movie night gone wrong on September 1st 2024 officers in Florida were called to a movie theater following a heated argument between a couple inside the cinema here's what happens upon their arrival being detained you can't detain me and I'm telling you hold why can't I leave you stay there quick why can't I leave because you're being detained you're going to listen to the deputy okay so we're deputy or you're going to go in handcuffs right now while we have to contain you we're determining what's going on so listen to the deputy and stay where you were it's not a joke I understand it's not a joke I'm not sure who you are think you a joke this person did not do help for you okay I don't care I'm definitely Hur she doesn't care she's right okay you can listen to the I'm going to ask you but the woman's disruptive behavior is far from over did anybody hit each other slap each other harm each other no okay and you guys have been married for 4 months no actually three three okay think she knows that she comes in here like a hot little fire she's asking me questions no she you I would have opened up to cuz you were respectful and nice A little decent like you know but you came in problems right here back at the cinema officers complete legal paperwork with a woman's husband while another officer tries to talk sense into her as she sits in the back of the patrol car it's going arrest she was ultimately charged with resisting without violence disorderly intoxication and domestic battery number four woman gets offended after being denied free entrance to a fundraising event on April 20th 20124 what was meant to be a festive Community gathering in Florida quickly unraveled into chaos when a woman allegedly began causing a disturbance here's what happened when officers arrived is that that's her that that's not the one with the black shirt but the other one yeah she been bad she hit her she hit a couple people in here stay here I will break your and shove it down and you can look that up okay and I told him why are you charging people to celebrate their culture at a poow that nobody was even dancing in and when I danc in they kicked me out of the dance they kicked me out from celebrating my own culture okay from celebrating my own culture the officer listens as the woman gives her side to the story but moments later tensions begin to rise once again so because I had my wolf dog with me okay all right I'm American I'm enrolled I'm from Washington State okay I am black feet my kids are all in roll black feet my kids are in R black feet are your kids in roll black feet didn't think so didn't think so come here come here come here come here no come here she's coming at me she's coming at me I'm going to put you on the ground she's coming at me stop stop she's coming at me look at her I get it it's not helping anything but at the same point I told you to stop and you didn't okay I tried to stop but she came at me she came at me look at her look charge me and my family to come here I'm like excuse me I'm a Native American why are you trying to charge my family to celebrate my culture that's colonization that is bigotry that is ugly and like and the all these people I'm talking to look white yeah and and none of them are telling me what tribe they're from none of them are telling me their language none of them is speaking to me in the Native American language none of them and that's all I was looking for I was like why are you trying to charge my people to celebrate yeah poow our culture and you're trying to charge us while the primary officer deals with a woman other officers interview Witnesses at the community event and discover that she physically harmed several guests yeah I see how do you understand that how do you feel I see how that could be frustrating and then they they got mad at me and then I went out there dancing with my dog which she is a emotionally support animal and she's certified and they tried to kick me off out of the place because my dog was with me which is unlawful she is my emotional certified animal you can look it up I PTSD I have severe PTSD so if anybody comes at me I'm going to fight them for my life okay I'm doneal with ptst I've always been multiple times I GRE with like a horrible childhood so if somebody comes at me guess what I'm going to fight yeah I'm not a runner I'm not like you know when people say okay when you have trauma you're either going to fight or fight or P or like be still right be still or fight or flight I get and I'm fighter so I didn't fight anybody so how did how like film me on the Chain events right I took my dog out of there right so so you were going to leave like at what point I was going to leave and they were still coming at me okay all right when and when you were here the old woman tried to come at me and you didn't see that no cuz I was still trying to navigate my way through exactly I understand that but she was coming at me like she was going to attack me okay and that was behind your back all right well let me do this okay I'm going to put you in the air conditioned car for a minute um while I go and I talk to everybody try to get an understanding of what's going on and see what I can do they're all going to lie okay go ahead fortunately the woman chose to comply and allows officers to escort her to the police car without issue go ahead come you he's laughing at me you got you got to walk with me he's laughing at me I get it he's just trying to be a just I I know it's it's antagonizing but at the same point it's just is what it is I tried to keep them from doing the same to you uh and I wasn't they have attacked me and the woman came at me when you're holding me yeah I get that we're working on it just give me a minute to talk to everybody else and see cuz I got to I got to come up with a consensus on what happened it takes a minute talk to my husband I don't fight people I will I'll talk to absolutely is it cuz these people are coming at me cuz I brought my dog into the dancing area and they told me to take my dog out but I said she had a right to be there cuz she's my emotional support complainants had to say I came up to the gate this is a fundraiser for the local homeless club right my native American group puts it up and she came up and I have two elderly ladies there working the gate and she started screaming at that yeah so I walked out there I said honey you need to calm down if you don't calm down I'm not going to allow you in well I'm 100 foot black foot I'm this I'm that and they disrespect no you disrespected them all they would all they asked her was it's you know you have to pay to get in we have rules about the circle that's our church that's where we dance and pray dogs are not allowed in the circle I don't care if it's a service dog it's not allow she's in there prancing around with her service dog she was asked to leave the circle with her dog that's when everything just hit the fan and she exploded they were trying to kind of push her out this way as much as they could without but she did hit a couple other members including my son and myself moments later additional Witnesses come forward providing testimony against the woman who was the first one to actually have physical contact with a young lady I'm the security guy here and I got called over well we saw the young lady walk a dog into the circle well we Native we don't take the dog in the circle so I went over and I called my daughter over to speak to her sure and she didn't come out she got bent in the Circ she came out and she got this far from my daughter's face so I pushed in between them and I just I kept my hands because I wasn't going to lay my hands on her stayed like this and I was pushing her trying to get her to come this way so we could get her away from everybody and try to Cal her down and so I just kept going and I ended up having I'm te people behind me and she hit me here here went on the arm I mean not anything serious but she did strike me okay my wife was in behind and she reached by me and C my wife right sing the for it with a fist I came over and she was going at my husband hitting him in the chest and I looked at her and said please stop he is handicapped this man had just gone through two surgeries and she just went right over his shoulder right into my forehead so I stood up just to make sure she didn't like do anything to my sister my mom and I'm like man please calm down and all of a sudden it's just boom straight to my eye I have been in the you said you're going to talk to my husband and he's right here and you have me talk to him I'm getting there there's a lot of people to talk to what is going on well I'm going to I'm going to have a conversation with you here in just one minute okay he's just giving me some information what he's giving me some information he said going to jail he said you wanted all of our information so sentenced to 36 months of probation on top of that she was mandated to attend outpatient alcohol treatment and anger management classes and was also ordered to pay fines number two women's attitude lands are in more trouble on March 26 2024 an officer in Florida conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle due to an expired tag however it doesn't take long for the situation to escalate far beyond a her own father and sibling in our final case officers were dispatched to a residence on December 6th 2023 following a 911 call reporting a woman assaulting both her sibling and her father upon arrival The suspect's Sibling immediately briefs officers on what transpired yeah no you're going to tell me well I don't mean to say but um my sister she came over here she's I father J she's atic she's uh kind of relapsing she had an issue she came over here V thing and it kind of escalated what do you mean by escalated yeah she's getting physical okay keep your head she right now uh I believe so hello
