These people thought arguing with the cops would put them in control, but in the end, it only made things worse. Here are five instances when dumb Karens disrespect cops and it backfires. Number five. When refusing to leave gets you arrested. On December 11th, 2023, authorities in Washington were called to a Chevrolet dealership after a woman caused a disturbance and refused to leave. Upon arrival, an officer immediately confronted the female suspect. Please pardon my language and I need to record it, okay? Okay. So, what's going on today? Um so, I have a vehicle here that's I I should be able to pick up with my name on it and I have the paperwork to prove it and I own the dealership. Okay. To my awareness, I own the dealership outright. The FBI could validate that. Okay. Um if there's a mistake, there's a mistake in communication. Either way, I have the paperwork to prove that I'm supposed to pick up this vehicle. It's mine. And I think they just don't have it. Okay. Is what I think is happening cuz I've been told they don't have it. And I've been really sick and not had a chance to come and get it and I had problems every time I come to get it. Um it's never simple enough and I just don't like problems. this your vehicle? Yeah. Okay. Can I have your license plate, please? Charles John George A170. Uh do you have a license? Can I take a look at it? Mhm. Just uh so I know who you are. Yeah, exactly. So, is it Mach is that how you pronounce it? Machka. Ma'am? But Ma'am, how do you how do you pronounce your first name? Machka. What's your badge number? What's your badge number? What's that? What's your badge number? We don't have badge numbers. My name is Officer Robinson. an I need an officer with a badge number. Why is that? Um because I'm not dealing with aliens. I'm dealing with people. Okay. So, Machka, here's what's going to happen, okay? The general manager to trespass. We have done nothing wrong. You cannot ticket me and you cannot arrest me. I'm the chosen one. I don't want to ticket you or arrest you. I'm just going to read you the admonishment and then you're free to leave. Okay, no. I know you need to understand something. I have paperwork right here that proves that I have a vehicle with my name on it that I'm supposed to be allowed to pick up. I also own the dealership. He He's fired. You need to do your homework before you make a decision cuz I will make sure you don't have a job. The woman hands over a tattered piece of paper, which turns out to be nothing but an old Chevrolet pamphlet. Despite this, the woman insists she has paperwork proving she owns the entire dealership. This is a crumpled up like pamphlet, okay? it's not in good shape, so what? It still is what it is. It's a document this to you. It says you're no longer permitted, invited, licensed or otherwise authorized to remain on these premises of the public locations. Machka, you're trespassing. If you don't leave, we're going to arrest you. Please, then. Okay, we're going to arrest you if you don't leave. 48, Prescott, I'll take a second. She's in her car and she's refusing to leave the property. Machka, if you don't leave, you're going to be arrested. We're going to put you in handcuffs for trespassing. What's that? No, I'm giving you a warning. If you don't leave, you're officially trespassed. And we're going to arrest you for trespassing, but I'm I'm trying to be fair with you. I'm trying to be fair with you. You can leave. You're free to leave right now. I'm not leaving. Okay. You have to. You can't. I don't I don't want to arrest you. I really don't. I can't if you don't leave. Okay, the law is the law. Check your laws. This is a private establishment, okay? 48, Prescott, just an FYI, uh you may get some calls from her in a second. Machka, can you talk to me? I think this is my first in-person interaction with her. Can you look at her DL well? Or when you get here so we can get a positive ID, just to be sure. Machka. We're making a bigger deal out of this than we need to. The situation drags on as the woman remains defiant. Now, the officer attempts to convince her to leave without further escalating the matter. Machka. Can you not touch my door? Okay. I don't want to make a big deal out of this, okay? You You can just go. You can just go. Guys, I need somebody to come and help me cuz I'm being harassed and fight. This guy needs to be fired and I'm getting in touch with the president. So, I'm getting pissed. All right, thank you. Biden. Okay. Machka. Handle this, please, before I freaking lose it. Can we please just leave? That's all I'm asking, okay? Why? car. You do not have a car here. Okay, dude. Do your homework. At least do your job. I'm trying to. Okay, but you won't Then figure it out cuz this is proof right here. They owe me this vehicle. My name is already on it. My name is on all these vehicles. So, at least exhaust your options first. I'm You're not doing your job cuz you haven't done an investigation