I don't want to talk. I see Ray right now. I want to fight. I don't care to talk. I want to fight. I did not touch that girl. >> Would you wait a second? >> No. I wait till you >> Yeah, but you got to wait one second. One second. >> Okay. No, wait. >> Most diners know how to take no for an answer. But these customers clearly struggle with it. Some customers treat the restaurant like it's theirs. Sneaking in her underage boyfriend [music] was this woman's first mistake. Officers were dispatched to a bar on August 16th, 2024 after reports of a disturbance involving a woman who allegedly attempted to use a fake ID. Here's what happened when the police arrived. >> What now? >> So, I'll let you. >> You want to go over there first? I'll figure it out from there. >> It's a chick in the black. >> Yep. >> Perfect. >> Okay. Yeah, she definitely showed me an ID that was not her face. I tried getting Casey second opinion, but she didn't have her glasses on. No. So, she didn't realize it, but then I took the boys ID and I was like, wait, your birthday's November of 03 sitting there, but she's like, "No, she asked." >> I asked them twice for their card. >> Okay. >> And then you asked twice for an ID. >> Yep. I was like making the drinks as they were getting them out. So, then I come back and I set them down and I'm like, >> I usually have that. So >> yeah, I set him down and I'm like kids, but he's got real short hair. >> Yeah. >> Which one's the kid? >> Because he might be he might be in our back area right now cuz he just had some lady come in trying to get his ID. >> What are you doing here? >> Yeah. And >> did not recognize us from >> wants to press charge. >> Recognize you. >> So what what are what happened to press charges? Well, something got grab. So, I had set the drinks down and I said, "Okay, like I need your guys' IDs." And they're the giving to me and they're like taking the drink at the same time. So, as I see that he was not 21 cuz he gave me that ID. I was like, "Oh, this is not I was like trying to grab it and she grabbed my arm." >> Okay, so you're reaching for the ID. >> So, I'm reaching for and she grabs my arm and says, "No, no, no." And I was like, "No, you know, she said he's drinking it already." >> I said, "No, absolutely." And I said, "Actually, and I know your ID was looked fake as well, so I'll take So then she took her drink and we just dunk." >> And then we said, "Like you guys." >> So you're primarily involved >> with all this. >> Both of us. And we have camera. >> After hearing what allegedly happened, the officer turns to the employees to see how they want to proceed. Yeah, >> you guys are pretty decent. Are you wanting to press charges for a battery if we have that there? Obviously, there's more investigation. Huh? I have this dude, but I don't know who that is. >> I mean, yeah, I will because that's unacceptable. >> So, they're saying >> I want to say >> he was out in our back area. He might still be out there. >> He's got a silver chain and he's got really short hair now. >> Yes, he does not have that. >> I'll go out back with you. >> Thank you. Yeah, I was up there. >> I'll dump it out here. >> Yeah, get him out of here. >> Yeah, we're dealing with something else, too. So, >> I'm not doing anything like here. I'm not making >> Why were we called here initially? >> Oh, I don't know. I didn't >> Oh, they told us that >> you tried to use a fake ID or something. >> I have my Do I need to? >> Yeah. Verify who you are. Yeah. >> Actually, >> yes, ma'am. >> Like, >> yes, I have to verify who you are. >> I won't. No, actually, no. That's a >> You want to go to jail? Cuz then you'll be obstructing. >> I'm not going to go to jail because of that >> cuz you'll be obstructing a peace officer. >> Oh, but that's not actually >> Yeah, you go jail. >> That's how that goes. >> Mr. That's not how that goes. >> Oh, I'm sorry. How long you been doing this job for? >> Actually, >> how long you been doing this job for? If you don't give me your ID, you can be arrested. So, I have to verify your picture matches the name you gave me. >> Actually, that's not actually how that goes. >> Cuz if you give me a fake name, then that's also a different source. This is just to verify you didn't give a fake name. >> Go ahead. >> So, I'm going to ask you I'm going to ask you one more time >> based on my >> I'm going to ask you one more time. I'm I need to see your ID or you're going to jail for obstruction. >> Am I? >> Yes, you are. >> At this point, it seems like the woman has a chance to turn things around. But her next decision only makes the situation worse. >> Send it. >> You want to go to jail? >> You