that's on them but I'm not going to leave the keys to your vehicle with anybody that you haven't decided is good cuz if there's stuff in there that you don't want to get and if your vehicle gets stolen then we're liable for it so there's no way I can just get a cour DAT because like this is really crouching a lot had it just been dwlsr and like probably yeah it would have just been a cour DAT tell I don't want to talk nobody now moments later officers track down the suspect's address using her license plate they waste no time Towing the vehicle as they move in to confront her Michelle what's going on with my car your car that was involved in a hit and run no the one that I have on camera at Walgreens and a witness no no no okay well we're Towing it for processing and then what you can get it out and then what I'll probably come and arrest you what hit and run and then what go to jail for what hit and run how long does this take I don't know how long however long I want to take my license out like what is up with this like this is not even watch your knees Pennsylvania versus men step out of the car step out of the car I did what are you talking about can I get my property please what are you guys doing this man this is wrong man like yeah man it's just over a register vehicle right and you had many opportunities to to to comply I I asked you many times I always comply what is it that this you were not complying sir so I got I got my I got a valid driver's license and I just wanted some answers like it's is my right to ask questions you you're right and so it's it's wrong that that I can't ask questions no it's wrong that you didn't F so oh my God this is this is this is so bad for context license plates marked as exempt are reserved strictly for government-owned vehicles additionally illegally altered fraudulent or counterfeit license plates are a violation of state and federal laws can I get my ke pleas have a seat in there this is crazy can I get a phone so I can get my phone call no you you'll get all that when I'm going to jail yes and like this is it's crazy this ISS he's a non- US citizen does that mean he provoke or pronounced the citizen yeah right that's so while the man's driver's license was valid the vehicle was both unregistered and equipped with an invalid tag even so listen as he attempts to argue that he's innocent I've studied some laws and it says that they that we have a constitutional right to travel and is that not right unregistered motor vehicle huh now it's an unregistered motor vehicle no that that'll be commercial vehicle then then commercial it doesn't have a tag assigned to it or anything no that that's what I'm saying if he had a tag it would be commercial that's what I'm studying and it and tag they say on the trailers that are like the Exempted you know it's like I was comping it's not like I did I L you didn't step out of the yeah I did step out of the vehicle after I hit the window no but I I was just I was trying to give you my license first didn't argue with you I was trying to give you my license first and I like of course I'm going to get out if you threaten me to to to break my window oh my God man like why do you guys ruin people's life man like this is wrong like for nothing like I didn't do nothing to nobody and you guys are trying to ruin my life literally like I like I I have I have not person right J just want to abuse her innocent person ugly man oh man I know this ain't going to hold hold hold when we fight this in the court court court I might all these other extra charges I don't know why why would you put all those extra in there the man was charged with resisting without violence failure to register a vehicle and attaching a tag not assigned number one woman thinks she can make demands to the police on June 8th 2023 a social Security office in Florida became the scene of chaos as a woman flipped chairs threw objects and argued with security here's what happens when the officer arrives right right please stoping me please you doe please take was rude over my car in my face like he I got you I got you I'm help you're a man a somebody's child Ma I'm somebody's child at end of the day 97 can you get my blog my I want my mama I just want my [Music] stuff you got any weapons anything on you man I just my just going to check make sure where your keys at in your pocket right there all right I'm going to turn on the AC and everything I just want my phone I I need to speak to my mom call my mom my S what happened I'mma to take these off for you okay all right I just my [Applause] mom and then they took off when they saw the I just want all my information please I got you my social there 15 have see you not on rest I'm going turn the AC on and crack the window all right have a seat sit down sit down sit down you okay let me turn the AC on and crack the window after giving instructions to his partner the officer returns to the suspect to question her about what happened before his arrival can I get myself my brother is in the Army I have I have the car yeah just my partner's pulling up I'm going let him go and get it I'm bleeding and I'm bleeding my mouth like where you bleeding at in my arms in my mouth because that man physically came in my face out tell tell me how this all started from the beginning as I was in there I was explaining to someone my situation in the case the person they had in there he was very rude and disrespectful um at first I'm like okay I'm just I'm dealing with it I'm fine it's still trying to explain I'm trying to figure out what's going on um was R these are his cuffs they had her in cuffs she saying that she was 31 and everything El that came in my face a groan man I'm 22 years oh I'm somebody's child he basically came in my face like this he said get out get out okay then he came and started shoving in and that's when I immediately my but you weren't talking to him initially you were talking to the people speak to him at all don't