move forward with the charge number four what happens when you think you're above the authorities on September 11th 2021 officers conducted a traffic stop after observing a vehicle making an improper was found guilty on all three charges number three woman thinks she can argue her way out of arrest on April 10th 2021 an officer noticed a vehicle driving without its headlights or tail lights on after further observation the officer saw the vehicle hitting the curb and sidewalk here's what happened when the driver was confronted Hi how are you good how are you everything okay I am okay you ran over the curb over here I'm sorry I'm sure short you're short it's a problem it's a real life problem all right did you realize that you weren't driving with your headlights on either I did not suspect's emotions continue to escalate now you're getting on my nerves because I do something that I can't comprehend you telling me to do a million in one different very simple exercises and one two take your back foot off of the line and turn around in a series of small steps until you're facing Back Down the Line do you understand that part I try let's try let try you tell me if I'm right wrong once you're once I'm here I'm I'm down to try it hly this is the last part of the instructions and then you can do the whole exercise okay once you're facing Back Down the Line you're going to take my kids and my kids were crying and everything and I'm trying to get him out of my house because he was making my kids nervous and scared okay so I I just told him kindly get out of my house and then he kept getting loud so of course I'm going to get loud too cuz this is my house as part of their investigation the officers also interviewed the woman's partner while questioning him however they observed physical marks on him left by the woman they then informed the suspect that she'll need to be detained watch her reaction to the news you don't get loud with me in my house I've never in the 5 years that I've lived here I've never gotten loud I've never had this kind of problem in my apartment never so obviously I just came over here and I don't know your side of story is what happened