really not going to go to jail because that's not how that works. You go to jail. I don't give you permission to do that. >> You're under arrest. I can search belongings and everything on your person. >> But I'm not. >> I just told you you're under arrest for obstruction. >> But I'm not legally. >> Are you a lawyer? Are you instructor? >> What do you What do you practice? >> You'll find out. >> Where's your buddy at? I have a buddy. >> You said you were drinking with this guy who's underage, too. >> What's the name she gave me? >> Amanda Brink. >> Oh, so this isn't That's not even your real name. >> So, yeah, that's another charge. So, >> I'm afraid of it. >> Be honest. >> It is. >> No, it's not. >> When we tell you to give us your name, you're supposed to give us your name. >> She gave us a fake name. Oh, and Jordan in high school, huh? >> Bummer. >> Well, we in high school. >> Hold on. So, now we're just uh picking on me just cuz you're under arrest. That's fine. >> Done in high school, weren't you? And that's why you're doing this now. >> Sure, you could go with that. >> Yeah. Deflection is great. >> Big oof. >> I did just fine. >> This guy didn't have that issue. That's why you not >> I did just fine in life. I'm doing okay. >> Did you? Okay. >> Oh, we're not in handcuffs for once. Okay. Yeah, >> that's a fact. >> I won't be for long. >> And now people throw up. >> You will, but okay. >> No, I won't. But okay. >> Is James still talking to the bartender? >> Turn battery as well. >> Battery. Okay, cool. >> Camera video. >> Yep. >> Frank going up. >> We going for a ride or what? >> You will be. >> The woman is now in handcuffs, but instead of calming down, she continues challenging the officers. I advise you all on your charges before we just take you over. You know, >> what am I charged with? >> Obstruction of peace officer. Uh obstructing identification. >> Explain. >> Cuz you gave us a fake name >> and you didn't provide your identificational. >> Do you want me to print out the statutes for you at the >> I would like that actually. I'll print it off >> and your staff officers. >> Staff officers? >> Mhm. >> What's a staff officer? >> My you want my name? >> Oh, I know your name. >> Hey. Yeah. I don't know. staff supervisor. >> Okay, you can talk to Sergeant BL. >> You're not military. >> Yeah, never mind. Never mind. >> I was mil I was in the army. >> I've never heard of a staff officer. >> Yeah, there's no such thing as a staff officer. Uh when did I get out? November 21. Here is my last day >> in the army. >> I was a sergeant. >> Yeah, that means nothing >> to anybody. >> You said I wasn't in the military and I want to prove it to you that I was. So, here we are. Apparently, you know every single answer. >> I loved you and Christmas story by the way. >> Christmas story. They turn on the music. >> Peter Billingsley, >> Fred Ryder, BB gun. I don't know what character you're referring to. >> That's who. >> I don't know why I'm still standing there. >> Cuz you're arrested. >> The woman doesn't take the comment well, and her attitude only grows worse as the encounter [music] continues. >> No. Thank you, Captain. >> Um, why am I still standing here? >> Cuz they're still reviewing reviewing some further charges. I'd like to advise you of those charges before we actually take it. >> Really? Can you advise me of them now? >> I told you the obstructing ID and the obstruction of peace officer. >> Actually not illegal. Did you know that? >> I don't know. I don't know where you're getting your information from. >> Get to the station. You'll know that. >> I've arrested somebody for obstructing. >> Happy birthday to you. >> It's real. Pretty boy. >> I'm just telling you it's real. It's also felonies. >> You are amazing in part. Love you so much. >> Orlando Bloom or Sparrow. >> Do the thing. >> What thing? >> Oh, there's my Sergeant. >> I don't know. Nobody's ever said anything. >> Come on. Do the thing. >> You know, >> I never watch those movies. >> Gentlemen came up and talked to me trying to get what was going on at the scene over there. And now I'm in handcuffs cuz I couldn't find who they wanted to find over there. Where's that homie? Where's the homie with the ID right there? >> Nowhere to be found. Baby face. >> Homie. What are you talking about? >> Where's that guy? >> This guy. >> The guy that you >> This is Well, that's me. This is you. >> No, I'm talking about the other guy. >> I have no idea what you're talking about. >> We talked to you, not the bartender, and they told us to go to you because you were the person over there. >> So, that's why. >> Cuz what I was What was I doing over