Here's when customers attack workers at a restaurant, and it doesn't end well. She expected a fun night out, not a ride in a patrol [music] car. On June 22nd, 2024, officers were called to a bar after a woman was accused of making racist remarks toward other patrons and fighting with staff who tried to remove her. Here's what happened when the police arrived. >> And what's your badge number? No. What's your badge number? No. You have a right to tell me your badge number. What's your badge number? The encounter has already taken a bad turn, but the woman seems determined to keep the confrontation going. >> I have not moved one inch. >> Relax. >> I am I have not moved one inch. >> So, what am I being arrested for? Disorderly conduct. >> Interesting. That's crazy because I'm pretty sure I went to the bathroom. >> I came out. Go ahead. Go ahead. Take a look. >> We will, but >> Yeah. Go ahead. Take a look. I would love for you to look through my bag. >> There's nothing in here that I don't remember. >> No, because I did nothing wrong but go to the bathroom. >> I would love to know. So, you're arresting me for disorderly conduct. Okay. >> So, you do? >> Yeah. So, you're arresting me for disorderly conduct. Okay. >> Sit down. >> For going to the bathroom? >> Sit down. >> Okay. Yeah. Absolutely. >> She definitely got I mean, >> just turn off. >> It's a female. So, I was like, "Okay, I'm all good, but I can't get pizza. Then I started getting >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Because the security guard was like, "We don't." Yeah. She was actually left. So I was like, "All right, we'll just like her out." And then she wasn't leaving. >> I mean, I trust Ali if he says you like she needs to come out and again take >> Exactly. She came out of the door. She started yelling. Right. Right. Right. >> No, no, no. Uh, no. He's definitely >> You're just starting over. >> Yeah. That's why I'm sitting there. >> After discussing how to handle the situation, the officers return to the woman and try to explain what comes next. Unfortunately, she still doesn't seem willing to listen. >> Let me tell you something. >> It's been my time. You can't keep me in a car for my window. I want >> I'm not going to break your window. I don't want to break the window. I want my phone call. You've kept me in this car for too long. I cannot breathe in this car. I cannot breathe in this car, sir. I cannot breathe in. >> No, you get I owe a phone call. I've done nothing wrong but go to the bathroom in the men's room. I've done nothing wrong but go to the bathroom in the men's room and you guys are arresting me for that. I have done nothing wrong. >> But you know I've done nothing wrong but go to the bathroom in the men's room. You have nothing better to do but you shut up and listen. I'm about to take you out and she's going to grab your piercings off of you. >> I've done nothing wrong. Like, let me go. I have no priors. You know that. >> I have no priors. I've never done anything wrong. >> All I did was go to the bathroom in the men's room because that's what I identify as. And you guys are arresting me for that. Can you say so? Should I get earrings, please? >> But for what? >> For what? >> For what? >> For what? For what? >> Cuz the county jail doesn't let you have piercings. >> But why am I going to jail? Because I went into the bathroom in the men's room. >> I am not even intoxicated. >> So, you're going to Okay. You're going to go to honey and you're going to go arrest every single person that's drank alcohol there. >> The officers carry on with the search, but the woman isn't finished causing problems. >> No. Pick up the back of my ear. >> Stop moving when I'm trying to take your earrings out. >> I want you look for it, you dumb. >> Take the other one. I'm tired of this. Take the other one out. Take the other one out. We'll look for a bunch of >> Yeah, take the other one. >> No. Look for it. You want to talk to me like I'm a piece of >> You want to talk to me like I'm a piece of >> Turn like you're me like you're better than me. That's what's wrong with the system and you know it. >> You're going to make me >> I have no prior. I have no prior and you're treating me like I'm a piece of >> her nose too. >> Okay. All right. Here. Get her nose. She's got her nose. >> How do you do the no? How do you do the nose? >> I can't do it. My hand's ahead. >> Yeah, she has a lip or what is that? >> Can you take that out? >> All right, sit back. >> All right, play. >> Hey, Gabby, don't >> I've done nothing wrong but go to the bathroom and the men's room. >> I have done nothing wrong. >> I have done nothing wrong and you know that. But you know that I have done nothing wrong. >> You're that bored. You're that bored. >> In the end, the