thoroughly. Okay. So, I honestly, like if I just don't want to arrest you and I don't want them to tow your car. You can't. I can't if you don't leave. You've been warned that the general manager wants you trespassed. I own this place. Why would you want me to do that? I own this. You do not own this place, Machka. Dude, prove it to yourself or leave me alone. Please, I'm not in the mood for that. Leave me alone. I don't want to I don't want to arrest you, but whatever you think you need to do. You're going to lose your job as it stands. Do you want to go to junior land? I'm not. I'm not, okay? Okay, well, you can go take orders from junior on junior land and on Earth here, we do things a certain way and it's called as an officer of the law, you either investigate and do your job and exhaust the the possibilities of my side of the story or you don't do your job and don't do your job. But either way, you're not going to arrest me cuz it's against the law and you're not going to tell me I can't do something I know I have the right to do and you're not going to tell me I don't have a vehicle here cuz I know I do. And this paperwork right here proves it. What whatever condition it's in, doesn't matter. You need to be careful because I'm not the girl to mess with. Honest to God, I will take your job from you today. The when you walk away from here, they're going to tell you you're fired. At this point, it's evident that the woman's claims are unusual, but it remains unclear whether she's experiencing a mental episode or is under the influence. Go You need to go have them prove to you that this is not my vehicle that I'm saying is my vehicle. This is This is your vehicle. Those other ones are not. No. badge number. Excuse me, please. me you're going to leave, we can go. my car. Okay. If you leave Somebody deal with Did you hear that? Get the from the car. Did you hear that? Listen. leave? Tell him again. Are you going to leave? I don't think he could hear you. Get the away from my car. 48, 48. Get away from my car! This might turn into an extracting from the vehicle situation. is important. I'm going to her just to Biden. assist with that. Okay. He's not getting away with this. a third officer come. Listen. Good, do it. Okay. Do it. If you're not willing to leave by the time that third officer gets here, we're going to arrest you at the car. Are Are you going to drive away and leave? No, I'm not. Okay. Then we're not going to do this cuz I don't want I don't want you to barricade in your car. I'm not going to barricade in my car. You're not even a cop. life, dude. Go get a security job cuz you're not a cop. You're a alien. Get the away from me. They want her trespassed. Go get the car. 29. They can't trespass me. I own this dealership. I own the dealership. You guys are both done. Okay, I've given you numerous opportunities giving you an opportunity. Do you want to go to junior land or do you want to be allowed on Earth? Cuz I own the United States. Which would you like? Junior land or Earth? I don't want to arrest you. You can't. I don't We're going to. When my sergeant gets here, we're going to arrest you. I bet you're not. We are because I've given you every opportunity to leave. They want you trespassed. We're getting the admonishment signed right now. Sure. Did you hear that? He's fired. Did you hear that part? Warning you. What's that? They signed it. Okay. The officer has asked the woman to leave multiple times and the dealership's general manager has already signed paperwork to have the woman trespassed. If she doesn't drive away, she'll be choosing her own arrest. Can't trespass me on my own property. It's not your property, so. You're calling me a liar right now and you're saying something you're wrong about. Like, you're dumb. I just I don't I don't know why we have to have it come to this point, but honestly, you can leave and you can fight this battle another day, okay? certificate for being a real cop and then you can come at me like this when you have no real laws of this real planet Earth this is not somewhere else. This is not alien world. This is human world where we follow human laws of the Constitution which states I have the right to be here. This is my dealership. I have a paper right here that says I have a vehicle here that I'm allowed to pick up because it's already got my name on it. She's been warned several times now that she will be arrested by the time our third officer gets here. So, you may just want to park directly behind here or be arrested if it comes to that So, sergeant's on the way. It's it's If you want to leave before it gets here, you are flashed your light in my face. No, we're not we're not You're so done. You're so fired. It's not even funny. You're fired. You're fired, too. I have the right to have work for me in the United States. People that have like the Did you even go to the forest or the freaking police academy? I did, yes. Yeah, right. I told