there? >> Apparently, you gave him a fake ID or something. Apparently, no it isn't because my actual ID is on your chest. >> But still, if you hinder our investigation into it, I'm >> hindering our investigation. >> Mhm. >> Super fun. Love this right now. >> I don't know why you have to make it so hard. >> Oh, those are those guys. >> Once again, officers give the woman an opportunity to provide her real name and clear things up. gave us a real name or gave us your ID. Then you wouldn't be in that situation. >> I didn't even hear what's going on. >> Cuz you didn't know that wasn't my real name when I gave it to you. >> Why would I give it to you? >> H >> Why would I give it to you? >> What? >> You didn't know that was my real name. >> You could have it verified with me. That was that would have been pretty easy. >> Really? Would it have been? >> I think so. >> Yeah, because I've had issues with cops before. >> Okay. But again, we were not the past. >> White men that were not, you know, popular in high school, whatever trying to make high school stuff, huh? >> This guy what? >> 59. >> 59. Baby face. >> Oh, 510. 0510. See, that's what men >> who aren't say. 0510. >> By the way, baby face. I've never heard anybody about being >> watch Oh, wait. Um Oh, wait. Nope. Never mind. I have it. My purse. Sorry. >> They have a pizza for us, too. They said when we're done, fell. All right. >> The encounter ultimately concluded with the woman facing a charge of obstructing identification before being taken into custody. This drunk woman made every wrong decision possible. In this next case, officers were called to a bar after reports of a woman causing a disturbance and refusing to leave the property. Here's how the encounter unfolded [music] once officers arrived >> you before. I know, >> right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, what's the issue this time? >> I think they asked you not to come back here. >> I Why there's going to step aside this way? Okay. I'm going to have a conversation with you. >> Okay. >> I do. I need your ID though. >> I don't get it. >> Yeah. >> Thank you. I have Listen, she even told me the shoes lady came back. Literally, one day I totally cut off the seat belt. >> Okay. You look a little bit wobble. You want to sit? >> No, no, no, no, no, no, no. I have high heels on. Look, listen. >> Yeah, but you're leaning toward me now. >> I'm fine. Look, I got Listen, I'll tell you this right now. >> Okay. What happened? >> One day I was here. >> Uh-huh. >> And a guy burp. Wow. >> Okay. Well, what happened today? >> Nothing. No. Absolutely nothing. They will not let me walk into the bar. And I said, why? I'm asking them why. Can you talk? Can I tell you something? >> Just leave her alone. Okay. >> Okay. So, Okay. So, can I get an ID for you? >> The guy burped and I said, "You need to apologize for my dad and he apologized and that that was it." And then the guy from Morgan was at this bar and he banned me from his bar. May I I wasn't even at any of the bars and I came back in May cuz some guys say, "Hey, they're doing trivia at U Morgan's like, okay." Okay. I walked in. He's like, "You're not allowed." I'm like, "Why?" >> And he like kicked me out and I was like pissed off. >> Okay. >> And then he then No, no, no, no, no, no, no. Then he found me. He's bullying me and ostracizing me. He's He's bullying me >> and ostracizing me like and telling everybody that I shouldn't be here and I am like a professional. >> I am a professional. Listen, I just moved here in January. Oh, January >> calling through force. >> Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. >> The woman [music] continues trying to explain her side to the story, but it won't change the fact that the barn no longer wants her on the property. >> I know. And I was probably drunk off my in January. Yeah. >> But after that, I stayed gone for months. >> And I even asked him in in February, I said, "Hey, can I come back? I I like your bar. I want to have like I love your hamburgers and your pizza. Can I come back? >> Can I get Can I get your ID, please? >> No, I don't have it. >> You don't have an ID? >> No, I'm going home. >> Okay. No, no, no. You're not free to leave. >> Yeah, I am. >> No, you're not. >> Nothing wrong. >> Sit for a second. >> And then do nothing right. >> Okay, come here. You can't You're not pissing me off right now. >> Okay, just give me a second. >> No. >> Okay, can you tell me what happened? >> He's bullying me. Okay, tell me what happened in January. You said in January I was drinking and I told this guy offer burping. >> He burped out loud. >> He burped out loud. >> And I made a funny joke. I was