the $100 deposit on top of room she couldn't afford with the deposit so her card declined she called her bank and I guess there's some transaction that's close to the total notably she said her uh the transaction she saw her bank account was 293 uh with some change and the I tried to charge her $299 so it was an unrelated charge uh so she sat in the lobby for about an hour that's when she called the police twice to come and I guess get a report that I was denying her room she went out there fell asleep we had a woman come in who was just a resident of house saying there somebody passed out out front I went out said hey you got to get up you're going to have to leave the property uh she said call the cops so I did and you guys showed up and that happened all right and you still want to trespass yes all right you just raise your right hand for me just swear everything you just told me it's the whole truth the truth all right you understand that lying to me and official police report