do that to somebody child at all period okay you don't call don't come up and threaten like you going to do something you're a man at the end of the day a man I'm a female I didn't do anything to disrespect him mhm then he physically came and just automatically started hitting me and pushed me down when you say h i want you to tell me exactly what happened like a br man just it started doing that you don't do that when you say he did that were you punched some in my mouth because you were hitting your mouth area I feel nothing I swallowing and smelling nothing but blood that's literally done I'm tasting right now as I'm swalling somewhere within my mouth that's literally what they did and I'm told get off me you don't do do that and you and you could get the camera you get that footage right there I will never ever ever ever get out of car like that unless I'm provoke yeah and that's exactly what he did according to the report the 22-year-old suspect was at the office to apply for benefits due to One Employment but an argument between her and the staff led to the 911 call I don't appreciate that okay and I tried to ask my mother whatever he took all my Pap work so at no point you didn't assault anybody inside did you inside no no no one inside at all you didn't throw any chairs or hit anybody or anything like that I I I did knock over a table I knocked over a table in a chair when did that happen but before that was that was after when the conversation with me and someone else was done I did knock that over and that that was out of frustration which was on my end and I apologize for that but it was out of out of action because of how the person in there was treating me as trying to explain everything he just was very dis and I had to keep on telling him and it just so after that that that led to that I then went to walk out he Then followed behind me he said get out and he came this close to my face still calling me out my name okay I don't appreciate that did you ever assault him at any time um once he came up in my face and this close I backed him up I pushed him and back up okay you don't come close to me like that he says how close he was to my his nose touching my nose don't do that I got you can I please get my things yeah my partner's going to get them no I like them now cuz 85 8814 she has some property in there can you just try and locate that for me um yes he did um he took my fers he took my phon and belong is all I have that sell out my pocket he has that my folders that has my social all my personal information the officer took off the suspect's handcuffs as a courtesy but now she begins making demands once I determine we're going to look at the video once I what does I have to do with my phone listen to what I'm telling you I just want to call my phone my name's officer Jones with the West Palm Beach Police Department I'm I'm trying to figure out if a crime occurred once I determine that you're not under arrest or anything like that you can have all your property okay can you at least call my mom to call somebody because I have to my brother's going to the Army by I have to come home by four you're going to have to give me 10 minutes okay well get someone call them because I need to know I have the car you going to have to give me 10 minutes give me a moment well I just need someone to call her now because you're calling me I can't get my B but I just need some contact to me for them I'll allow you to make a call once we determine what's going on all right because can you physically call no I just we need you to call them right now because I'm the way to get those I I took the Cuffs off you that they put on I understand I didn't put my cuffs on you no my only thing is like my mother and they the car they'll be all right you going to have to wait 10 minutes all right no this is not all right I and they also need to be aware of this situation okay okay I just want to speak to my mom put your feet in stick your feet in real quick one other thing man do you need the Medics or anything do you think you need medical attention right now do you want me to call the paramedics to come check you out please okay I will 8:15 was one watch as the officer interviews the security guard who is involved in the altercation what's going what's going on today you you call this in yes sir um she was inside one of the windows it looked like she didn't she didn't like to hear the news that they gave her okay so she became religious she grabbed the chair she started throwing the chair while she was walking out okay once she got to the uh the door right in front we have a desk full of applications she just swung all the applications everywhere okay we asked her to go outside my partner was escorting her outside she heard me cuz she kept on trying to come back in my partner says no you cannot come back you got to leave you got to get out of here once she heard me say uh ma'am you got to get out of here you cannot come inside she said she thought uh she said she thought I called her I didn't right away she swung at me she hit me right here in the side I grabbed it I put it down to the ground iide it just put head okay do you guys have video or anything up there there video right up there and we got a monitor over there you got have you guys looked at the video yet just happen right now okay are you guys able to rewind the video and take a look at it okay um ultim what do you guys want to do have a trespass from here or yes yes course well let me see that'll be up to the uh manager we don't have a say on that that okay um that'll be definitely episode stury if I don't know if they may put a ban on her I don't know what's uh what's your badge number sir I have to put it for my report I'm 20 I'm 2212 2212 and can we get an incident number once we're done you get all that from this officer over here right over here okay give me one second I I'll meet you guys over there another employee who witnessed the incident now