like, "Excuse me." And he was like, "Oh." And then he didn't do nothing. I was like, "Oh, what's your problem? Like you have a problem with me? Like literally like you're just going to ignore me? Like you just burped out loud in this barn." And I was here and I'm a a a confident uh woman that is outspoken and I said to him, "You need to apologize." And then he apologized. >> All right. What's your last name? >> I'm not going to say. >> Good night. >> Where are you going? You can't You are not free to leave. >> I'm right across the street. >> You are not okay. Where do you live? Across the street >> in the apartment. >> All right. She wants to trespass, but she's like trying to get away now. So you want I didn't do nothing wrong. >> I'm letting you know that you're not free to leave. >> Why? >> You free to leave. >> You're going to make this situation a little bit worse. >> Really? Really? >> Yes, you are. >> Really? Really? Really? >> At this point, officers simply need to issue the trespass warning. And if she cooperates, the encounter can end right here. >> Oh my god. >> Just sit down a minute. Just sit down. >> Sit. You making me sit? >> Wait. Do you have your ID? No, I don't. >> I didn't bring it. >> I live right across the street, so I did not think to bring it. >> All right. >> And I'm going home. I'll talk to the owner. >> Okay. >> And we'll get this all straightened out. I never did nothing wrong at this bar ever. The one guy burped at me and I said, "You need to apologize." And he apologized and that was it. And ever since then, his bar wouldn't let me in there cuz it was his friend. And then he went he and when I I stayed gone two months. This happened in February. >> When he burped at me, it happened in February. >> Okay. >> I came back. Listen, >> are you listening? >> First, >> are you are are you listening? I came back in May. >> Okay. >> And when I came back in May, >> you know what they said to me? They said to me this, >> he was following me around like I I live here. I live right across street. He saw me and he he went to the main social. He saw me there and he talked to the guy after I left cuz it was closing. >> No, listen. And then he went to the spark. >> She's Listen. >> Would you wait a second? >> No. I want to tell you he's >> Yeah, but you got to wait one second. >> One second. >> Okay. No, wait. I got to do my job. Would you let me do my job, please? >> I wanted you to tell >> I know, but I can't I need to do my job first. He bullied me by saying >> I'm going to talk to this lady real quick. >> Okay. She just wants her back. Can I just tell you? >> She said she's caused a disturbance before. We were here before with her. >> Would you hold on a minute for the love of God? >> She didn't give us her name either. She just walked off. But you have to I know you're not listening. >> Why are you screaming? >> Despite the officer's efforts, the woman continues talking in circles. >> He told me that I told him he told this bar when he came to the bar, he followed me when I was there. I was going after a meeting. I was going to the bar. He followed me and then he told the bartender and the bartend he said I'm buying everyone at this round a drink except for her that's bullying and I said fine I don't care I I pay I I have my own money I have pay my own drink so the guy next to me said I'll buy you a drink I like why he doesn't like me it's okay and he said no >> good evening offic and I said it's okay he doesn't like me because I walked in Mrs. Barney said I was walking in with a married man. And I said, "No, I'm not. I am single. If he's married, why don't you kick him out?" He kicked me out. >> What's your address? >> I don't know. I'm I'm leaving. >> You are not leaving. That's right. Let me go home. >> Before they can formally trespass her, officers need some basic information from the woman. Unfortunately, getting a straight answer has become a challenge of its own. >> I can walk home and there's no problem because I'm in the bar. They don't want me in the bar and never went into the bar. So, there's no problem here. >> Listen, so the so the bartender wants you trespassing her. All right? If you're not willing to give us your information, >> then we have to find another way to do that. And that means you have to come with us. Okay? So, let's avoid that. You've been here the whole night? >> No, I wasn't here the whole night. >> Where? >> I don't want to talk anymore. All right. >> Okay. Hang tight. Watch your head when you go on there. Okay. But first, >> the investigation ultimately concluded with the suspect facing charges of domestic battery and resisting arrest. This