them not to send a badge number. I know badge number. I told them that on the phone. Cuz I'm not an alien and I am alive and this is not a situation where there's a badge number. I told them that. The officer tries once more to get the woman to leave peacefully, but at this point it's clear that any further discussion will only agitate her more. Stupid. I'm not leaving. Okay, then then you're going to be arrested. You're going to be arrested. Get off my phone. When that other car shows up, we're going to arrest you. You're going to be under arrest. And you're going to see what it's like to be in trouble for doing something you're not legally allowed to do. You better learn your laws before you try to come at me crazy. I'm not trying to come at you crazy. I'm actually talking to you very I'm trying You're crazy right now for threatening me like that. I'm trying to respect you and give you an option. dude. I've offered you an out to avoid that. you a knowledge and you don't seem to want to learn anything. So, leave me alone. Okay. You hear Junior cursing you out. With the woman in custody, an officer heads inside the dealership to update the management on the arrest and explain how to move forward. Okay, so we got her out of there. Okay. And we're going to be taking her. That vehicle that she was in is her vehicle. What do you guys want us to do with it? Um well, I mean, I don't want to cause her any problems, so I guess whatever. It's on your property, so we don't usually tow from private property. Okay. Um are you guys her away? We're taking her away. Um but the car's still there. Um Okay. I mean, what should we do? I mean, if we have it towed, it's going to be impounded. I mean if somebody brings it back and picks it up, is that That might be something we can facilitate. Um like a civil standby kind of thing, but I don't know that she would call us ahead of time and she's not happy with us right now, so I don't know how well our communication is with her. Police are dispatched to a Chick-fil-A where a man, frustrated over the wait for his food, creates a scene inside the restaurant. Upon arrival, officers spot the male subject standing outside the establishment. Hey, how you doing? Hey, what's going on? Did they call you out here? Somebody did, yeah. Problem with that idiot in there. Smart manager sit there and we sit here 15, 20 minutes for our food. We finally when I get around to pay, I ask him one simple question. And when you came to me, what I said to you, I said, "Let's step out that way." We can step out in front of the door here. I was very polite all the way till I stepped out here. Then I said But I have every right to say what I please out here. Mhm, yeah, yeah. I mean, I'm not I'm not I'm not denying that. Well, who Who were you Who were you chatting with inside? I don't need my ID. I ain't committed a crime. According to the complainant, the man repeatedly mentioned that he is the father of two police officers while arguing inside the restaurant. Now it seems he's ready to use that same excuse to resist the officers. I'm on a conducting investigation right now. not You're not pulling that on me. I know what all my smart rights are. You're not going to do it. So, you're refusing to give me your ID? Yes, I am. All right. Well, hang right here, okay? You're not free to leave yet. Okay, yeah. I'm free to leave. You're good. Okay. Listen to me. Causing a disturbance inside of a place of business, okay, could be a crime. If you If causing a fear of people to to feel the need to call the police, we have to investigate things, right? When I show up, I'm trying to get get information, find out who I'm coming out here with, and then you refuse to give me your ID, that is a that is a that is a arrestable offense. Well, You refused to give me your ID. I'm not going to argue with you because you Like my sons told me before, some some officers will won't won't you to argue with them until they can have a reason to be I'm not saying you're one of them. And as far as Rockdale as far as the Rockdale Police Department, when they tried to pull that crap with me and my wife and employees down there where she worked, uh they they asked me the same thing. I had, you know, I don't break the law. I raised my boys. I've got one of them that's a sergeant for the K9 unit. do that. And I Huh? You shouldn't do that. I shouldn't do what? You shouldn't be raising your voice inside of a place that's a place of my voice. I'm talking to you the same way I was talking to that lady. Okay. And everybody was talking, so this is the front. But as far as language, no. I didn't use not one bit of language. Well, that's what we're trying to find out. Well, because he's on He was in at the window. With the man detained outside, one of the officers enters the restaurant to speak with the staff about the incident. I'm the one that called security. Okay, what happened? All right. She probably knows more than what happened, but