her roommates struck her during an cation upon arrival officers found two occupants of the residence along with the Airbnb owner waiting outside this is L hold on a second okay I'm listening to him different I'm the one that's been here I've called the police on him before Russian I'm American I know my rights I don't care if you're American he's Russian okay well Russians have different culture than us okay cuz I've spoken to his wife apparently are you going to let him tell me his side and then I'll listen to your side his side doesn't matter this is my case you got to calm down no I'm pissed I booked this place for the year now I have to move because of this guy so I'm gone in two days you don't know that for sure okay we don't know that for sure that you have to move in I I already got a place okay that's why he did this because he had his one last chance no I'm not are you a roommate or friend or I mean can you calm her down yeah so this please I have another house and he doesn't know the story this lady will move to another house I don't give up you should give he assaulted me he's going to get I'm pressing charges I don't give up start start yeah I started in front of him because now I can't hear him because you're screaming go inside please shut up moments later backup officers arve to assist with the investigation but what the woman does next LS are in officers why am I being detained you're under arrest why obstruction can you close can you please let my dog back what happened in the house with whoever assaulted you okay so that is the landlord this is the guy out front he only comes around maybe once every two months him and his wife own multiple locations okay so there's a house a street over that they own and because this guy has been so verbally and physically abusive I I booked the place till the end of the year and I have to move because if you could still respond we're not sure yet how many people are inside the house all right sorry about all that and maybe we can resolve it once she calms down is now safely on the ground this this is who we all lives together so this is a Airbnb we all roommate with each other so I'm roommate this is the owner there's another roommate inside that he's sleeping without arguing with one another what's what's the issue so you have this place for a year a couple days book it I booked it now you don't pay for it you just book it and then I pay for it a few months in advance it's an Airbnb right she has a place to street over so when this guys started being physically and verb abusive I booked the other place so I'm moving in 2 days all of a sudden the guy that Russian guy is doing a walk through and I came out and I told him I said this is you're the reason why I'm moving and then he got up in my face I don't care to press charges cuz I'm moving in 2 days I knew this was going to happen that's why I called the police recently so who is the guy that assaulted you not the landlord no no he's very nice he's just doing a walk through she asserts that one of the men and she's been living with assaulted her but inconsistencies begin to emerge between her statements and those of the other individuals involved so who's the guy that assaulted you the black guy is he your roommate your boyfriend your husband I've never met him besides here I only know him yell at me okay I don't I just talk loud I promise you guys think that cuz I've worked in music venues I have hearing issues so is there an issue today with did something get physical between anybody no do she saying that it was physical no that's what she want to create Is there videos or anything of any of this three three vtes am I being arrested yes why for obstruction what does that mean that means when you're told to do something and you don't do it you get arrested well can you release me no I have to go to work in all bit well you won't be going to work today how do I do this what do you mean well you'll be going to jail I'm going to jail you have to postp yes ma'am you're under arrest that's what that means that's what that means you get put his handcuffs and back up a police car because you're under ARR that means you're going to jail no and you have to post bond why would I go to jail when this is happening to me you can release me I is my first day of my job listen dude I'm a again this is before before they got into it and the cops were called I came here to kind of mediate things CU I was they started arguing about laundry and they started yelling and getting into his have done to come cuz oper to clarify the Russian man on the scene is the Airbnb owner whereas the woman and the two male renters lived separately in the same residence each having private rooms while sharing common areas very mean and he's the reason why I'm moving and long how long has he been I don't know him like that he's it's a weird situation because it's it's an Airbnb okay so I moved down here from I moved over here from Hollywood so it's it's a weird situation but we don't know each other like that little black ship with no friends I want to be friends with I'm friends with the other people that live in the house cuz I'm cool I'm like a hippie chck how many people live in the house four yeah and everybody has their own room yes it's a weird situation but it was affordable and at the fenced in yard for my dog that's why I can't be going to jail honey I have animals do you live here also okay about dog what we can do what we just see where we're at with all this apparently there's a lot of people live here so yeah it's a freaking Airbnb with five bedrooms so you got you got ton of people um she just kept getting in his face and she ran into his finger or something like that sir you can just leave it on the ground yeah you can just leave I'll I'll collect that freaking house in this neighborhood and turn them into Hotel the with the pink shorts huh the guy in the house she's going to move back over here your house over here right like within a couple days I think she said the Airbnb owner and the male tenants maintained that no physical altercation occurred however the woman remains adamant that one of the male renters assaulted her going like this m and they got really close and and it hit me in the in the face right by where I have my SP in my face and other officer this has happened before the cops came out um the cops two I believe it was like