gives their account to the officer Federal Protective Services um the the officer it was out here last time and the officer um the um security officer said well I don't want to press charges so you guys let the person go because and then we said yeah we want the person trespass okay so I mean we want the person trespass but there's going to be criminal fing charges filed against for assaulting a federal employee FPS is going to follow up on that okay um but they they so is that internal or FPS Federal Protective Services when they got here they were they were a little upset that the person was released after they assulted a federal employee okay are they so how does are they what what is happening with her now nothing we're not doing we haven't done nothing yet we just we just started you guys your man had him her detain we had the officer come up right now she's in the back of the car so they were escorting her out of the building and she literally hit one of the officers in face yeah that's from what she saiding that's from that's what he was saying he was going to supposed to be keying up the video and then talking to you to see what you guys want to do I mean as far as the video goes I mean the video usually that takes us a while to get the video together and and produce copies and everything it's not it's not an immediate rewind no I mean we can look at it immediately but we can't produce a CD or anything I I don't need that 24 hour thing so usually what happens is sometimes based on the way you guys want to go we'll look at the video and basically we'll see on that the video what what Thea that occurred and from there if you guys want to press charges then you know they arrested outside of that if they just want to trespass then we just do that um I don't know when you said the the people who were upset that you to release that you guys it's whether or not the officer wants to press charges I mean basically yeah okay all right let's go look at the video then I can do that watch what the cameras captured go ahead and play it I'm still on guys it's kind of hard to tell so I don't know if she it's kind of hard from that angle right there I don't know if she started she started fling her hands she I mean she could have I don't it's hard to cuz they definitely I mean have you have we talked to them yet they everybody has talked we not um they see the security they said because when they had them in this one guy was like this you can't come in here the other guy was super super close saying you can't come in here and then she went down to the ground so I don't know he says that she said that um he heard a um and because of that then she kind of went she went at him and struck him on the right side well go ahead go inside and talk to security guards okay separately say the two guys that were involved just you know talk to him separately say hey F what happened and then we'll go from there okay and see if they don't want to if you know if if she struck them first mhm and they're and they're like listen because they're security guards they're not they're not law enforcement so which is still see if if they just want her gone we can write a report say she's the sus or she's the offender you know they don't want to prosecute they just want her gone okay and then we'll go from there y a or but now if they if they took it too far then we'll figure that out to with the surveillance footage providing only a partial view of the incident officers now rely on the complainant statements to decide how to proceed good how you doing good to see you you mind if I speak to you you mind if I speak to you all right I'm I just want to speak to you guys individually okay um so tell me tell me what happened please so I heard uh I think a chair drop in the hallway over there I didn't I looked at the camera I didn't see my partner reacting to it he was just walking I didn't think anything of it so she comes out I didn't know there was an incident until she swipes at the application desk with the pencils okay once she did that I got up I'm like what's going on and I looked at her and I saw her yelling at my partner saying you called me up or whatever so at that time I just said no you got to go you got to go okay and then I said I'm going like this cuz she's a female I didn't want to touch her she can't go back in uh she just went over me and like loued at him and hit him okay and when she hit him he just held her put on the floor and as he held her he's like hey can you get my cuff so I got his cuff for him and icff her she got out the handcuffs two times mhm so I said listen I don't want to put you on the floor I don't want to put the handcuffs too tight and she was like I'm skinny as how do you think can get out I was like I understand that please stop resisting you're on federal property I started explaining the whole Federal property you're committing a felony she was like I don't you call me I said I didn't call you so let's let's treat each other no so I just held against the wall with the handcuffs until you guys survived then when your I think it was your partner who came and then he just took her and that was it okay um and I saw you with your hands out like this you was he was in that inner door kind of walking there to that basically nting her back in because she's already destroying property and I didn't know what she was going to do in there she got aggressive so I just do this to kind of like come on let's go you not coming back inside okay and then she leaped over me and so your partner was in front of you no he was behind me like literally right here and I was like this us her out okay and then she just lounged over me and struck him I don't know where she struck him in the face or on the shoulder but she struck him he then took her now okay um do you mind grabbing that gentleman your um the gentleman who got here you want me to call him over here please listen as the second security guard provides their