he came over here and complained to me. Um because he wanted the manager ahead of our GM. So, I went over there and got him the card, but I had a lot of customers over here also. And I I told him, you know, that he would have to call the one that was in the number. You know, he is the manager here and that he is the one that's running the drive-thru. But he also is the only one running the drive-thru. You know, I don't I don't know if In the drive-thru? He's the only one who was running the drive-thru. Who was he with? Do you know if our supervisor But he was in the blue shirt. But what happened? Okay. I don't know what was said between them. She must have heard it, so you can kind of take that because I wasn't up there at all in front of the counter. But he came over here complaining to me saying that that man shouldn't talk to me like that. There's no reason for it. Like I said, he was upset. But I don't know what was said over there or what happened. She must have been behind him in the drive-thru. Okay, she He was in the drive-thru. Yeah, I was behind him, but I don't know what all was said cuz I was on the phone with my girlfriend Stephanie, but I heard him tell him something about how the line was so backed up. I mean, yes, the line was long. This is Chick-fil-A, okay? And he was like, "You got a smart And then he was just being very Okay, so he was in the drive-thru. You were behind him. in front of me. The guy was in the drive-thru. Yeah, he was in front of me and his back was to the car. And he was talking to him. The Where did he go? Out there with the guy The guy in the blue shirt with him. Okay, keep going. I don't know what all was said cuz I was on the phone, but he was like, "You got a smart mouth." He was just being rude all in the drive-thru. And I was like, "Why?" And he was yelling this out to you? this out to me. He said, "I'm only one person." Were there other people around that could hear him? Oh, yeah. I mean, we Well, I don't know who was all There was like four of us right there. There was two people And then he came inside and started doing like this with his hands and stuff, and I was like, "Uh Stephanie, let me call you back." That's when I called Kristen. To sum it up, the man initially tried ordering through the drive-thru, but became frustrated over the long wait. When the male employee taking his order didn't respond as he wanted, he stormed inside to escalate the situation. Tell me what happened. She was in the drive-thru with us. I think it's too crazy, but you know, I can't hear you know, it's just me over there trying to trying to get everything done. And I gave the guy his food, and he was like, he started like having like help. Or whatever he was using, but kind of like saying like nonsense about like, "Oh, everything's wrong. What's wrong with you guys?" And it's going over and over and over again. And then I was like, "Okay, sir, I'm so sorry about that." I was like, "Uh we have another incoming call." And he was like, "Oh, you got a smart mouth." And he started like Just give me a second. I'll come inside. Mhm. And then he came inside and kind of like I don't remember what he was trying to do what he was trying to do, but um He came inside I saw him come inside, and he kind of like No, I was just focused on the drive-thru. Okay. Okay. All right. Um okay. Thank you. All right. Let me check out of this. After hearing the employee's statements, the female officer confronts the man again, making it clear that it's time for him to listen. I've got a genetic disease, and it That's why I'm saying they're hurting me. That is so Okay. So Yes. But hear me out. Oh, I'm not I'm not I'm Be quiet. You're not hear If you're talking, you're not listening. Okay. It just It just works that way, okay? So you were loud, you were boisterous, you were tumult Shut up and listen to me. I apologize, okay. Be quiet. Or else Or we can just go to jail and do something. So, okay? We're trying to keep you out of jail at one time. Yes, ma'am. Okay. So this is You said there's You spent a long time in line. Okay? Well, if you did, I apologize, but they're doing the best they can, okay? So yelling in the drive-thru Chick-fil-A, using Sir? I'm listening. I'm listening. Using cuss words and and yelling at somebody is not going to get you anything. So, what it has gotten you is a year break from Chick-fil-A. You can't come back for a year. That's right. I will I'll never be back. It's either that or jail. Okay. Which which one you want? Okay, ma'am. I'm not I'm never coming back here. No, we're not. Okay. So, we're going to we're going to just handcuff you. We're going to have you sign a criminal trespass so that you do not come back for a year or do you go to jail? I'm not coming back here. Great. Okay. And then the next time the police I'm not a criminal, so I don't feel I have to sign it, but I don't You did a criminal act, sir. I did not. You absolutely did. You violated