encounter resulted in the woman being charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Man walks out on a Cheesecake Factory bill, then learns a lesson. On September 28th, 2025, officers in West Palm Beach, Florida, responded to a Cheesecake Factory after a customer allegedly left without paying a tab of more than $100. Here's what employees told them. >> Okay. Um, I was managing a restaurant. One of my servers came over, uh, sorry, at the Cheesecake Factory in West Palm Beach. Uh my server notified me that upon taking over one of his new tables, uh the check that was already open from his guest already had quite a few drinks on it for just one person. However, his guest didn't eat food and he didn't seem intoxicated. So, we decided to just monitor him closely um to make sure that he didn't have too much to drink. He did order one more drink with uh with dinner and then that's when we decided that even if he ordered another one, we weren't going to. But regardless, at that point, the total on the check was a bit high for one person. So, we decided to keep an eye on him anyways, just to make sure that he paid the check. I watched him go to the restroom. He came back and sat down at the table, told the server that he wasn't ready to pay yet because he was busy watching a show. It was a football game on TV. So, at this point, I'm definitely standing there watching him. And then sure enough, as soon as I turn my back, I turn back around and I catch him walking out the front door and I sort of just step in front and I say, "Hey, sir, you know, unfortunately, we just need to make sure you paid for his check." >> He kept insisting that he pay for it, insisting that he paid for it. But I knew before walking up to him that up until that point, the server had not received that. >> So that he kind of tried telling us that he gave it to somebody else to kind of throw us off and make us spin around a little bit. And then eventually he was just cursing at me, turned around and walked out the front door. >> With a $141 tab left behind, staff say they gave the man a chance to settle the bill before calling the police. Unfortunately, that effort didn't go very far. >> And then that's when security had already been notified by my other manager. So I kind of just stayed with the guest and just politefully over and over just kept asking him, "Please, sir, just pay for the check. Please help just take care of this. Figure this out." >> And then he just kept walking. Security eventually got behind us and followed us to make sure everything was okay and then that's when you guys showed up as well. >> So the whole time he was there he sat by himself the whole time? >> Yes sir. >> And he never made any attempts to pay any which >> No. At one point before leaving he it appeared to be making a phone call but nobody answered because he hung it up right after and then that's when he got up and walked out. >> And he told you that somebody else would pay for his tax. No, he told me repeatedly that he gave cash to an Italian gentleman, >> but >> okay, >> we could not figure out who that was. >> I got off the phone with 911 cuz this kid's chasing me around saying I owe a tab. I said I put cash in a in a book like that for someone and someone took it. And then he's chasing me. I'm like, "Please leave me alone. Please leave me alone." >> What do you mean someone took it? They can review cameras. What's your name? Do you have your ID? I paid my tab and he's chasing me around. Like, why is this kid chasing me? >> Do you have your ID on you? >> I do not have ID. Everybody knows me >> and what restaurants I own. >> Take your hands out of your pockets. >> Do you have anything with your name on it? >> I do not. >> So, how am I supposed to identify you if you don't have anything with your name on it? >> And now you're identified. >> I already took >> I didn't do anything. >> We're investigating something right now. investigating something. >> Sir, what is your name? >> This is >> What is your name? >> Getting really old cuz everyone >> What is your name? >> The officer gives the man a chance to explain himself, but he doesn't appear interested in making things easier. >> I need a lawyer is what my name is cuz I didn't do anything wrong. >> Put your hands behind your back. Oh. Oh, let me get some fer on a Friday now. What a bunch of >> Are you going to give us your name or you want to pick up another charge? It's up to you. >> Well, I've been a lot of names. >> What is your legal name? >> What's your legal name? I never had legal birth certificates. >> What is your legal name? >> Why are you cuffing me? I didn't do anything legal. I paid my tab. >> Is your legal name? >> I paid a tab. So why are you cuffing me? >> Does my name matter? I paid my