parking lot argument at Chipotle went too far. On November 10th, 2025, officers responded to a [music] Chipotle after a dispute in the parking lot reportedly got out of hand. Here's what happened when the police arrived. What >> happened? >> I was in the store. They came in arguing. I thought they were going to go their separate directions. They did not. They kept continued fighting. So, I got involved and I was like, "Girl, it's not >> Who who was the primary aggressor, do you think? Like, who was really >> They were both going at it. They were both aggressing each other." >> All right. >> And then fight started. >> She just left from the back. She open our back door and then you follow me cuz I find over there heard. >> Okay. >> Hello. >> Hi, I'm officer S with Booker Police Department. Do you mind to tell me what's going on today so that way we can level this off? >> Who that white girl is? Well, she just swung on me. So, I'mma beat her. >> Okay. So, I was >> like I told them. >> Okay. So, I wasn't here, right? So, my name's Officer Sanger. Some people call me Mookie. What's your name? when you're ready. Okay. >> All right. You can do >> I don't want to talk. I see red right now. I want to fight. I don't care to talk. I want to fight. I did not touch that girl. She put her hands on me. I'm going to her up. I don't want to talk. I want to fight. Stop talking to me. Leave me alone. I want everybody to get her out of my face until I'm outside cuz I'mma her up. >> So, you don't know who she is? >> I don't know who that girl is. I never seen that a day in my life. But swung on the wrong >> Why'd you do this to you? >> Listen, because my friend pulled into a parking spot. So she gets out the car talking. So I'm like, "What the are you talking about? You just mad over a parking spot." So I'm like, "Girl, what the you talking about?" We in the place. We in there argument. She swing on me and she trying to run. So I grab that by her hair and I start tagging. So when she come out, I'mma her up. >> Okay. So, how did you get the the mark on your lip? Did she do that? She punched you in the face. >> That's what I just said. >> Okay. Sorry, I didn't completely understand the wording that you used. Okay. >> Officers are still gathering information about the dispute, but the woman's behavior is already testing their patience. If she doesn't calm down, the encounter may take a different turn. >> You guys together? >> Are you okay with her? >> Stop asking me questions. Stop talking to me. >> Oh my god, bro. >> Okay. >> Where is she at? >> Are you friends? >> What's her name? >> No. No. Hey. Hey. Hey. Hey. Hey. Hey. >> Okay. Okay. >> I need you. No. No. No. You need to take a >> I can't stand trying to calm down. I can't calm down. your fight now. >> All right. But you can't listen. >> But you can't. >> What's wrong on me? >> Hey, I need you to look at trying to run. >> I need you to look at me. You have police officers behind you. >> Oh, I don't relax. >> But you need to relax. >> Relax. >> You need to get a piece of mind. Relax. >> With a woman refusing to explain what happened, officers turned to witnesses and others at the scene to piece together the events [music] leading up to their arrival. >> Were you involved in a fight? >> No, I just I wasn't involved. I just rolled up. >> Okay. >> To go to the dollar store. I saw the fight in the window there. >> What did you see exactly, if you don't mind me asking? >> I saw a cluster of three or four girls all had each other by the hair, beating the out of each other. >> Okay. >> And first I saw a guy who was like backing up like this in the corner like didn't want nothing to do with it. And then I pan over, see the group of girls. At least one or two of them worked there. >> Okay. And the guy eventually went over and pulled one of the chicks off and then everything from there was kind of like below the sighteline of the tables and I couldn't see. >> Okay, I appreciate it. Did you see a fight? >> I didn't see the fight, but I saw what happened originally. >> Okay, what happened originally? >> Um, sorry for my descriptive terms. The white girl comes >> walking up. I was already sitting here eating. The white girl comes walking up in the back of the parking lot and the other girl yelling out front. >> She's already walking and she's the white girl is going >> What did the white do you know what the white girl was wearing? >> Um black hoodie and baggy sweatpants. And there was a red >> black hoodie, baggy sweatpants. >> Um like a bag a red. >> Hey, we're going to go check Lake. >> And I think she's still in the Chipotle. I haven't seen her walk out. >> Okay, >> maybe