anybody. That's the whole thing. That's what I'm saying. We did I'm hearing you, but you're not hearing me. And I'm just I have a right to if you don't understand me. Officers released the man with a year-long trespass from Chick-fil-A, but rather than leaving, he doubles down, claiming the employees were the real problem. See, no one first of all touched anybody at the drive-thru. He said something to me that was inappropriate to me. What what happened? He said, "If you don't like what the hell I'm doing, leave." I said, "Well, I didn't know he was mad." I said, "That you really hurt my arm." You're going to be fine. But I know what fine is. Okay. But now, here's the thing, not trying to be disrespectful. My son's a sergeant. My son other son's is a patrol. I understand you guys. Clayton County. Okay. He's the one that his dog got So, I don't get disrespectful with people. I respect the law. There's many dinners and stuff that I have done for Newton County and Henry County and all the law enforcement and back the badge. Look at my tag. It even says back the badge. I have no problem with you guys. I don't have a problem listening to you, but when people sit and tell bullcrap lies, it's bull. Anybody can tell a story. Is it true or false? I don't know. Not one dirty word was said to that gentleman at that time. I said, "Well, then I'll come inside and talk to the manager." He says, "Do that." And he throws his hand. I lower my windows, I come around, and I pull up right here. Walk inside. As soon as he saw me come inside, he goes, That's what he did. I I walked to the lady, and I asked the lady, I said, "Ma'am, who's the manager?" I didn't raise my voice at all. I said, "Who's the manager?" They got cameras here, don't they? Absolutely. They need to pull them. Well, no, there there's no disrespect here. They need to If If they want to charge me or push me out the door, that's fine. We're not touching you. But I'm not coming back here anyway. Okay. Regardless of what I sign or not, I'm not signing a something of guilt. Think he's run out of names to mention? Not quite. Wait until you hear what he says next. Uh that I do have that right, but I don't I can guarantee you this. I promise you one thing, I will never be back over here ever again. Matter of fact, today after I get my doctor's appointment with the heart doctor, I'm going to Clayton County, and I'm going to see Bubba and the people that run the corporate, cuz I know the Chick-fil-A people. We're we're we're like family, and I'm going to let them know what took place here. I'm not mad at you. I'm not mad at you. I'm not trying By all God means, I'm not trying to be disrespectful to either one of y'all. Clayton County Okay. too many people that know how I am. I have no reason to be. I I'd buy you I'd buy you I'd buy Well, hold on. I don't read and spell. I don't know if I'm signing something that says I'm a criminal. I'm not going to do that. Okay, we're going to formally tell you about it, and if you don't want to sign it, that's fine. I'm going to call my son. Call your son, but you might want to ask your son about when law enforcement asks for your ID. I already know about that. You should provide it. Well, I know what the law Right now, my rights are Okay. And they're Right now, they're being violated, but I'm not going to pursue it because I have no disrespect for the law. You're welcome to do so. Well, I I could. I could pursue it. Hey, son. I got a question for you. Don't mean to put put you involved. I've got two police officers that just took handcuffs off of me. They put them on me for no reason. They said I went to Chick-fil-A to pick your mom's food up, and the guy at the drive-thru was a smart aleck, so I came in to talk to management. Come to find out he is the manager. So, somebody swears I was cussing out loud and raising And when they asked my ID, I said I wasn't I hadn't committed a crime, but anyway, they they they roughhoused me and put me in the the cuffs and telling me that, you know, all this crap. Now, they want me to sign a paper stating I'm no longer allowed on this property. What is that paper they're talking about? Well, I won't come to Chick-fil-A anyway, but he's okay. So, what right What right do I do they have to do this crap to me? No, it ain't Chick-fil-A. It's It's the police department because they're This is their snack place up here. The officers have made it simple. The man isn't required to sign the trespass warning, but he is banned from the premises for a year. He's free to leave, but instead, he ignores the officer's warning once again. Well, I don't know. I need to speak to the manager that I was nicely talking to out here, and I want to find out Well, officer, Yeah. Well, until I understand that they can take me to jail then, because until I understand what I'm being I don't read and I don't spell, until I know exactly what this means by me signing this paper, I'm not signing it. So, you can talk to