know she said she was all right ladies you already got one of your information he got only mine that's fine okay well I don't know what happened in the back so you that your party whatever just like it'll be yeah yeah blame you don't blame me all right after more statements from the flight attendance against the woman her situation isn't looking too good however she's not done antagonizing the officers and testing their patients a woman I understand we don't have a tampon I am bleeding from my well then you have to figure something out there's no point of letting me out without a tampon how am I going to PE how am I going to pee without a tampon do you have one um and my luggage that's not here it's my carry-on the carryon right here no like my luggage that's checked not the luggage I have right here you guys are so goodto I can't wait to see you go no I need a t i don't have a tampon excuse me sir I don't feel comfortable getting out without a tampon because you excuse me sir because if I get out without a tampon and I ask you for a tampon then you're going to say I'm antagonizing you and I'm going to get arrested again so what's the point of asking for cops help no cuz when I ask for cops help the first time you guys you want to get out and PE or not I do but I would rather keep right here and you guys clean it up at this point we're not gonna clean it up listen she say she's not getting out without a tampon the suspect was later charged with two felony counts of battery on a police officer one felony count of resisting an officer with violence three misdemeanor counts of assault on an officer and one misdemeanor count of trespassing in addition to these charges she receives a lifetime ban from the Airline number four woman learns why you shouldn't fly while intoxicated officers arrive at the airport after reports of a dis eruptive intoxicated woman creating chaos mid-flight Witnesses claim she repeatedly tried to open the plane's rear hatch and argued with the crew as officers arrive Airline staff provides statements to the police recounting the ordeal while they wait for the woman to exit the restroom what's going on it's it's okay at this moment uh there's a lady inside the bathroom in here she's changing clothes but think doesn't want to be recognized she was of this crap and comes in on this point I'm 34 and she tries to go off the back of f to get out she tries to open the back door did she open it her right there yeah and did she open it no okay and uh and then she tried I guess numerous times to come off and show out door of the jet is it cuz she was intoxicated or what's no they said she wasn't oh someone told us she's intoxicated well I haven't physically seen her yet this is coming from the yeah she was under the influence of something she tried to reach a secure area so I tried to grab onto her she shoved me so I shoved her back to keep her out of the security area do we have an idea of her motives or I don't know if it was just under the inflence I don't know if something else is going on but when you can't shove yeah she's in there changing clothes I think so nobody will notice wait for her to get out I just we were just going to find out if her intent is to fly again you can walk in someone just see if she's in the Bove yeah they are just and uh she you don't want her to fly fly again I got enough drama in my life you ain't going did you already have her name no I don't have nothing she literally came off the plane by the time I got up here she was already in the bathroom you don't even have a seat number either right well we don't have that so oh that's right so she was just on board yeah the the crew is hot there nothing to do with they it didn't impede the fight okay it's just the intent of whatever she was trying to as she finally exits the restroom officers move in to confront her on her head right here hey ma'am ma'am youing need to talk to you a little bit yeah uh I let's go back over here by the water front you okay what's going on with you no I'm not what's going on I can't even explain it but stand right here stand right here by the water uh what you said you're not okay why aren't you okay because I have an ex who is like psychotic like out for me so there you go do you have your ID can I see your ID real quick get it yeah that's fine [Music] uh Ariel Lehi I'm going to take it out of your wallet okay uh can you explain to us what happened on the airplane uh apparently you had a couple you had a couple steps that that you that you take took inside the airplane copy the information from New Hampshire did a couple things in the airplane that aren't normal and that's why we're talking to you no I have an ex that's psychotic okay well forget you Ex 1 what happened what happened on the airplane though that's what we're concerned about nothing like I'm good so you don't remember trying to open doors or anything like that that's why we're here we don't bother people for no reason at Ariel so the crew says that you try to go out the back door a couple times dat worth is 229 of 80 At first she appears calm and Cooperative you don't remember trying to open any doors or like that no are you are you on any medication yeah I am this is I'm sorry no this is weird yeah they're in my we'll take9 where didd you come in from Manchester Newan okay are you flying back out no I'm flying here for 3 weeks be with my best friend and their friend okay this is hilarious there's somebody here to pick you up no I have to Uber it's my restaurant's house which is in my phone which all right have you already called him I don't know where's your phone we don't we don't have your phone here's your's your ID ma thank you for letting me look at I'm being serious like this is like just the