she's in the back. I don't know. Okay. >> Um, she was the one that walked up first yelling, "Girl, what's wrong with you wrong with you?" And she kind of, from what I could tell, through the window, verbally started it. >> After speaking with those involved, officers discovered that the confrontation reportedly began over a parking [music] space. So Mariah, you were in here. Something happened with the parking spot. She got upset, came in and swung at you, caused this, and then she tried to run away, so you stopped her. [snorts] >> Yeah, that's what I said. >> Okay. Well, I need to confirm what you said. Okay. Cuz I don't want to make I don't want to have any information wrong. Are you waiting here because you want to fight her? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, if that's the case, then I'm going to have to prevent you from doing that. Okay? Cuz we're not going to have a fight. We're not going to have a physical altercation where you're waiting to fight her. Okay? [snorts] Now, if she needs to go to jail today for what she did, then I need to work with me to tell you what's go tell me what's going on. Okay? If she's the one who caused the problem today, we want to do something about that. Okay? >> Okay. So, go find her then. >> Well, I can't find I don't know what she looks like. I don't know. >> We're trying to help you to prevent you from getting in trouble. We're trying to see [snorts] you. you did this to you to make sure you're not at fault. If you don't want to work with us, that's an issue for you. We're trying to help. Do you want to work with us or not? Because if your solution to this is fighting her, that's not going to end well for anyone here. So, do [snorts] you want to work with us or not? We're here to help you. >> We're just going to be stubborn. >> I already told y'all what I want. >> No, you didn't. So, >> you said I want to be her. >> We can't do that. Can't do that. We can't watch that. Then automatically you have to go to jail. Is that what you want to do? You want to go to jail. >> You're seeing mad right now. I get it. You're hot in the head. I get it. But you can get you take a breath and let us help you. And if you don't want that help, just say the words. >> Tell us you don't want us to help you. Okay? >> I don't want help. >> You don't want help. >> I don't want help. >> Well, if you don't listen, if you don't want our help and you choose to linger around here and and you see this person and you fight her, you're coming with us later. So, I before we leave here, I highly recommend you rethink about what you want us to do and let us help you. >> I don't want to help. >> Okay. To get a clearer picture of what happened, officers make their way inside and begin speaking with the staff. >> Hi. Um, so apparently there was a physical fight. >> There was, correct? >> Can I see it on the camera? >> Uh, let me ask. I don't have access to it, so let me ask my manager. >> Okay. They were just telling me they were pointing me in this direction that's saying you were the one that would have it. >> Let me just ask you. >> What is What does this What does this white girl look like? white girl. Uh, >> how old is she? >> I'm not around my age. Like I say, 18 to 20. >> Okay. So, 18 to 20. What was she wearing? >> She was wearing a gray sweatshirt or a gray sweater. >> Gray sweater. >> Yeah. >> What else? >> Sweatpants. >> Uh-huh. >> And then she was about yay high. Like just a bit taller than me. >> Okay. >> And then she had blonde like yellowish hair. >> Okay. >> And then >> that's all I can describe. And then she had um that was Oh, her keys. She had on >> she had this like towel character on her che on her towel character on her keychain. >> She was like towel. >> Yeah, like a towel on her t-shirt. >> Okay. I'm trying to see if I can get video footage. They don't have access to it at the moment. >> Oh, really? >> Um >> um she But that girl supposedly they were in here when when they fought. So I want to see the footage. >> I thought I went outside. >> No, they went outside after the fight. Apparently something about parking. She came in here and then swung at her and then she went to run away so she grabbed her and threw her down. >> Who threw her down? This girl threw her down. >> Yes. >> After she The other girl swung >> after the other girl. You see the her her lip and her thing after she swung at her. >> He does. Okay. Can I see? >> I mean, you don't really Oh, yeah. There you go. >> And then the girl's on the right. >> Do you mind if I reook at it? >> Yeah. Still haymaker. Yeah. So >> punches, >> bro. I seen you march, bro. I was like, I don't think I