing to press charges against the suspect nonetheless the officers proceed to detain him going to jail no matter what we're taking him for resisting he backed away from me went into the house pulled away from me I got resisting charges so um he also hit the the friend here too I guess when he was trying to break it up did he hit him as well you just think about it uh let me go see you they're right got me you know that you hear me [Applause] too thank you sir I'm being detained for