weirdest thing on well let me ask you are you are you on something like maybe medication would you I am on medication did you over medicate yourself maybe is that possible no okay okay how what is that supposed to maybe it took a little too much cuz uh what what we're told is not normal that passengers do what we're told you supposedly did she confirms she's on medication but when officers question her about her actions on the plane she appears to have no memory of the chaos she caused what did I do you Tred to go out the back door a couple times try to get out out of the airplane without the people already off the airplane no I asked her speci got to be well there's a few people said the same thing ma'am we're not we're not here to we're here to offer you help as well as look and see why you did it so all right so here's my thing so here is my best friend's phone number on my phone so she come and get me and then we're all good and then you guys call him call him call call her or call him we'll walk you over to there and so you can get get get picked up were they already waiting for you no she has no idea like I mean she just knew I was supposed to be flying in and I thought my flight was delayed you guys are like so you don't remember any of that okay we got it I got it that's not what I just said did you have luggage to pick up or no yes I have what speak I have a suitcase okay here here's your phone we we'll walk you down there ma' you talking with them that you mentioned somebody didn't like you or you had a problem is that back home yes okay it's not here you came here to for vacation yes okay all right I understand I don't know unless I asked you like I can't even like well I think it seems a little more like something to you because of your level of inebriation you're kind of surprised by it but if you look at it from our point of view what happened requires a little conversation and so far so good everything appears good but we want to make sure you're safe if you need help you don't need any medical help at all she continues to deny her earlier demeanor I am actually dumping right now on this whole thing and by the way you your little comment like anything listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen he and her are not the only ones that saw what we're describing to you but it's fine pick up your stuff we'll get you over here get you out of here we're trying to make sure you can still fly out on us that's all okay all right so I can fly back to New Hampshire and just okay that's what I want to make sure you're okay to do that's all make sure when you come back you got to be you got to be they'll that's just a friendly reminder you don't have to do it but it would be your best come on let's go so you're put back on plane listen listen let's go let's go let's go let's go we're wasting so much time we're wasting too much time well you will we don't mind it we hope not let's do this I have I know why do I have to go and then you don't have to go to security we're getting you out of here out where we're getting you out of here you don't have to go to out of where out of the airport Miss we don't want you here as officers and staff offer assistance to the visibly intoxicated woman her answers grow increasingly defiant and confusing turning a simple conversation into a challenge okay so am I going home yes you take a uber and get out of here we're going to where am I I don't know I don't know wherever your destination is where going I could not read your mind if I did i' i' look at the lot numbers like okay so this is I'm just going to like you're going to get your suit you're going to get your suit my suitcase that's great and then you get your ride to where where you here and then every's here and it's wherever you want to go go back home yeah you can do whatever you want you're not in trouble yeah why' you come here you came to visit somebody wherever that is well take your Uber there no right Uber there come on I didn't hear it everything's good go we're wasting too much time though we okay well that's right right there and go left okay so let's all vote no you aren't you coming too no you're coming too no you're coming too I know I yeah I right so start going that way don't know you're in a second I'm going to grab you and you're not going to like it going like it when you gra let's go let's go this way come on here we go right here follow everybody we get on the shuttle we're not talking to you more we're going to show you we're not talking to you about uh no I'm not kidding actually on no I'm going no I'm not going and then just keep going hey he going we're taking you to your Uber can you stop no I cannot cuz you're not listening okay the alternative I'm start videoing you so your Behavior's on fire every time you see this red camera blinking it's it's recording you audio and video so I would suggest good behavior let's go as officers guide her toward the exit she decides to stir things up even more her actions will soon push the officers to their limit toart stand we care about the other pass yeah Havey you're being recorded by us too so it's not [Music] a just just listen lady I can't let you go do what you want to do cuz you try to go with the wrong doors in the plane wrong doors at the gate next thing you know you'll be walking across a Runway you get get waffled then we get in trouble so make sure you get to where you want to go let's you're too drunk to understand you don't even you don't even know what you did on the airplane you claim everybody else is lying so why should I continue to have a conversation with you when you deny everything my God you are like you're denying everything no I'm not denying anything I'm just you said you didn't try to get off