but I don't the thing is is I don't know what what the argument became of all I know is that I told him to get out of my house this is my house well he you you already told me he paid rent here so in the eyes of Florida I need you to know one month but I need you to know right now he has rights to this property okay for one month yes he's contributed financially to this house it's on paper what if it's not on paper that doesn't matter really that does not matter seriously yes I've been living here for 5 years five years since I was 19 years old so just a little bit of advice you need to evict him because right now if he wants to canot stop him he's contributed financially to this out he's not though he doesn't have any you already told me he did no he didn't he well guess what he gave me footage of the altercation unfortunately for her the evidence presented by her boyfriend reveals that she was the primary aggressor contradicting her claims getting drunk and then as soon as she she's you torn up torn up I got bit on my leg and all the things that she said it's all self-defense I have videos to prove it you want to see them absolutely I would love to here's the first one I'm going to hold it just so my body cam can see it just hit you yeah one of the V videos can I swipe yeah of course she's called me crying saying that I'm sorry I called the cops you're going to go to jail I don't want you to go to jail and I'm like I'm not going to jail I'm sitting here just trying it was like I went to sleep at like 12:00 and I wake up at 6:00 in the morning and she's still awake drinking like a out of her I can't even tell you and then I'm just like she's just started going crazy like she bit the on my leg Yeah that's it's a big how did she how is she she just literally swung hard on that that part of the video yeah it was way too early for sh so do you know how she got her injuries falling around on the floor I've seen her rolling around on the floor but yeah well the thing was is that she was sitting there coming at me punching at me and I just I just self-defense I'm I'm not going to let her keep doing this and whatnot and so she came at me and then she's so drunk that she can't stand up or anything so when she's coming at me she like lunges to like swing at me and she falls on the the floor and it it's just a mess um so just raise your right hand for me misuse of 911 and false allegations just heads up hello hey my Corporal Corporal rich just in case going on young lady he came back he did and he uh he took my keys to my car my keys are nowhere to be found in my house I tried to find them they're gone okay where did he go my phone's gone my phone my keys gone okay I've been looking for them since you left so I don't know if he's again going back services and false reports to an officer number one jealous and emotional girlfriend thinks she can make officers leave her property a man contacted authorities after his new girlfriend allegedly started an altercation following a quick drink in town once home she accused him of texting his ex leading to a destructive Outburst inside the residence upon arrival the officer finds the man outside the driveway and the woman's meltdown continues inside their home 100% of this on video finish she's she's inside or she's inside and I'll be honest with you you might like want to have somebody if you got somebody with you talk to her cuz she's probably smashing like a bunch of stuff inside okay you want fire resue to come check you out for your injuries no no okay but there so give me a quick rundown of what's going on what were you guys like arguing about or like what started all of this we had a great day we went to lilo's she started drinking she has a problem with drinking um have you been drinking too yeah I so both of you guys been drinking I had a bloody mary at Leos okay and um we left there came back here I went to go pick up the stuff I needed for uh work tomorrow I own a company it's construction company so I'm picking up all my to accessories whatever that I need and we go we'll see what I mean she goes off the handle like literally flies off breaking stuff inside put my mower up all right and then went and got in the shower you might opening the door for me I'm going to go I'll go deal with her and then I'll I'll talk with you one he yeah I hear I hear the officer tries to enter the house but the woman immediately resorts to aggressive screaming watch the T standof just just stay outside from now right no problem is there any weapons inside the house I right now I'm just going to detain you based on your behavior right the handcuffs are on and the woman seems to have calmed down she quietly follows the officer to the police car 14 bra 22 I got one female detained clear 33 thanks zck thanks a lot we're got to go around this side all right all right you're good you can sit in the car yeah apparently I mean I haven't got the full story but he's the one with injuries so uh we went to lilos had a couple drinks everything was great like I told him we had uh our give me by my ex um wrap it up with Lilo back [Music] here all right man' you got reach the station and the woman becomes argumentative again until it spirals into a full-blown struggle who how did you get out of that seat belt what seat belt you have me in a seat belt it's on camera don't worry all right can you scoot on over this way please no open this stce okay all right I didn't do anything that's fine I didn't touch it that's fine nothing I never touched you're arresting the wrong person that's be comp please well like what like be compliant what how does that work out for me does my boyfriend get consequences if I'm compliant or if I'm not compliant this is he in consequence so it doesn't matter if I complaining complain does it I still get arrested he doesn't if I'm compant or not compant you just want me to be compliant so I told you to help me and you're arresting me it's him it's him he not me in the end the suspect was strapped in into a wheelchair and was escorted to the processing room she was later charged with battery battery on specified