them. It says She's a sergeant. Not unless I request somebody higher up, which I have that right. Hello, this is Sergeant Hardwick. The man allows the female officer to talk to his son, making it clear that he's also an officer. It's It's okay. Okay, so I'm not coming back here. So, why would I sign the paper? Um so, he came to the drive-thru. He was upset at there being, you know, four or five cars or whatever. Um Well, one of our our our one of our evidence custodian was a car so behind him and could hear him yelling at the guy in the drive-thru saying saying this is this is blah blah blah. And he said, "I'm doing the best I can, sir. I'm the only one in the drive-thru right now." So, then he starts to say F this and whatever, and then he gets out and comes and he goes inside. Then he, you know, flaring his arms up. And In the meantime, everybody can see this. And he's using, you know, He's loud, he's boisterous, he's tumultuous, you know, whatever. So, when the officer gets here and he starts questioning him, and he's asked for his ID, he's like not going to give it. And then I get here, and he's still refusing, he's still being loud. Uh sure. So, he um I want my money back. So, he uh We put him in handcuffs cuz he's, you know, getting loud and whatnot. Um we get his ID. Uh So my money back on my car. Hold on just a second. I'll take one of these. Yeah, hang on just a second. So, um just I mean, we didn't roughhouse Um took the handcuffs off. So, what we're trying to do is criminal trespass him. He wants to refuse to sign it, he can refuse to sign it, but he cannot come back here for a year. Otherwise, I mean, we're not taking him to jail. We could, 100% disorderly conduct all day long, but um he just needs to chill and you know, whatnot. So. Yeah, I can see I I I can tell that. That's what I said. I said we're not going to This is not going to No, I'm not I'm not worried about going to jail. I'm going to get an attorney because they had no right They had no right doing what they did. I I know about fear your money back? Yes, I do. Is there And I want my copy of my receipt. Okay. In addition to receiving a one-year trespass from Chick-fil-A, the man was also charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction. Number three. Family's public drinking leads to a public arrest. On May 26th, 2024, officers were patrolling at a local park and spotted a family repeatedly disregarding a city ordinance by openly drinking alcohol. Watch what happens when officers confront the group. Recording. If you want. Okay. Hello. So, you're not allowed to have glass containers or alcohol in the park. Okay. It's a $200 fine. Thank you. All right, so the cooler's got to go back TO YOUR CAR. YOU CAN'T HAVE IT IN THE CAR. It's illegal. So, you can either go to jail or get a $200 fine. Yeah. My husband uh going I come back in the car. Okay. Okay. Okay. Hello. Can you say alcohol is it? A Heineken? Yes, it is, my dear. I need something to cover. No, you can't have it in the park at all. Oh, I don't I can't No. No alcohol. The officer instructs the group to toss out any alcoholic beverages. Had they complied, that would have been the end of it. But, things are just getting started. No bueno. No. No. No. Throw it away. Yep. Any more? No more? Cooler? In the cooler? So, y'all got rid of all the alcohol? No? Why you check all all people have alcohol? It's not allowed in the park, ma'am. One woman in the group agrees to take responsibility, handing over her ID to receive the fine for the violation. However, after realizing the consequences, the rest of the family starts voicing their complaints. Why doesn't that make sense? Because I saw them before and I told them to get it out of here. And I walked around and checked everybody else. I came back and she had it again. No, I told them to get it out of here. I'm giving her a ticket. No, I I gave them a chance to take it to the car. I'll cut you. I need ID card. ID card. Do you speak English? Tell her I need her identification of some kind. ID card, driver's license, passport. Are you here legally? Desperate to avoid a fine, the group tries to bargain. But, at this point, it's far too late to comply. I told you, $200 fine. They didn't understand. And you said, "Okay." Yeah, you go sit down. You're going to jail. No. No, because you're bugging me. Go. I You're interfering me. No, I gave her the chance. She said, "Okay." She told me, "Okay." No, I need your ID. It's the ID or jail. Tell her if she doesn't have ID, I'll take her to jail for a violation of city code. So, it's either jail or a ticket. The violation of city code is a misdemeanor and it's a $200 She wants to know if Can we toss this out? Can we I gave her that chance. She didn't do it. I guess she didn't understand. That's not my problem. She told me, "Okay." Can I do that now? No, you told me, "Okay." If I I said I said Yeah, he didn't move it. He didn't move it. He didn't move it. You told me, "Okay."