the airplane you say you didn't try to push anybody this is like but you have a whole crew and a whole airplane full of people saying you did those things but you say no what the so just keep quiet cuz we're not going to get anywhere we're not going to get we're it's it's nothing can I yeah in a couple hours you'll have a phone call when you get down to jail you'll have your phone calls I'm going to adjust these just me to phone yeah you ain't going to get one Bing I'm not you're under arrest Miss for what disorderly I wasn't even like on the plane like this manam we we already discussed this and that's why I don't want to have a conversation with you you deny everything everybody's a bad person the crew members are are lying the passengers are lying so why should I even entertain the conversation with you when you don't even want to be contrite no and by the way I'm not actually resisting so if you can't figure out how to get the handcuffs off good for you cuz I'm actually not resistant if you canz I'm actually not just relax go Ahad apparently take care I don't even know her name yet she refuses handle come on let's go let's go let's go you're being under you're under arrest for dis disorderly intoxication from what and resisting from what the airplane yes after they surf me yes ma'am I get I get that they serve you if that's your car no I'm not going alone with you you're not going with me I'm not going with him you going you going with him okay I have not searched her oh search me I said I haven't searched you the cops real quick you have anything on your person in your you mind if I put this down the no I I don't want my in right sit in the car I said get in the car are you kid me no you're you want to loosen these a little bit sit back all right you do that give your camera on yeah I turned on before I got illegal illegal I'm trying to find her ID cuz she won't give me any information and her husband's here but he's not exactly any help either but at least he had enough sense to just go in the airport 300 what started as a simple escort ended in her getting driven to jail T4 can you put her DL number out of Michigan in the in the call I just get it from there rapid rapid okay oh let shell know take care of her people seriously she's up there right now is she yeah she went Grand Rapids you can give her that I just came back from Grand Rapids uh like a month ago for real she said today's the first day of her vacation well I'll be here for a bit come on vation leave on probation is that be second is I appreciate you guys problem thank you yeah Marsh didn't get that heard that came over the a that they asked me to remove to remove to meet at the yeah so SS coming over we didn't get we didn't hear nothing from you at all over the radio like Assistance or nothing like that oh no no it's just cuz I called one of them cuz I honestly I was just trying to get her information to send her you know with her husband and and she's just being so belligerent and drunk and refusing to give me her ID so I'm going to go try to find her husband just to let him know real quick call yeah I'm going to need to get their information anyway nobody else complained on the plane but the one stewardess because she was in mad when I said don't pull your hair down and shake it like that that I have a video of I want to go to my hotel you're going to jail okay and you know what Allegient and your will be sued we come here for vacation and we end up with this okay yeah okay yeah your will be sued I'll tell you that right now the woman was later charged with disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest without violence number two entitled passenger gets a reality check after causing disturbance at an airport up next officers are called to the airport after a highly intoxicated woman causes a scene on a plane watch as the situation quickly unfolds so it seems to be the problem tonight you're inade and shooting me on the plane running your mouth again run your mouth the check out or when you're getting in here did you just it's all on video yeah when you first came in you were giving them a problem it's all on video can you tell me what I was giving them a problem about yeah you're being disc courteous so please tell me in detail how they all told me already but I I need and now you're on the plane being disc courteous again that's fine I need to know in my own manner how am I being disc curious how am I being this I need now which is probably why you're being the way you are that's fine I need to know why so where's your license at no I need to know why exactly exactly no under the law I need to know exactly why exactly this I will give that to you yep you would definitely need to you call the disturbance on a plane I'm sorry get your Florida license it's medical card oh sorry it's this one sorry they I keep it in the same thing course is in the can we bring it back over to my office what's that can we bring it over to my office want to grab your bag I'm not carrying your stuff for you so I never asked said okay I'm carrying myself St okay I hope you know right from the start the suspect confronts the officer challenging his every move staying calm he reminds her the encounter is on record and he's just doing his job but as tensions rise things are headed in Only One Direction it's good so am I God I'm recording everything too I got a body camera you already walked away and as I'm collecting my things you literally say that you're not collecting things as I collect which already shows guess it is already shows you're not doing your job on top that I am doing my job right now yeah I'm already under the police academy law I already know what I'm talking about you're under arrest for dorly INX no I'm