know. >> After gathering all the information they can [music] from staff, officers begin wrapping up the investigation. >> Thank you guys. Thank you everybody. >> Is there anything you could trespass of them? >> Sure. >> I'll let them know. >> Do one because the other one we >> The other one's gone. I can't trespass. Somebody's not here. >> Can I have like my >> your ID? Yeah. >> Like my license ID? >> Yes, please. >> That's how I trespass somebody is I need You're considered the manager. >> Still waiting on this. >> I I got I got no >> um you do you feel comfortable to tell her yourself or do you want me to tell her as a representative for you? Like do you feel comfortable or are you scared? >> Um I mean I could it doesn't matter. Do you feel comfortable to say, "Hey, you're no longer welcome here." >> But >> I'll be with you. Well, I'll be here. You tell her. And Okay. Hey, Mariah. You've now been trespassed from the store. The manager no longer wants you to be here. So, you have to leave the store in the premises. >> Okay. >> How am I going to leave if I don't if I didn't trespass? >> Sorry. >> How am I going to leave? >> You can go to the next property or you can go to the sidewalk over there, but you can't stay here. Okay. Would you like to sign her refusal form to say you don't want to prosecute against her with my sergeant? >> Would you like to? >> Okay. Well, you don't have to talk to me, but you got to leave. If you come back here within a year to this property, you will be arrested. A friend of the woman soon arrives, giving her one last opportunity to leave without the situation getting any worse. >> You're you go right now is is uh if you don't leave, >> she's going to end she's going to get arrested by somebody here tonight. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So, she's got to leave. >> Can I put her? >> Is that her car? >> This is Casey's car, but they came together. >> Okay. Can she drive? >> No. I She probably could, but I She's frantic, so I don't know. >> Yeah. Probably not a good idea. I was just going to take them and go back to campus and then bring somebody to come get >> Okay. >> So, can I put her in that car for right now while >> if she's will if she has to leave, right? >> So, that's the biggest thing. She's got to leave. >> That's that's her car, but she's having a panic text, so she can't drive right now. She's got her. And then she's also willing to take >> Okay. So, do you think it would be better if I take them right now and then come back and get your phone? >> That would be the best idea. >> Thank you, Jade. been very helpful. >> Just when it seems the case is about to come to an end, things take an unexpected turn. >> All right. All right. All right, guys. Guys, guys. No, no, no. We're not doing this. We're not Hey, hey, hey. >> I'm trying to walk, >> bro. Call M, bro. Is that her? Is that her? >> Oh, no. Can you please get your phone and call my auntie? >> They just want to take me to jail. >> Yes, you're going to jail. Okay, you are under arrest. Okay, we're trying. >> Going to walk. What the are you talking about? All y'all for me. I'm 125 pounds. >> This is not what we wanted to do tonight. >> Clearly, it is cuz we doing it. >> I beg you to leave, >> bro. I was going to walk to school. >> Sorry. You're okay. >> What are you talking about? I don't want to be in no car right now. I want to be by myself and cool the All right. The encounter ultimately concluded with the woman facing charges of trespassing after warning and resisting without violence. Man ruins everyone's dinner. Then police arrive. On January 4th, 2025, officers responded [music] to a restaurant after reports of an intoxicated man allegedly causing a disturbance and refusing to leave the property. Here's what happened when the officers arrived. It's cuz it's right on the bone and it tightened up. >> Oh, >> there you go. Sorry, I'm trying to fix it. >> I'll I'm loosening it. better. >> Yeah. >> All right, let's go to the car. They're saying hello. >> Of course. You want to talk to any customers? >> Uh, he grabbed the ladies. >> Okay. >> It's my understanding he was grabbing you guys' food. >> I already He asked for food. I gave him some food and something to drink and then he kept trying to get down and he sat down and I had to kind of push him back out of it. >> He couldn't grab him straight. We got nervous. We asked them if they could sit up. >> That's why we She was actually sitting here and then we had her go over there so that he couldn't sit next to her and was there. >> So, we've all switched. >> Did you guys want to face charges for disorderly conduct? No. >> I don't. >> No. >> You