three officers that came out um did he strike her in the face at all uh it was me there was another guy uh that was watching but I guess he left somewhere but he no one no one hait anybody uh he had his hand up like this and she kind of like ran into his hand okay I don't know how she did that but she walked into his hand and I was like let's calm down it's just been tensions brilling for quite some time and that's why she's been looking to get out that's the nature of the Beast yeah yeah like you said when you got five people here that's horrible was like going back to college are you guys just roommates you know dating no husband wife kids in common nothing like that no they'll just share be taking the woman into custody well the thing is when we showed up we didn't exactly know what was going on and she refused to answer questions and refuse to follow directions so she's kind of at where she's at because of stuff she did not to y'all but you know we're not going to come here and mess around when there's six people standing out front and she's acting like that and we tell her stop tell us your name calm down and she tries to run into the house I'm going to go get her name and all that stuff I don't want to in your car but I pull my my nail polish off I can I just put throw were dispatched to Boon's Wild West Saloon after a woman called 911 claiming she was attacked without provocation inside the bar here's her account of what happened Campell County Sheriff's Office what's going on all right so you see my neck okay tell me what happened so I'm just in there dancing I'm doing nothing and like out of nowhere like I don't know I honestly like I have no idea why but there's a group of girls who are in like a they're in a bachelorette party I mean I'm just out there I'm dancing with another guy in here like I'm with him but I'm dancing with another guy in there yeah and all of a sudden like they just grabbed me by the neck and like push me onto the band speakers so my lip is my lip is BU and my neck is like I don't know why I honestly I have no idea why I honestly have no idea where they where are the girls at they're in the bar you know who it was yeah it's it's the bachelorette party they're in that corner over there mying neck hurts soing bad it look fire rescue there like you see my neck right cuz it hurts but I can't see it but like it feels like there's a big Mark right down my neck and my lip it's like they just took me and were like boom and like pushed me into the band yeah but no no not you but like me like they just like took me and like foom pushed me into the band I fell into the band speakers so the band will even be able to see that like any video is going to show them pushing me into the band as officers dig deeper they speak with a bar staff whose accounts tell a different story so surveillance footage supports their claims showing that no one harmed the woman other guests inside the bar also corroborate this statement TR to help her say like hey can I get you to come off the floor because you're like really in a bad shape oh no the silver that's Amanda that's what we way s the wrong that that that girl and she fell on the stage she certainly did and she sat there and kind of looked for a second she sat there for a second kind of looked and then she pushed that girl The Bachelorette into all of us and then that's when we were like hold on a second wait a minute like no we're not going to do that and then that's when the security came over and kind of for buddy you know me I'm not going to pretend I'm innocent one cuz you know I'm not but like I seriously walked away from it 2 weeks ago and then if convicted number three woman gets schooled by police officer after repeatedly misusing 911 this case takes us to San Jose California where officers responded to a 911 call from a woman at a Construction office claiming that a man outside was carrying a firearm however upon arrival officers were told by the workers outside that no such incident had taken place and that no one was armed here's what happened next which one called and so there's a gun none of are saying hey find out who it was because there need to be some problems there's going to be some problems we're going to have to figure that out be I have no reason to go anywhere no they they called that gu what female is calling we need to speak to her right now because she lied to us and that's a big issue so find out what female inside your guys business called us here for this kind of response so we'll go inside and find out cuz it's ridiculous who called the police and said someone had a gun I called the police and said it looked like he taed something that looked like okay well we need you to come outside and talk to us okay because no one said everyone out here saying that nobody said he had a gun and that's a very serious accusation I know it looked like he had a gun in his back pocket that's whyi someone said he has a gun I said it looks like he has a a gun in his back pocket they said where is it I said it looks like it's in his back pocket and they said what color is it I said why are we calling in the first place cuz he says he's just out here recording when confronted the complainant appears unsure but continues insisting that she saw a firearm in someone's back pocket despite all present witnesses refuting her claim and assuring officers that no one in the parking lot was armed so what's the issue what do you mean what's the issue so what did how did this whole thing present itself that we're calling the police to say someone has a gun who has no gun he's been out here he was taking video and pictures of the school kids and then my owner went out and he started in trying to incite the owner and then our other gentleman went out with him Shamir and so I brought my dog out here to go pee and he the man turned around and I saw something in his back pocket and it scared the out of me and I came in right away and I called the police I said it looks like when I saw it like I to the office I can give you my name or my control 56 sam1 do you have the female's name by any chance who called exactly copy thank you does he have a weapon making a false 911 call about a gun is serious however that's not the only concern listen as the lead officer presses the woman about what she told the dispatcher man my my problem too with this whole situation if you're the one