not me you are no I'm not yes you are no I'm not yep you don't want to listen you're intoxicated and you're causing a scene at the I literally okay that's fine your back my video lits put your hand down let me let me put this down let me put this down okay can I put this in my wallet put with your resturants no I need to put this down so I know that it's in my resturants ow with stop resisting and put it down my hand stop resisting decapitated with my thumb that's fine with this fine I hope you know with that no that's fine will you stop no I'm not stop you're making this worse than you just put an assault which I have an injury on that you put AA on top of yes the woman escalates her defense claiming she's in the police academy and accusing the officer of breaking the law but her words may not be enough to sway this situation that's fun I have everything on top of right there I'm in the police Acy I know exactly what the LIE is you're literally going everything against it which is fine I'm not yes you are well if you were in the police academy you I told you I was putting my hands up against the police academy everything I told you put my hand and then I put my hands up and you didn't give me a single chance to put my evidence up for me to put my own personal provance against the ground that is illegal proag you're still causing a problem no I'm not I literally just told you on the police airport right there that that is a legal you guys grab her stuff so I can walk her up here please I'm not you're literally going to be causing a disturb no I'm not yes you are no I'm not sir literally had to pull you off the no I do not the moment you pull me off the plane was the moment I correspond with everything that you said corresponded with everything that was diligent all of that fun stuff so everything that you just did you will be hearing with your own current officer I promise you you make no sense whatsoever right now how do I not make it no sense you're slurring your words how really bad you're toas laen you're that's fine maybe if you get over here and calm down a little bit no no I'll keep my own Providence I know what I'm rightful on if I don't see I'm not going to talk any fur didn't even make sense that you just said you're right before the arrest Airline staff reported the woman had been drinking and sparked a confrontation leading to her removal from the plane but she insists it's all untrue see how she responds to the claims so as I was saying when you first came in earlier C servants here I have every problem on towards you taking me in towards everything everything that's happening right now it's not happening they're the ones that took you off the plane okay because of you no not because of me yes because of what you said yes it had you they literally had to whole been a whole thing they were already taking you off the plane before I even got up there no they talk ma'am and they about the flight attendant they told me that you had told them you were drinking yes and then then what started the confrontation what what confrontation what competition you can't you can't tell the flight attendant that you've been consuming alcohol and then be comat to the flight attendant what what did I do what I do they told me that you were yelling on the aircraft what did I yell I that's not exactly I did not no no no no I did not yell until you show me literal footage I did not yell I did not do anything I approached that aircraft like it was nothing see I one C literally like it was nothing I was doing everything the airport what literally show me I don't have video the flight attendant don't need to have video to remove you from I didn't slap them I didn't kick them I didn't them I didn't do anything so literally show me I'll probably need that too literally I'm I'm not even joking I'm not being smart I'm not being literally I'm not show me what I did I did not see one Central I'll be at the security checkpoint we had to take a female out the aircraft I did not do that iur checkpoint show me where I was kicking them screaming doing all that show me there is no way that I am doing that with a ride obtained the officer tries to run her name but she's not letting up I'm literally about to go to the police force everything like there is literally no way that I am doing that I'm literally trying to be as perfect I can there's literally no way that I am doing that see I want so C name dat of birth that's L will you be quiet so I can talk on the radio I have to I have to last name first so stop did I know that did I know that am I a police officer can you stop I'm literally telling you my information stop I have it right here stop please do I know that no you don't so please ask me nicely hey ma'am I have this can you wait for this why is that so bad she just won't be quiet she won't be quiet you wouldn't ask me to be quiet I shouldn't have to that's a part of the job and your part of the job is to what just yell at me somebody peace in the environment peace in the environment peace in the environment peace the environment and you keep talking over everybody have yet to let them speak or anything at all that's peace over the environment you need to stop I literally let you know right there what your job is don't acement me on the job that I literally told you what everything that you just asked me is and then you get mad at me for it how you want it to be approached ask me how my name is ask me how anything is that's how you do your job thanks for letting me know how I to do my job you're welcome honestly you're welcome because instead of sitting there and just throwing out names and not having any information that you have surprisingly the officer remains calm will you stop so all you turn the