always going to get out of here cuz he's trespassing. I that's what I heard when they made phone calls that he >> according to staff and several customers the man appeared heavily intoxicated which may have contributed [music] to his behavior. >> Sorry about that. >> You know what we tried and I guess he was maybe under some influence so you couldn't maybe hear what we were saying, you know. I don't know. >> Yeah, probably. He seems incoherent. >> Yeah. >> All right. There you go. Sorry about that. >> No worries. Um, you know, I gave >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Um, we had some more and I guess we gave them to another officer. >> So, we should have him. I know we for sure had him trespass. >> Yeah. I know you give us three. We'll give them back to you. >> Awesome. >> So, actually, they're right here. And then you guys want to push your charges, right? So, >> yeah. >> Hey, can you unlock your unit? >> Yeah. >> And these are this is for the guy. >> Yeah. >> Aaron the gay. Do you have >> um Matt was just telling me the GM that we gave our cards to a different officer and he said he was going to do something with them. So these are all the ones that we have but we I like I remember having them trespass before >> this guy. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Um we can look online. >> Yeah, we could look. >> Oh, no they don't. They just want it. It's an office. >> Let me check on >> What was his name? >> Aaron Brian. No, those weren't it? >> No. >> No, I need to. >> What? Isn't the computer or the centralized door? >> Centralized. >> Are you able to look up a name of DO for that trespass system? >> The I don't know if he gave him back. >> Unless they took him to enter them. The officer said they're going to enter him. >> Yeah, they didn't want anything. I guess it was trying to take the food. Well, he they gave him food. They tried sitting next to them. She kept looking at the little girl and trying to say so that's why they're sitting in the background. Officers have gathered the information they need and now discuss the next step in the investigation. >> Those cards have one. No. So I guess another officer came, got the cards they had of them. I guess he's he answered them into the system. So that's what check cuz those weren't me. >> He said he was going to go find some more. He gave me three that were >> He said he couldn't find me. >> Did they ask him to leave them? >> Yeah, they were asking. >> Okay. But they were both standing. They were both standing right there. That's when I showed up >> and like he won't leave. You asked him to leave bothering people. >> No, you just not. So, and then I was like, "Hey, police department." And then he just looked at me and then just ignore him like I mean that's >> I think he's just like >> another Benson. Is he in the trespass system that you guys have? >> They're recording. >> Uh yeah, just one of the workers. >> Yeah. >> You just pretend for trespassing me. You don't want to leave. >> Yeah. >> So then but you have to we have to enter the guy, right? Or is it central to not enter him? >> We have to do it. >> Yeah. So, I'll enter him for sure in the system. And then we still have to give him a card, right? >> I think cuz then how are they able to remember these people? >> I thought we thought to give them a card and then just it's not going to hurt them. >> The investigation leaves little doubt that the man is in violation of his trespass warning. And with the paperwork finished, officers proceed to take him into custody. >> Doesn't know what time he asked him to leave, but he asked me to leave the phone or whatever to whatever. Daddy here. Yeah. >> All right. Sounds good. >> Every time I ask, Yeah. >> Hi. Go step out so we can search you. All right. I'm going to be paced under the rest. You can just help me get up. Okay. Flash. Okay. want to take your belt up. >> Yeah, just enough. By this point, the man appears too impaired to put up any meaningful resistance. All right. >> Yeah, I already got it. Let's do this watch. Take this off. Have that future though. Cool. All right. Let's go back inside. Okay. right here. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> All right. >> Can you take me back to my home? >> No, man. I'm taking you to county. >> All right. Put your phone inside. Put your foot all the way in. >> Huh? like trying to pull his head over, but then he like starts. >> Yeah. >> Smells like you. >> The situation ultimately resulted in the man being taken into custody and charged with criminal trespass. In the end, these cases became much more complicated than they ever needed to be. >> [music]