tab. >> You guys are going to prosecute, right? >> I mean, we just wanted to get the cash. >> He's not going to He doesn't have no cash on him. >> The general manager's on >> I would I would hope that you want to prosecute cuz now we're have a guy that doesn't want to give his name up. Doesn't want to participate. Said he pays his tab. You know, he didn't pay his tab. So, I mean, other way other than them not learning their lesson and just doing whatever they want, that's our options. >> Why are you cuffing me? I didn't do anything illegal. >> Yo, stop cuffing me. I didn't do anything illegal. Why you yanking me around? >> I'm not yanking you around. >> You know who I am. >> I don't. >> Yeah, you do. >> No, I don't. >> Who are you? >> You always said everybody knows who I am, man. >> I don't know who you are. >> Why you yanking me around? What are you arresting me for? >> You're being a lawyer. >> You are being detained. >> Give me a lawyer. Give me a [ __ ] lawyer right now. Detained for what? Psycho. Out of a restaurant that's not even his. What are you talking about? You're illegal. Put your chest up against the door, man. I'm not doing this anymore. So is everything at Publix. >> Everything at Publix is yours, too. >> Who's that? >> Put your face up. >> Do what I'm asking you to do. >> Hey, tell him to geting hands off me, man. >> Why are you so angry? >> Cuz you're a Cuz you arrested me for no reason. I paid my tab in cash and that little is running around with some computer tab when I paid my waiter. The Italian waiter. Stop screaming. >> Stop screaming. I'm right here. You put your chest on the door. That's it. Shut your mouth. >> That's it. That's all you have to do. >> Hey, don't touch me, man. >> Don'ting touch me. You're aing bunch of everyone has a gun in this state and you're manhaling me over some fake wannabe tab. Come on. You kidding me? Everybody knows me. You keep doing this to me. >> We don't know you. >> This is the fifth time you've done this to me. >> The fifth time. >> Yeah. You man. >> What was the first time? >> Have you seen him before? >> I have not. >> I'm going to ask. >> Hey, why is he manhandling me over a tab? >> Everyone's got stone and you're manhandling me over a tab. Take a photo of his face. >> You're going to go to jail, right? >> Why am I going to jail? >> I do what I ask. >> Spread your leg. Spread your >> leg. >> While officers prepare the suspect for the trip to the station, he continues making increasingly aggressive remarks. >> I don't owe tabs to no one. Do I? >> I don't owe tabs to no one, do I? >> You do? I don't. >> What's my name? >> What's my name? >> Simple. >> What's my name? >> I guarantee the white boys. >> Don't play the game, bro. >> What's my name? >> Why'd you go some little with a gun? >> That you owe me 10. >> You more than you deserve. >> Where's my fee? In this case, he was ultimately charged with defrauding an inkeeper and resisting arrest. This man had multiple chances to walk away. He refused. On June 22nd, 2025, officers were dispatched to DJs after a man allegedly caused a disturbance and continued causing problems after staff removed him from the business. Here's what happened when the police arrived. >> Yo, this is the last time I'm going to tell you. >> I'm waiting for my food, bro. >> Wait over there. Stop coming by the entrance. All right, so go over there. >> That's crazy. >> Let's go. Where's it? Doesn't matter. He keeps bothering him. They said, "No." What don't you want to say about No, >> I didn't. >> I didn't ask him. You could go to Havana. >> You just mentioned my name. Everybody knows me. I've been coming here for years and >> and I told him, "Don't touch white." She don't come here to this place. Mostly I come every day. But she don't. I was like, "Let's go have more drinks." And she was coming after her friend. Her friend was leaving and she and her friend forgot something and she came around. Security guard thought she was running after somebody >> and just grabbed her. Okay. Say yes. Oh my god, man. or no. Say yes. >> Okay. Okay. >> The husband maintains that the situation has been blown out of proportion, but witnesses tell a different story, alleging that his wife started the fight and injured one of the men. Officers now work to determine what actually happened. >> Okay. in this. >> The officers have now seen the injuries for themselves, and they make it clear that the investigation could lead to the man's wife being arrested. It's not possible. >> Yeah. I'm going to go speak to them. See if I can get camera. Okay. Yeah. Put a put a light. You guys see the cameras are there. >> So, I'm just going to ask you and I need an honest answer. Who did she hit when she was inside? >> She didn't hit nobody. >> No, cuz I was there.