radio you sure yeah did you get it all out now yeah now that I know that in your ear that they heard every thing how your job actually is you need to stop I'm done do your actual job on every detail I am no you're not yes I am you straight up yelled at me didn't ask me for any information information on who I am or anything and straight no no no no you straight yelled at me on this and this and even though you had it all straight in your hand you straight yelled at me for all the rest of my information come on yes you did it's on your video recorded you I make this up all right yes you did went now wearing white shirt and Ja I just blew $800 you think I'm going to blow that on you yeah everything that just blew on that because of you all because you didn't want to do your full on detailed job yeah I know no don't don't me that's fine you're I don't give a I have all my details I have all my assault issues I am every picture before said everything okay what's your reasoning for handcuffing me just one more time I'm I'm not being smart I'm literally just asking I'm literally just ask it's called disor and talk for what though you caus see on the plane try to talk to you down here we caus a scene over there and he continue to cause a scene here can you tell me the scene that I caused on a plane the suspect's Defiance continues but as the situation escalates her attitude starts to to waiver the officers escort her out of the airport and she continues to argue that she's not intoxicated yeah the whole reason why you got K up one yeah but why yeah they told me that you're arguing with them like you're arguing with them here and then you arguing with me there so you're being disorderly can you tell me that I with you on the plane did I argue with you on the plane you can't argue that I argue with you on the plane I didn't say you argue with me on the plane that's what you just I didn't I'm I'm not being smart sorry for no I'm literally just asking what my at this he good he get out here with her all right let's go 1 two three I'm go to my car then I'll you don't have anything in first I should know about wait what can we go out through here yeah you're getting arrested right now for thisly all right so follow me that's her stuff I didn't punch anybody I didn't like cuss at anybody I didn't do anything like why am I why because I asked the officer like credential stop that's stop no I'm sorry that's what did no literally what did I do for me to be like this you're good I I'll I'll go through it no I want to know exactly where where in the court officers where I'm going to no I did I literally am a no I literally know the right of me going are you going said me on I actually no you didn't oh man oh I can't wait for this while the officers check through her bag outside she resumes her verbal assault targeting one officer in particular literally didn't do a single thing they can't even get me on me going up to any any of the bars anything of that like doing any interest me going up you did not toxicate me on anything no interest on whatever so wait until I have you on this wait until I have you on this available first my do you have anything on you should know about before we go to jail we get to jail no he never I'm talking to you is there anything on you know about job they on a single thing me on a single thing I'm I'm answering you is there anything on your s any guns knives bombs no there's nothing jail if they find that on you that's no nothing nothing you can literally search me on anything he did not do his job he did not search me on a single thing nothing before the airport nothing on even minimum on anything anythings I'm going switch cuups so all because I questioned your manhood yeah you did you had everything fine with me until I literally questioned your manhood what are you talking yes I did no yes I literally have it on video recordings I had everything on you talking normal to me until I literally questioned your job and then you immediately went into my job this and this and this I have everything on recordings everything it's recording but yes no it doesn't matter unfortunately her threats don't work everything on police duty is recording just wait right I I doesn't matter you the wrong person you really did I would I warned you it's not warning it's not warning I'm literally threatening you with the law the law it's called disorderly in talks you're in talkx how is it disorderly in talk and cause a disturbance that's fine that's fine it's a disturbance right now but wait until like forward wait until I come forward fine and all of them are going to come forward too so I that's fine I have every witness I have every family protocol everything coming forward it's fine it's a whole lawsuit okay you're the one that Ki out the plane not me I'm because of you and and with your disordering HED up and not breath relizing me not doing anything have to do all that because I I can tell you're intoxicated no it doesn't matter until on top on top of everything that you have on top of paperwork where you going to the academy is that what you were doing I'm going just pat you down okay it's not going to be a thorough pat down and just more make sure you have any on your waist okay so once you get to jail they want to De further P now can we take shoes off cuz they ped the woman was later arrested and charged with disorderly intoxication number one woman acts entitled after being denied overhead space officers put her in place officers are called to a Florida airport after a woman has a meltdown over checking her luggage due to limited overhead space as the argument escalates police intervention becomes inevitable watch what unfolds when they arrive [Applause] [Music] [Applause] no they can't