perspective on what happened all right again if you just walk me through um Mr okay um once I was going to the front to try to see what the people that in the front so I get him for the appointments I was heing the screaming in one of the windows so when I went to the windows I didn't uh approach or nothing I was just letting the people in the back of the window trying to finish off with her to see if there something that they could just control it Well the lady in the window she couldn't handle her no more cuz she was getting a little r so she called one of the managers bring me up to this right right here once she got up she didn't like it I didn't I haven't said nothing to her oh still she grabbed the chair she threw it she started walking I started walking behind her so she threw the chair when she was at the window she was in the window she threw the chair in the window okay then she came in she knocked the stuff over correct were you stand were you in front of your partner or or behind the partner I was my partner was right between us so he was like this I'm right here he's right between us like this so you was behind him I was behind Okay so once cuz I was letting my partner handling but once she started going over him and she came back I was like man you got to leave once she told me go like this you said your partner was handl it but you told her she got to leave yes cuz she kept on going over him so once once she tried to return back again the second time to come back inside I said ma'am you got to leave y That's when she said she heard me she swung on me and that's when I BR out here like okay um I'll get your information in a second actually I probably need your information now do you have your ID or your your photo ID after concluding the investigation officers determined that the suspect was indeed the aggressor the responding officer now informs her of their decision hey man so uh based on our investigation you know we looked at video we spoke to an independent witness somebody that was inside when all this happened and uh we spoke to all parties unfortunately you know you're going to be under arrest today why okay for for battery battery on a security guard he came up to and put his hand he came in my face that was literally a fir fight respon you can't physically come up in some on space like that I don't understand so so I just want to explain to you that that's where we're at right now no no I don't understand because he came in my face that that's literally how I respond I don't understand is your mom or family on the phone you can let them know real quick that you know you're under [Music] arrest I don't understand no I don't understand no I want you to understand because he physically came to my face like this how do you expect me to get off of me no leave me H you got to put the phone down H just tell tell mom we'll give you a chance to call her back all right we'll call we'll call her back okay all right my brother there you go we'll take the phone from you give my key to my brother okay give this to my my brothers are out here give them my key I'll get it we'll give it to them y we'll give it to I'm not going to put these on you got small wrists all right just turn around for me other hand I don't understand after he came it's my the video honey everybody the independent wi turn no no no but did you see him coming to my come get this key I have to go give us one second we'll bring it to you literally physically I got I got you no I don't understand I want to double lock these so they don't hurt your wrist all right I don't understand can we give your brother your stuff is that okay we'll leave bring your phone with you okay but we we'll give him the rest of your stuff okay officers respectfully pat down the woman and prepare her for transport but she continues to insist she did nothing wrong is there anything in here besides your phone that you need hold on one second man can I WIP my nose like you going to have to wait just a moment turn just wipe my nose do you have an idea or anything in here do you need to take with you okay one second man yep one second one second hey come get my um no he's going to come over when we call him we'll call him over when we're ready all right I just don't understand how he basically came in my face okay honey he's he's a security guard okay why are you taking pictures of me sir but why is he taking photos okay turn turn around man turn to the side taking photos I just got to get the property out of your sweatshirt here's the key that she wants to give them yep you want to keep those glasses right you want to okay all right all right um I don't understand to take this off why do I have to take this off they're not going to allow this can I wet my hair or something because my hair is put that in there all right have a seat despite her in claims all witness statements indicate that the suspect was the first to physically engage with the security guards I know who I didn't know she was throwing that to you I don't understand did you see the video Turn Around man no but did you guys see the video he literally came in my face like he came in my face L what's going to happen cuz I don't know like here sit down and I'll exp see stuff right here and the bag that's all her stuff excuse me I reach right over here sit back can I just wipe my nose or something go ahead I'm not going to put you in cuffs if if you can wipe it you can wipe I can't I'm sorry we're going to have to keep the cuffs on you for right now okay you could put them back on I just need to wipe my nose or something we're going to have to leave them on right now all right you're under arrest at this point I know but I'm not not leaving I just need to wipe my nose if you want to rub it on your shoulder or something you can all watch your elbow you need step in our female officer she's right here in Claus she's going to come and uh take you to the bathroom we're going to go inside though
